This is a fun safe place to live. Everything has been amazing from the application process to my monthly living and all the perks have been more than I could have ever asked for. I am 54 years old and this is my first apartment. I must say I will be here for as long as I am in an apartment.

This community is very quiet, I like that it has so many trees and the apartments are very good, the workers provide excellent service and are attentive, maintenance responds quickly and does excellent work, the price and charges are fair and they do not charge you extra or hidden fees like in other places. I am very happy here.

So far, everything been good except, difficult parking and several of my neighbors feed the pigeons from their Balcony, these pigeons land on my balcony and leave waist and feathers on my balcony railing.

Excellent location, very green but apartments and appliances are outdated. There’s other apartments that will give you more value for a few extra dollars. Assigned parking is not and option for this place and there’s too many cars specially at night.

Leasing staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Communication during the leasing and move in process was very good. Had an issue with the condition of the carpet at move in and it was resolved the very next day. Location of complex is really great, easy commute to wherever I need to go.

Horrible customer service No professionalism, communication, sense of urgency to maintenance issues. Office hours are not accurate as office staff closes office for personal use and does not answer phone calls, office staff occupies front office parking for food truck vendors.

Think twice about moving here your health and safety is not a concern to the office and they tell you what you want to hear but never deliver then get annoyed when you ask for an update because they never follow up. You find yourself being the one contacting them instead of the other way around and they never respond to messages especially when it literally has a question mark meaning you are expecting a response. If you do move here just pray you never have any issues because that's when you find out how little they care about you after you sign that lease.

Ever since we moved in we've been dealing with neighbors upstairs who continuously run from one end of the room to the other with their dogs to the point it shakes the ceiling fan and rattles our closet doors. They play music at different hours of the day that over powers my tv and lasts anywhere from 3 to 6 hours in the day. Their tv is turned up late at night in the living room where once again I can barely hear my tv it's just been one thing after another. I have called about it and one of the people in the office proceeds to tell me about quiet hours which I obviously get but in the lease it says to be mindful of your neighbors when it comes to noise! Supposedly it was addressed and it just seems like these people are now doing it on purpose and getting away with it because we don't feel like it's being taken serious! We are always on edge not knowing when the chaos is going to start throughout the day whether it's the running, stomping, music, loud tv to be the point that we find ourselves trying to escape our own apartment and feeling like we hardly live there! This is supposed to be luxury apartments and to be dealing with this much issues for what I'm paying for in rent is ridiculous!

Citi lights is a great apartment complex, if you are willing to overpay for mediocre service and poorly maintained apartments. I see more homeless people walking around the complex than I do residents. And other than the occasional sewage back up and break-ins, the complex is great for a family.

Very quiet & clean, management is very reasonable. Been here 3 years and I love it here. My neighbors are respectful you can tell people live here have jobs. Which is always a good thing! You don’t wait long at all for your maintenance request to get answered. Very convenient to the grocery store, the mall, entertainment & let’s not forget the airport.

Citylights is a small but friendly community located in the heart of Henderson. Great sized apartments and very reasonable prices. I consider this community home.

This complex is nothing g but a joke. The maintenance crew doesn't now what they are doing. It takes multiple times to get anything fixed. There has been mold in my apartment and nothing has been done to resolve it. Office people are rude.

I moved from LA back October 2020 and while my rent was reasonable, this year my rent went up almost $160 more than last year before yet, the right side door gate is broken so anyone can get in, the left gate to mailroom is broken, and cabinets (both bathroom &. Kitchen) look like they are out of date and your laundry unit number with the patio area. I have no issues with the staff, I just feel like if I’m going to pay more then the kitchen needs to be update as this place claims to luxury yet the place doesn’t feel luxury just a regular apartments building.

Community has gone downhill. Pool is still closed for months now. Trash is everywhere. Tons of ants and roaches now. People leave their trash outside their door. No one picks up after their dog.

Citi lights is a great community to live in simply because it is kept well. It is clean, quiet and organized. Maintenance is quick and responsive and the office team communicates frequently with any updates.

Initial Unit Damage Checklist Procedure was a bad experience. So far work orders have been completed in a timely and professional manner. 24/7 gym is a great amenity.

These apartments are affordable compared to other places around but keep up appearances. The pool is amazing. Highlight of the entire community!

I just moved here April 16th and I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied you guys website says “luxury apartments” but I moved in to old/used kitchen and bathroom cabinets that were dingy and scratched up plus more. the apartments are very outdated. Would not recommend Citi Lights to anyone.
In the past I was very happy with the community; however, now there seems to be less and less neighborliness and more noise from motorcycles
