When I first moved in nearly two years ago, I loved this complex. It was quiet, clean, and felt safe. Neighbors were respectful, and the smoke-free policy was a big reason I chose to live here with my asthma. Unfortunately, the environment has changed. There are now frequent issues with noise, smoking, and trash being left around, and I often hear yelling and fights, which makes me feel uneasy as a woman living alone. Staff has always been friendly and polite, and my interactions with management have been positive. However, I’ve noticed how strict they are with rent payments (I once received an eviction notice by the third day of a missed payment, which I quickly resolved), but that same enforcement doesn’t apply to keeping the community smoke-free, safe, and respectful. Some newer neighbors leave trash on the floor instead of in bins, which isn’t fair to the maintenance team. Sadly, this is no longer the peaceful community I moved into and will not renew my lease.

I have had a great experience. As a first time renter the 2 ladies especially CeeCee have made it very easy to move in and become comfortable even before I moved in. They answered all questions and assisted me with an efficient move in process. Regarding maintenance men, especially Jorge. Have fix all issues that have occurred in the unit within 24 hours. The move quick and leave no mess. Best experiences I could ever asked for.

The office staff are very friendly, the water is always well-stocked, and the coffee machine is new, which is great. However, it's a shame that sometimes you see homeless people in the parking lot.

My stay at the well as been amazing. This is my second time living here- my first time being in 2020. I came back for the familiarity and felt safe living here for a fresh start and place for my daughter and I. I loved my 1bd 1ba with attached garage. It was so convenient. The maintenance crew came promptly and were always so kind. I wish I could stay living here.

From the beginning, they made the move-in process feel effortless. Every question I had was answered promptly, the communication was clear and professional, and all the details were handled with care. They truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was in place before my move-in date. On move-in day, my apartment was spotless and ready to go. I just moved in about two weeks ago and I am so happy with the decision I made. I feel safe in my new community which was a big priority for me. Cecilia and Sydnee demonstrated exceptional patience and responsiveness in addressing all my inquiries throughout the move-in process. I always ask a lot of questions so I appreciate them so much for answering everything! They truly make The Well feel like home. Chris and Aaron from the maintenance team have also been incredibly helpful. Shortly after I moved in, I requested to have my tub reglazed, and Chris had someone take care of it the very next day. I have no complaints!

Marisol is great to work with. Amenities work well. The only con is that there's no elevator. And someone should clean up regularly around the neighborhood. Enforce dog poop fines.

I've only been in my new apt for 2 weeks now but so far it's been phenomenal! The front office staff are incredible, friendly and so helpful. I love the maintenance crew! They are so on top of everything which is greatly appreciated. The apt is beautiful, I've got brand new appliances in my kitchen which I've never gotten in any apt before. The counters are beautiful. As of right now, I would totally recommend this place to anyone. Hopefully I still feel the same in 6 months!

The monthly rent is expensive compared to the location and facilities. The studio is very dry because the exhaust fan in the bathroom can't be turned off.

Security and children being supervised would be nice. Gym is nice and office staff are friendly. Pretty clean except for people who don’t pick up after their pets.

The Well has so far treated us very kindly from the beginning. The leasing department was very knowledgeable and patient with us. The moving process was easy; which was very important to us since we were moving from California. The building is very quiet at night, and the neighbors seem to be respectable of others space. I love the convenience of having a park next door, it's great if you have pets!

The Well Apartment Homes have exceptional Staff in all departments. Engaging Events & Foodie Experience's. Residing here for a year now and willingly renewing. The only issue is the highly questionable bad business company Conservice used for the third party utility billing company.

The only complaint I have is the minimal parking space. Cars are parked in a spot for over a week, I get home at 5pm after work and there’s literally no parking and I have to circle around sometimes.
