Property Ratings at South Blvd
Luxury is anything but this place. All these five star reviews are false advertisements based on bribery from the office to waive a fee for something. Last year it took the maintenance forever on my ac. This year they kept deleting my maintenance requests for my dryer. People who say they love living here obviously haven't lived here long enough. The staff love pretending to help you, but they talk maliciously behind your backs as soon as you get off the phone or leave their office. Gates are constantly broken (not the staff's fault) by the resident's visitors or by the rude residents that live here. (They should install cameras to see who's breaking them) The police are constantly being called to the complex for multiple reasons (gunshots, domestic, break-ins.) So if these conditions sound perfect to you, this is the perfect complex.
I've lived here for some time now and I have always been kinda upset that I did. I have really high expectaions and demand a lot.When I met the man in the office who I believe is the manager Nicholas, I was tough on purpose and was sure to let him know how unhappy I was. He assured me that things were going to change and that he was confident he could change my mind. I told him thtat it was unlikely but that I would like to see him try. Well...Things have changed and they are going in the right direction. He always asks how things are everytime he is walking by and even now jokingly reminds me of our first interaction and how unruly I was being.

I recently visited this community with my friend and I was impressed with the staff's warmth and friendliness. My friend and I will be moving in in the future and we couldn't be more excited. Shout out to the male manager in the office who I overheard handling an issue with someone that lives there. He made me feel like we would be well taken care of.

This is the worst apartment we ever lived in. Besides having a lot of bugs, they dont care about the tenants, all they care is about the money coming in. It should have been zero star!

Lived here for 2 years. Loved it and the staff were very nice and helpful. The apartments were clean and modern. Wish I could have stayed but I moved jobs to a different state....

Really affordable community with very nice staff. Apartments are clean and clubhouse is very modern. Beautiful pool with outdoor BBQ pits, 24/7 fitness center and a movie theater. Very convenient living. Highly recommend!
