I cannot speak highly enough about the exceptional management and leasing team at The Chase at Bryant. Stephanie, Torrey, Myra, and Dimitri have gone above and beyond to meet all my needs, ensuring a seamless and comfortable living experience. From day one, they have made it a priority to foster a sense of community among tenants, which is truly remarkable. Every interaction with the team is a pleasure—they always greet you with a warm smile and a friendly “good morning” or “good afternoon.” Their approachability and attentiveness make residents feel genuinely welcomed and valued. The property itself is outstanding. Its prime location offers the convenience of being steps away from the metro, along with a variety of excellent dining options and activities right at your doorstep. Living here means having everything you need within easy reach. Stephanie, Torrey, Myra, and Dimitri form a team that makes The Chase at Bryant not just a place to live, but a place to call home. Their dedication and enthusiasm shine through in every aspect of their work, making this community an exceptional place to reside.
I'll start with the good. Staff are super friendly and helpful. The common areas are immaculate and the amenities are nice. I've lived here for a year and the neighborhood is growing rapidly; really enjoying the addition of the food hall in an otherwise isolated part of town (it's not a bar-hopping/food scene destination). Proximity to a Metro station is about as good as you can get. Generally I love my apartment and chose to renew my lease for another year. Biggest downside is that it's a cheaply made building, so the walls are thin. I can hear my upstairs neighbor's every move - laundry machine, footsteps, music, opening/closing doors and drawers, etc. It you have a loud walker above you, your ceiling will creak and shake. The area is also still subject to crime (what neighborhood in DC isn't anymore?); I witnessed a shooting outside my window. That being said, there are now police cruisers outside nearly 24/7, which I really appreciate. Advice: take the good with the not so good!

It's been great here so far! I really enjoy the marketplace on the first floor and the security of the building! Everyone here is super nice and kind to each other. The WFH space is indescribably amazing. Thought it's near a Metro Station (which is a huge plus) you can barely hear it!

This place has exceeded my expectations in every way. My decision to move here was completely based off of the exceptional tour that I got from Mia who had initially showed me the Coda apartments but suggested that the Chase might be of interest to me. She was absolutely right, and I can say candidly that I have never lived in a better, more well-maintained and secured building. This neighborhood has its challenges from a safety standpoint, but the management team addresses every issue promptly and our onsite security team is always present and visible. The apartment itself is comfortable, modern and bright with lots of natural light. Amenities are great and there are always events happening in the building for residents. It helps that we have a food hall (the duck mumbo wings at the chicken spot are fire) right downstairs as well. Overall, I am very happy here and can see myself renewing my lease once it is up.

I’ve lived at the chase for two years now and it truly feels like home. The gym is gorgeous and the entire area is great if you have a dog since you’re right on the MBT trail. The management, staff and maintenance are so prompt and friendly and go above and beyond. Special shout out to Toya who is at the front desk and is always pleasant, funny and helpful. Having a friendly face to return home to makes a huge difference and Toya and the leasing team absolutely nailed that.

Finishing up my time here. Pros: close to Bryant St Market (though this opened within the last six months), nice pop up events, very close to metro red line, really awesome maintenance/cleaning staff. Cons: with the turn over of the concierge manager, things don't run as smoothly now, can hear trains/traffic/metrobar almost every night, not a particularly safe area, apartments are expensive.

Been here 2 years and loved it at first. Toward the end of my stay we got very noisy upstairs neighbors who crashed around at all hours of the night and multiple complaints were made but nothing changed, and then the rent was jacked up so high that it was undoable anymore. All in all, love it here and am very sad to leave, but you better have deep pockets if your going to live here.

Fire alarm constantly goes over every other day. If you work overnight forget about your sleep be prepared for it to be interrupted for an hour or two at the minimum.

Living in this apartment building has been such a delight, and I attribute much of that to the wonderful concierge (Jarred)and leasing agent team(Demarco). They truly go above and beyond to make residents feel welcome, comfortable, and at home. The concierge team is always ready with a friendly smile, which makes coming home after a long day so much more pleasant. They are knowledgeable about the building and the area, so they're always able to provide helpful recommendations or information. The leasing agent (Demarco)has also been a tremendous help throughout my time here, exceeding my expectations at every turn. He was patient in answering all of my questions before I moved in, and did a thorough job of explaining everything I needed to know about the building and its amenities. Great location! The staff is helpful and the maintenance team responds quickly. The noise can be medium level indoors at times and higher level outdoors. The fact that there's Metrobar within the community for entertainment is great!

