Walls are thin, parking is limited, front office staff is sooo friendly, maintenance repairs are a waste of time. Gym closes when office closes. Police are ALWAYS in here. But, Rent is cheap. Do with that information as you will.

I waited a while to post a review because I wanted to see the complex’s true colors but I have no complaints. Everyone is helpful and maintenance is always on it and are very friendly. It’s a good safe place to stay!

The staff are sooo polite and I never have a complaint about any issues with the apartment left undone or for a long period of time. I am very glad to be here at this community and am so in love with all of the staff and the work they perform. I highly recommend them and the apartments.

I have lived at the pearl for a little over 2 years I highly recommend this property to anyone looking to relocate. Della has been such a delight from the time we moved in still to this day. The maintenance staff is awesome as well and they are all very friendly and professional. 10 out of 10 recommend.

This is an excellent community with a great team running the property. I enjoy this property so much that I have referred 3 of my family members here and they all live on the property with their families. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new place.

I stayed here for 2 years. Overpriced, no assigned parking, amenities close at 5 daily not worth it, office closes for lunch for 1 1/2 hour daily, no real security they just ride by once at night, management charges fee to pay rent online even when you’re on time.

Pearl is my home, lived here for several years. The property is well maintained and clean common areas. Maintenance is quick to respond and courteous staff. It has the potential to be a great places somebody just doesnt see that! Small adjustment could make this place so much more .. its the worst complexs surround by luxury apartments it just feels out of place

I had a great experience being out of state and trying to rent an apartment. The staff was so helpful and had everything ready when I flew in for my move. They checked up on me the whole weekend to make sure I was happy. Thank you ladies.

Im a recent addition to The Pearl at St. Rose. My husband and I were looking to move from our 2-bedroom to a 3-bedroom for additional work from home office space. We took a short tour of a 2-bedroom unit and decided wed like to rent as the price and location were perfect. Until move-in day, we had not had the opportunity to see the renovated unit. I was pleasantly surprised to find a truly updated unit with a beautiful kitchen in clean neutral tones. The space is beautiful. My only want for the existing space is more closet space, but really I should just get rid of some things. lol. Love the place, and highly recommend working with Della. Shes awesome to work with, friendly, and professional. Funny story to add, we turned in our keys at the old apartment complex and one of their employees had moved from that location to the pearl as well. Its definitely worth the move and the community has very relaxed vibes.

Staff is great and communicates effectively. Overall the property is well taken care of with the exception of water leaks and gates not always working.

I've been living at the Pearl at Saint Rose for 7 years now and ever since Con Am has taken over as management and maintenance I have not had any problems. I have been treated with both professionalism, kindness, and with an expeditious manner of completed maintenance request.
