The Plaza is the best place to live and so close to Westport, Crossroads, downtown, KU Hospital, UMKC/Nelson Art Gallery, Mission HIlls, Brookside bike path and more. Just a straight shot north to get to the KCI Airport and the northland. Terra Management owns Washington Irving and the are great to work with. This apartment has all the charm; hardwoods, crown molding, arched doors, etc. Directly across from the Cancer Survivors Park and a lovely tree right in front adds to the feeling of "green surroundings". Google internet comes free with the apartment and all utilities combined are $55-60 a month. I have a large locked storage unit, full laundry, and plenty of space where I keep my bike in the basement. I have a garage parking spot (extra $) in the next door Polsinelli building, but I often just park out front. I had the living room, dining and hallways professionally painted with a soft cornflower color which makes all the light crown molding and motif stand out. 3 closets, 2 ceiling fans and air conditioning in apartment. Entrance locked and guests can be let in directly from your phone or buzzed in . Elevator and stairs! These are just iphone photos so the apartment is much brighter than shown.
