The Jameson at Kincora

The Jameson is a wonderful place to live. It’s quiet and clean. The office staff and maintenance staff are lovely, and the community is friendly and welcoming.

The Jameson at Kincora is close to OneLoudon with quick access to route 28 to Dulles Airport. The staff is very friendly and host nice resident events. The community is calm and quiet.

This community has become greedy and heartless with the sneaky towing. They tow residents before visitors or unauthorized visitors. The tow truck sits on the roof in the middle of the week waiting until 2-3am, then starts towing residents who park in any of the many empty visitor spots. There are less and less resident spots because of all the reserved spaces for Visitors, Future Resident, Reserved, Electric Vehicles, etc. And to do it in the middle of the week when visitors are at a minimum and during this job crisis where either you risk your job by not arriving to work on time because you can't figure out where your car is, or if unemployed you have to pay $250 in towing fees, plus Uber, plus daily storage fee no one tells you about. This is just disappointing.

Great building, beautiful apartments, and excellent maintenance. Most people here are friendly. However, if you ever have an issue or complaint, be prepared for the office staff to be dismissive, unresponsive, and unprofessional. They do not take concerns seriously and will often ignore you or speak rudely, which really affects the experience of living here.

I like the apartment alot. However, the people that live above are constantly banging and making noise, sometimes well past midnight!! No consideration

I’ve lived here for several months now, and I feel that I can give a fair review. I always start with the things that I don’t like. Here at Jameson at Kinkora, the issues are as follows: The design and engineering of the building is subpar. The doors between the garages and the apartments are extremely heavy, which means that they are constantly slamming on people and their things, which is why they are always marked up. The same goes for the apartment doors. Every door is marked up and scratched because they are too heavy to hold open. You can also hear everything that the neighbors are doing. I get that there is only so much management can do, but it’s still frustrating. Management is not great about response time, but they are friendly. Pros: the building itself is beautiful and well maintained outside. The apartments are clean, cute, and comfortable. The common areas are lovely. There’s not much that can be done about the cons, but I thought that people should be informed.

Moved in yesterday without a hitch. Everyone in the front office is exceptional and they go out of their way to ensure you have everything you need!

I have enjoyed my time of being a resident of The Jameson at Kincora. The staff is great and work very hard to maintain a safe, well-kept property.

The apartment is amazing, the area is very nice and is so good all the amenities that we have, I would have a better review if the staff was more welcoming the day we moved, like a little more appreciation.

Neighbors are friendly, maintenance comes quickly and it’s in a good location. It isn’t perfect, but overall the Jameson is a nice place to live.

The Jameson is a wonderful place to live! I’ve been here for over two years and just renewed my lease again. All of the office staff are wonderfully helpful. Any maintenance issues are quickly and efficiently dealt with, and the cleaning staff do a wonderful job keeping the property nice and clean!

Have lived here 3 years now, have never had any real issues. It’s quiet and well kept —I would say that the amenities could be better for the price paid, but other than that I recommend it.

I've been living at Jameson for 5 months, and I couldn’t be happier. The apartments are spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed with lots of natural light. The management team is responsive and proactive, and maintenance requests are usually handled within 24 hours.

I think the apartment community is nice, but I disagree with splitting the cost for the common areas especially since there is a fee rent some areas. That was selling point when I moved here that there were no fees to use any area. Maintenance is great. In addition the towing for parking is excessive. As a resident, there should be a warning before you tow a vehicle. I was moving some items in my apt one day and parked in visitor parking for a couple of hours while moved them items. It was not crowded in the parking lot. The tow company said they towed me just because I was a resident. Prior to this they used to only tow in visitor parking if you left the vehicle there over night. Some of the signs in the garage say future residents, but I was told by management that they are really reserved.

Nice building and units - apartments facing the entrance turnaround can get noisy with booming car radios, loud conversations, and ambulances and work vehicles.

Beautiful, newer apartments. The staff is very helpful. There are a lot of beautiful community areas, fire pits, grills on the top roof, pool, and nice community room by the main entrance. Beautiful complex.

Beautiful location. The amenities are great. Still has a very residential homey feel for an apartment complex which is refreshing. Food trucks visit throughout the month.

