My stay at the well as been amazing. This is my second time living here- my first time being in 2020. I came back for the familiarity and felt safe living here for a fresh start and place for my daughter and I. I loved my 1bd 1ba with attached garage. It was so convenient. The maintenance crew came promptly and were always so kind. I wish I could stay living here.

From the beginning, they made the move-in process feel effortless. Every question I had was answered promptly, the communication was clear and professional, and all the details were handled with care. I just moved in about two weeks ago and I am so happy with the decision I made. I feel safe in my new community which was a big priority for me. Cecilia and Sydnee demonstrated exceptional patience and responsiveness in addressing all my inquiries throughout the move-in process. I always ask a lot of questions so I appreciate them so much for answering everything! They truly make The Well feel like home. Chris and Aaron from the maintenance team have also been incredibly helpful. Shortly after I moved in, I requested to have my tub reglazed, and Chris had someone take care of it the very next day. I have no complaints!

I've only been in my new apt for 2 weeks now but so far it's been phenomenal! The front office staff are incredible, friendly and so helpful. I love the maintenance crew! They are so on top of everything which is greatly appreciated. The apt is beautiful, I've got brand new appliances in my kitchen which I've never gotten in any apt before. The counters are beautiful. As of right now, I would totally recommend this place to anyone. Hopefully I still feel the same in 6 months!

The monthly rent is expensive compared to the location and facilities. The studio is very dry because the exhaust fan in the bathroom can't be turned off.

Security and children being supervised would be nice. Gym is nice and office staff are friendly. Pretty clean except for people who don’t pick up after their pets.

The Well has so far treated us very kindly from the beginning. The leasing department was very knowledgeable and patient with us. The moving process was easy; which was very important to us since we were moving from California. The building is very quiet at night, and the neighbors seem to be respectable of others space. I love the convenience of having a park next door, it's great if you have pets!

The Well Apartment Homes have exceptional Staff in all departments. Engaging Events & Foodie Experience's. Residing here for a year now and willingly renewing. The only issue is the highly questionable bad business company Conservice used for the third party utility billing company.

The only complaint I have is the minimal parking space. Cars are parked in a spot for over a week, I get home at 5pm after work and there’s literally no parking and I have to circle around sometimes.

LI’ve really enjoyed living in this apartment complex and wanted to share my experience. The location is unbeatable—it’s close to Stephanie Street, which has everything you need, including Target, Hobby Lobby, TJ Maxx, and more. It’s also walkable to Starbucks, close to Costco, and right next to a beautiful park. Plus, it’s easy to hop on the freeway (I believe it’s the 215), making it super convenient to get around. The neighborhood itself is quiet, and I appreciate how the complex hosts activities and brings in food trucks to foster a sense of community. The apartments are spacious with beautiful kitchens, large closets, and in-unit laundry, which is such a bonus. I also feel like the pricing is fair for what you get. The only downside for me is that the complex isn’t gated, Otherwise, it’s been a wonderful place to live, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great location and a comfortable living experience.

I really enjoy living at this community, and would like to keep living here as long as the rent meets my budget. I like the events that are held for everyone now and again.

Everything was going well until they got rid of the Casper service. I moved here in part because I thought it was so cool that you could just talk and the system would turn off the lights or open the windows shade for you. They took this away and replaced it with a new system that doesn't do any of this at all. Then they raised the rent prices. So it's not my favorite place anymore, and it's disappointing to see companies taking advantage of residents during hard economic times.

It is quite safe because this apartment uses a ring service, but it costs extra. There are frequent plane flights around the apartment day and night, so it is noisy and the internet is often interrupted.

Great staff, great maintenance team, and overall well maintained residence. Would like to have gym equipment updated or have more equipment added. Would like surveillance cameras to be added to parking area. Would like for neighbors to pick up after their dogs. Love the food trucks brought in by leasing office and activities held for holidays.

Staff is friendly. Complex is quiet and clean. I feel safe living here and my neighbors are respectful. I definitely plan on renewing my lease.

The Well is an amazing property where everyone who lives here they are all friendly, no one has any issues with each other its just an overall welcoming community where we dont usually have anything to worry about. The leasing and maintenance team are always on top of things that make resident satisfied.
