Property Ratings at Tuscany
We lived at Tuscany for roughly 7 months and definitely enjoyed our time there. The complex manager Yvonne is extremely friendly and easy to work with. She was very accomodating and quick to solve any concerns or questions that we had. The complex is well kept and the unit that we were in had recently been remodeled and was just beautiful. Moses, the head of maintenance, was extremely helpful and always on top of things. The attached garages are a must have and so convenient. It is close to EVERYTHING. And Red Rock Canyon is only 10 minutes up the road. I would 100% recommend Tuscany Apartment Homes.
I have lived here for 7 months. The front office staff are attentive, friendly, and helpful. I had a couple of small maintenance issues, and they were handled almost immediately. The maintenance people who showed up were professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend this complex to anyone who wants a clean, quiet place to live, with helpful and professional staff.
This apartment complex is an awesome place to live! It is so quiet, clean and friendly. We love the pool area, and at no point have we ever felt unsafe! When we have submitted a work ticket, it was completed either the same day or the next. We love it here!!!
