Gibson Springs is nestled into the Interstate 215 and 515 junction just west of the city center. This family-friendly suburb, while part of Henderson, is also part of the Las Vegas metro area. I’ve lived in this complex for 3 years with zero issues—until the new management took over. Out of nowhere, my car was towed, and the towing company is now demanding a fee just shy of $700, claiming I was “storing” the vehicle. I’ve always parked where I live, and I never received any kind of notice or warning. That’s completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, just two months ago, there was an accidental shooting in my building that, according to reports, sent a bullet through an apartment wall and tragically killed someone. I understand that tragedies can happen anywhere, but between serious safety concerns and now being financially penalized for parking at my own residence, this place has gone downhill fast. The new management has shown a complete lack of communication, professionalism, and respect for long-term residents. If this is the new standard, I will not be renewing my lease.

Random fees added to your monthly bills, they barely answer the phone and take weeks for things that only take a matter of hours or a day or two. overpriced, practically run down and not worth it

This apartment complex is hands down the worst property I had ever lived in. If you like randomly changing lease agreements, people invading your home 15 times a year, ugly property management, horrible pet areas, rooms with the landlord special, and random utility fees that were not verbally disclosed, then you will love living here!
I love Alta NV! The place is gorgeous and the staff is always super helpful. Haven't had any issues and any maintenance we have needed, has been completed with professionalism and respect.

My overall experience at Alta NV is a positive one. I love the apartment. I'm on the third floor and have a view of the mountains. I love the rooftop terrace with strip views. The location just can't be beat as you're in the middle of everything. The property is clean and very well maintained and the staff are friendly and courteous.

I’ve lived here for three years now and I have no big complaints. The inside of the apartment is very nice and lives up to its description. I didn’t think I’d care about the valet trash service, but being on the top floor, it has come in handy. Having double pane windows helps keep it quiet as well as keep the heat out during the summer months. The air conditioner works great! The location is conveniently near shops, restaurants, parks, and freeway access. I would recommend checking Alta NV out.

I’ve lived here going in three years. The apartment is nice. The apartments are conveniently located, clean, and quiet. Nice appliances, A/C works great in the summer time. Maintenance works fast. No real complaints.

Alta NV is a great place to live with the elevator being the only major issue and sometimes there is lots of garbage left around the dumpster. Open garage doors sometimes have garbage in them.
I have lived at Alta NV for a few weeks now, the units themselves are gorgeous. I've had a few hiccups or issues but they've been solved relatively quickly. Overall, it has been a great experience so far.
Maintenance guys are great and professional/timely. 10/10 for them.
The apartment is very spacious and modern. The amenities are excellent. I love the staff here at Alta, especially Alice. She had helped us tremendously,. She patiently helped us select a unit which met our need, showed us numerous units until we found the one. All our questions and concerns were addressed and resolved quickly by Alice.
Move in process was rushed. I haven’t been here long enough to make a fair judgement on if I would recommend this place to friends etc. Work was completed very timely and efficiently. Just preferred a heads up that maintenance was on the way before a knock at the door. However other than that everything was great!!
At the moment, I find it extremely difficult to recommend this place to live for the following: 1) Cost of living outweighs what you get 2) Management is either understaffed or genuinely does not want to help 3) Difficulty feeling safe. In the 3 years I’ve been here, I have heard gunshots (within the community) at least 4 times 4) Rules do not get enforced. People still drive well over the parking lot speed limit or leave trash sit in the breezeways all weekend (when valet trash is not available)

Been here for 2 years and absolutely love it! It feels like living at a resort ! It’s great to have family and friends over to enjoy the amenities! Everyone is always super impressed with everything and it’s always a good time! Maintenance and management are efficient and kind! I highly recommend moving here!
We have resided at ALTA NV for about 3 weeks now. Office personnel staff are pleasant, courteous and have been very helpful and quick to respond. The amenities are exceptional and well maintained. I would highly recommend this property to friends or family.

At ALTA NV I’ve found my independence and freedom. I love my space and how it’s laid out. I feel at home even with no family in the area. My neighbours are lovely and I can enjoy working from home. 10/10 would recommend, and I have done that already!
I had less than a month to move to Vegas from Florida. The front office staff was helpful and friendly with my relocation. Any issues I’ve had, they have been quick to fix without any problems.

I’m happy in my new home. It’s pretty, spacious, comfortable. The front office is so kind. I leased with Vanessa, who is very pleasant to work with. There were some “hiccups” with the move, and Elizabeth stepped into to help me through the process - she is so friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve had to go into the office for a couple things here and there, and Zulema has been super helpful and kind. I’m sorry I didn’t catch his name, but the maintenance supervisor had to come into my apartment to address a minor issue. He was friendly, respectful, and helpful - he even jumped right onto another task I mentioned as an afterthought. My stay here has been pretty issue-free, but I’m confident that anything that may arise, they’ll address like they always do - friendly, respectfully, and promptly.

What I love most about my spacious luxury apartment are my amenities my bath tub the rooftop the clubhouse parties and the dog park and bathing area all my guest fall in love with my home I am very pleased Rainee
The staff is amazing, Vanessa and Derek are very helpful!! Everyone is so nice, friendly and more than willing to help. The complex is clean and has so many fun amenities like the pool, rooftop deck and golf simulator. They even have fun events for all the residents to enjoy! They just hosted a taco fiesta event with talented musicians and cocktails! It’s not just an apartment but a lifestyle!!! Love living here!