The place is beautiful and calm for us no noises good people clean place to live so happy to be a part of this community and love living like this

Kincora is a terrific community for professionals like me. This is the second time I rent at Kincora because my experience here was enjoyable. The team is attentive to detail and ensure the building is managed properly and effectively. Jessica, our manager, is terrific and I look forward to my time here. I also recomend Kincora for residents looking for short-term rentals like me. Not all buildings cater to short term rentals and Kincora understands the needs of people that are in between homes.

Great experience in general. Communication is good. Parking is a challenge but it’s ok. Price is good for this region. Water pressure not so good.

My boyfriend and I have lived here over a year now and definitely plan on renewing our lease. It is a beautiful and super convenient space. The only negative is the parking as it is extremely limited and they will tow you without hesitation.

I moved in two months ago, and everything has been smooth, and with ease. From the leasing office always being ready to answer questions, maintenance request being completed as soon as possible, and most importantly how quiet the complex is.

Has been an alright place to live so far with some quirks. Prices are a little high. Feels like a safe community especially for my family. Some things could use a refresh or quality improvement

Love it here! Been here for the 2nd time. The kids love the neighborhood. The leasing team is amazing, so helpful! Love the nature trail in the back.

Great! Living here is comfortable and clean. Emma is always ready and willing to help and she is a gem. Maintenance is quick to respond and very polite. The cost for utilities in the building that the tenants pay for other than their own is a big downside but other than that, it’s a great place to live.

Moving is never easy or fun. Our experience has a couple of bumps, but we are all settled in and loving our new home. I just want to take a moment to recognize and thank ALL the staff here, they have been so accommodating and super helpful especially with solving our set backs as quickly as they did.. thank you guys for all your hard work ??

Very nice place - great location. Great for pets - but because of that - it can get noisy in the afternoon when all the owners are at work and the dogs are all barking at one time from the apartments.

I love living here. It’s been the best year so far. The maintenance team is always quick to respond and the property is beautiful! I’m so glad I renewed my lease.

Facilities are kept clean and organized, little to no noise no matter the time of day, and the staff have been super responsive and helpful! Can’t say enough good things!

Recurring noise problems that go unresolved for affected tenants. Residence speed through the garage. Management does listen to tenant concerns.

I’m new here, but I already love it. The apartment is very nice and updated. Chewie (pup of the apartment) loves it too. He loves looking out the windows.

THE JAMESON is a beautiful place. The bedrooms are very comfortable very quiet. You don’t hear no noise from the next neighbor. The only issue I have is parking I live in the first floor what you can never find barking on the floor where you live cause is all reserved and we all pay for parking so in order for you to have a comfortable parking in your floor, you have to 100 dollar for reserve parking and I don’t like that because I have a baby, and getting off work at 9pm is had to find parking because reserve.

My daughter and I are thoroughly enjoying living at The Jameson! The management staff, maintenance team, and those who clean & maintain the common areas are great.

This place is awesome. I’ve lived here for over a year and feel very safe, comfortable and feel at home. The staff in the leasing office are very friendly.

Dog poop everywhere. It’s very hard to walk and enjoy the neighborhood. Neighbors are friendly. Wish there was a playground for our kids. It says a basketball court on the website but there is none. Gym is too small for the community

The Jamison has been good to us for the last 4 months, the leasing office responses at a timely matter when we needed some repairs. Overall good experience for the last 4 months.

Great location, love living here. Giving 4 stars because parking is always hard to find nowadays with a lot of restrictions on reserved parking, new resident parking, visitor only parking, handicap and EV parking. Leaves limited parking for actual residents and I always end up going to the rooftop to find something which sucks because we are on ground level.

The Jameson is a wonderful apartment building with lovely staff in the leasing office, friendly cleaning staff, and very helpful maintenance team.

Every one is very respectful, kind and peaceful. The staff is very helpful, if you have any questions about the any things pertaining the apartment the help you with it.

Everyone in the office has been so helpful, in my opinion by going above and beyond. When my boyfriend moved in before me, they made sure to get his keys to him after a 19 hour drive. When I moved in last weekend they placed my mail key and parking sticker in the mailbox for me, given I arrived from my 19 hour drive after office hours. I have lived in other apartments, none have shown this care and helpfulness.

Quiet neighborhood, great staff, wonderful views. Prompt response when calling maintenance too. Love living here. Sitting rooftop by the fire pit is pretty nice too!

I love it here all of the other residents are super sweet and the amenities are great! The office staff is also super helpful when I need help with anything.
