Run dont walk away from this building WORST MANAGEMENT EVER !!!! They don’t fix absolutely nothing building nasty there’s used condoms and alcohol bottles everywhere !!! And then they get mad when you call them to ask them to clean there own apartment building the building leak and flood they never clean the pool whenever it is open And every mail box has been broken or broken into before I’ve lost so much mail in this building I had to get a P.O box I am strongly thinking about breaking my leases I am so mad I signed for two yrs I literally wanna cry .
This apartment complex is the worse the worse is the roaches in all my time of being able to pay rent I've never dealt with roaches so to go to none to constantly having to be in a battle field every time I turn on the lights is beyond unsuitable living the roaches are like those tenants that sheriff won't evict cause they've been there over a period of time so by right they have the right to stay Lord Jesus I've never felt more frustrated with a company than this one the other factors is the neighborhood is ran by the stray cats the stray pigeons and the stray kids in all cause this could be way longer stay away don't let the cheap price blind you to the fact that you will be miserable and defeated by these invaders STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!
The owners don’t care about complaints and will blame you before talking to whoever/whatever you are complaining about. There are roaches and bugs everywhere. No one cleans up after their dogs, and most of them aren’t even on leashes. They say no to specific dog breeds but you see them anyway. There are stray cats and homeless people everywhere. The gates don’t work. The laundry rooms plus the mail boxes get broken into on the daily. Most of the washers either over flow or don’t drain and most of the dryers don’t work either. The owners don’t care about anything but making sure they get every last penny you own them, will be glad to move out next month. Don’t move here unless you absolutely have to. Not worth it.
My girlfriend and I have been living here for a month, and so far we have had a roach problem, dish washer over flooding, and other issues. We called maintenance about a week into moving in, and called several different times to find out an ETA for things to be taken care of, in which they respond with a “we are working on it”. The neighbors are not too bad, usually keep to themselves, except it smells like weed ALL THE TIME. The gates on both sides are broken so anyone can drive in and out all the time. And there are always dumpster divers almost everyday. The apartments are NOTHING like the pictures of the display models. The paint for the cabinets is poorly painted, the bathroom looks tacky, and the floors creek here and there. I only give 1 star out of 5 just because the only plus is our neighbors are cool.
Maintenance issues, it's 108 degrees outside and their solution is a portable AC my 9 year old daughter has been sweating I was told on Sunday May 24,2020 somebody will be called I called the emergency hotline, Sunday went by and memorial day Monday 25,2020 went by and nobody came finally Tuesday May 26,2020 maintenance came told me in two days someone will come to fix the AC, it's now Friday May 29, 2020, and still no AC I contacted management they told me " we were not aware" this is a bad place to live no security cars broken down in parking lot, kids playing on our balcony attempting to steal items from our balcony, cars doing burnouts in the parking lot, people drinking everyday until 3 AM, homeless people dumpster diving no security gates.
My mother has lived in this complex for 6 months. During a wind advisory it took out a window in her bedroom breaking other items as it landed inside the unit. Immediately the next morning she reported it, that was Wednesday. Today is Friday and no one has been to the unit to attemot to keep the elements out of the unit with temperatures dropping to 31 degrees. When I inquired as to why its acceptable to leave an elderly person or any person in that condition I was told "WE DON'T DO THAT." I would expect more out of a facility and not receive major repairs or temporary fixes for that repair in a timely manner.
Horrible place to live, all of the roofs are leaky and creates holes and humidity throughout the apartments even through the electrical and they refuse to fix them correctly. My babies were always sick with bronchitis and had to be on breathing treatments to survive in the apartment .People on the 1st floor tell me that sewage backs up into their showers and their rooms flood from the rain. it takes so long for stuff to be fixed and usually it doesn't even get fixed no matter if you bug them everyday about it. The bugs are so bad that if you buy your own bug killer you still can't get them to go away because they are infested they will fog your apartment and the bugs will still be there , they say that they will spray every week but don't actually show up never. They never clean inside the building, and barley ever clean the property. The only play ground they have is always dirty and filled with trash unsafe for your children to play in and its super small. If there is a problem the manager literally hides and won't talk to anyone. The pool is always closed and dirty even when it's supposed to be open. One time the pool was supposed to be closed but they didnt have a pad lock on so people were in the pool swimming until the mantanice put everyone out and said the filter was off and the pool was dirty children were swimming in filth they dont take the steps to follow saftey procedures and every worker there is extremely lazy and dont do their jobs.The water is always turned off with no warning what so ever. Everyone in the office are rude and they lie about everything they switch managers every month nothing is consistent or honest.
THE APARTMENTS ARE HORRIBLE, THE STAFF IS HORRIBLE, THE MAINTENANCE IS HORRIBLE, THE OUTSIDE GROUNDS ARE HORRIBLE ... HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY !!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED, THEY NEED TO TEAR DOWN THE APARTMENTS AND FIRED ALL OF THE STAFF AND MANAGEMENT (BECAUSE THEY SUCK TOOOOOOOOO!!) AND START OVER ... ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE BELIEVE ME DO NOT MOVE HERE AND WASTE YOUR TIME HERE SPA? THERE AINT NO SPA HERE AND FREE INTERNET ACCESS? Umm where because that’s a lie , gates are broken you see homeless digging in the trash cans sometimes the gate closes and could hit your car but the office would not take responsibility since they have a ridiculous sign up saying “they are not responsible for any vehicles” the laundry facilities this place has is dirty and disgusting! I’ve been here for 3 months and my roof leaks soaks my carpet has my room smelling like outside it’s been 3 months since I gave that work orders have mold nobody has came out I have roaches when I keep my apt clean they are “never sure” when the pest control is going too come they don’t have a master key for the mail . I’m currently trying too find my way out but they say if I’m trying too cancel my lease it’s going to be $3000 fee so I guess I’m stuck here till December these people don’t care about their tenants. They are rude this place is hungry for money .
Pool didn't open til late July?? What fitness center?? What WiFi access?? What security?? gate always open to homeless.
Poor maintenance,very slow,and things need to be fixed.been here for over a year.looking for new and better place
The complex needs some work but is under new management and are in process of remodeling. Staff is friendly