We have enjoyed living at the Chase! The building is clean, centrally located, and the staff are friendly and attentive! Letoya and Jarred are the best. We truly enjoying walking into the building and being greeted by them. The amenities are great and we use them frequently, especially the gym. Really love seeing the neighborhood expand and bring in new vendors and activities nearby.

Love everyone here from the leasing department to the concierge! All of them have become my friends which makes living here very comfortable. Maintenance comes within 24 hours, my packages are handled with care, there’s a metro 3 minutes away, an entire market with different restaurants under the building, movie theater, metrobar, and cocktail bar without needing to leave the complex! A nail salon is also currently being built under the building. CVS, liquor store, chipotle, urgent care, jersey mikes, a Thai place, gas station, McDonald’s, and anything else you can think of is a short 5 min walk away! The building itself has so many perks like book club, discount days at metrobar, yoga classes, free breakfast and coffee, and fun event all through the month! I’ve loved living here and just renewed my lease(:

Disclaimer: This is my candid experience and review of this apartment complex. I was genuinely overjoyed to move here when I learned about the Chase at Bryant St. After I toured, I was even more confident of my decision and signed a longer lease than anticipated. However, after the first 90 days, I realized minor inconveniences that damaged my experience living at the Chase. Here are a few examples: - My breaker in my apartment started to smoke, and all my power went out. I had to evacuate my unit and demand maintenance to resolve the issues immediately. It then became maintenance, making multiple holes in my apartment walls and rewiring the circuits at least twice. I was neither compensated nor did anyone from leasing speak with me directly. - The smoking in building 680 is out of control. I can smell it through my unit vents, and it takes over any candle I light to deter the smell. - One time, I had an emergency and left my key for my sister with the concierge so she could walk my puppy. However, we had to wait over 30 minutes for someone to return to the desk to give her the key. I called numerous times to the point that a resident answered the concierge desk phone and told me they would find someone for me. By the time she got upstairs, my puppy had already used the bathroom within my apartment. At this point, I have decided to break my lease and move out early (which is far from cheap), and I have not been offered any compensation or living incentives. I also still need help receiving my move-out cost from management. I am unsure if I can afford to move out, but I know I can't afford to keep living here.

I’ve lived at The Chase for 15 months. It’s a great community with lots of amenities and in a good location. Concierge (Toya in particular) is always very friendly and helpful. 10s across the board!

Nice place and location. Close to the Metro train and bus stations. Not many food choices close in the area. The noise level inside the units on a scale of 1-10, 10 being excellent, I'd rate it at a 5. The maintenance crew does respond rapidly.

I have lived her about a year and half. I really like this place! The location is excellent. The metro station is a few steps away. The amenities are great and maintained well. Walls and windows are thick enough to keep noise to minimum. I love the people here the most. Tenants and staff are respectful and friendly. Concierge folks are so nice and helpful. Garrett is definitely my favorite. Ashton from the leasing office always provided me the information and documentation I needed promptly. She is definitely a problem solver. Maintenance are the best I have encountered. They respond to requests immediately and won’t quit until they fix the problem. Jorge is the fastest. Also I love seeing the dogs around my building. They are so cute. All in all, I can’t recommend this place enough.

I’m counting the days to leave the Chase. It’s very poor construction so I hear my next door neighbors every evening from my bed (it’s 11:30pm right now and I’m listening, like every night, to their conversation) and it’s so loud that it’s as if we were in the same room and doesn’t let me sleep. You can also hear very well your neighbors above you, the music the play, their conversations, everything. I’ve informed property management of these issues and they have informed me that there’s nothing they can do. So if you value privacy or are a light sleeper, I do not recommend the Chase.

Location, location, location. We moved here wanting to be near the red line, and this property did not disappoint. It's so handy to go into (or out of) downtown DC being right next to the metro stop. You can hear the background noise of the trains from one side of the building, but we find it comforting. We also love the amenities and everyone who works in the building is friendly. Picking up packages is a breeze (there's a designated package room you can access through an app). Couldn't be happier!

I’ve been living at The Chase for about 3 months and it’s been a great experience so far. Everyone goes above and beyond from the concierge to the leasing office to the custodial team. Everyone works cohesively to keep the building peaceful and safe. Overall it’s a great place to live.
