Excellent customer service, which is important to seniors...Wonderful maintenance team.. You also can post what I wrote above with my name..
I would suggest that you NOT spread the word, since my experiences with the new management team have ALL been negative. We had to pay our Aug. rent via check or money order. Somehow, the office/management team lost/misdirected my payment. This was apparent when I received a delinquent rent notice. I had a copy of the check as a 'receipt' which I asked Mirais for. He made a few notes on my copy. I took that copy down to the office. They were supposed to track down the payment. After what I suspect was a minimal effort, I was asked to provide a copy of the front & back of the check. I don't do online banking, but I called my bank & was given the account # on the back of the check. I was told that that was Elate's account #, but they still needed a copy of the front & back of the check. I called my bank again & was told that I may or may not be able to get that from a branch office. So against my will, I enrolled in online banking, printed a copy of the front & back of the check & took it to the office. VOILA!! Rent pymt. acknowledged. Also, I am not receiving community-wide emails. I can only see the announcements in my portal inbox. I have gone to the office multiple times. When I asked Elena to contact her IT people, she said there was nothing more that could be done since Elate has my correct email address. I then specifically went to the office to speak to Luis, who I understand is the property manager. He go on the phone with IT. Apparently, there are 2 different ways to send out these emails & the IT person suggested that the more detailed system be used. After not receiving the next community-wide email, I sent an email to the office & advised the message was for Luis & asked him to contact their IT people again. I had no response. After another message went out, which I found in the portal again, I forwarded my 1st email to the office & again indicated the message was for Luis. To date, I have sent 4 emails to the office & have not had a single response.

Thank you for taking time to let us know how we are doing! We are a group of dedicated professionals who are thrilled to be able to provide you with the happiness that you have experienced during your residency at our beautiful community.
I don't think I could have picked a more convenient location with every type of retail shops, restaurant selections, and above all, the amenities in the building , ie. gym, library, pool, a great calendar of activities by the day for the active resident etc. . The entire staff is very so friendly you would think they are part of your family,in essence they are. They are very helpful and attentive to your needs, based on my own experience and interaction with them. On a scale of 10, I would giive them an 11 again, based on my own experience with them, including the maintenance group. As an example of attention, I had a problem with the dryer, (yes in the apartment) making a loud screeching noise, I went to the office and within two days a new dryer was delivered, now that I consider service without any hassle what so ever.. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone over the age of 50
