Gibson Springs is nestled into the Interstate 215 and 515 junction just west of the city center. This family-friendly suburb, while part of Henderson, is also part of the Las Vegas metro area. The apartments are very nice and spacious. The community is quiet and clean. The leasing team at the front and the maintenance team are all very helpful, nice, and professional. If I have any issues they always fix them as soon as possible. Selena and Meisha and the front always go above and beyond for residents. Andrea on the maintenance team pays close attention to details while working and she is very helpful, and professional.

The Edge at Traverse Point is great for people who are tired of the yellow walls, old cabinetry, out dates features of basic apartments. Plenty of food options around, right next to WinCo for cheaper groceries, ameneties are great, apt size options are good all around. I recently moved from another state and there was a hiccup in my original rental property in a different part of LV. I reached to The Edge Management Staff with a 3-day window to move. My credit and income checks were expedited, and I moved in 2 days later. I truly enjoy my apartment, the conveniences of shopping, groceries, a variety of fast-food spots and a number of parks to take my dog for a walk. Compared to where I lived prior to moving here, this meets my needs much better.

Lived here almost 8 months now and have had no issues. It’s quiet and not far from stores or work so that’s a bonus
They are very quick to act on work orders, courteous, and they go way beyond your needs.
I am very pleased with the living experience, quality of the apartment, the complex and the quietness of the surrounding area. Eateries, grocery stores and department stores make this a great location for just about anything.

I’ve have been living here at the Edge for a few years! I love it here. I eventually plan to buy a house when the economy is better. However I don’t plan on leaving here until I do. It feels like Home and community. The staff is professional, polite, Empathetic and they actually listen and care about individual issues. For those who are looking for an apartment complex as your home, and not a place to rent for a few months or a year -- you will find THE EDGE at the top of your list. I am now in my fourth year lease. THE EDGE staff and professional and responsive. They communicate and respond. Repairs are addressed. Issues are resolved. The outdoor heated swimming poo; and spa, the indoor work out room, the Dog Park, the beautiful grounds, the well lit parking adds to the feeling of home. And best of all, location, location, location. 5 minutes to access to 3 freeways. 5-10 minutes to 3 major grocery stores. 5-10 minutes to a plethora of restaurants. 3 minutes to a 24-hour gas station (and car wash). And don't forget 5-10 minutes for major department stores, shopping center and the large box store. When shopping for a home, THE EDGE cannot be beat.

The community is quiet and safe. The staff is courteous and responsive. We are happy with the apartment lay-out. There is a substantial amount of closet and storage space.

When I sold my beautiful home that sat at the end of a cul-du-sac on a quarter acre in Green Valley Ranch, I searched extensively for the right apartment for me and for my German Shepherd. It was hard to leave my home swimming pool and extensive landscaping that I designed. There was something special about The Edge that I felt while walking the property and looking at one, two and three bedroom apartments. Action speaks louder than words. I just signed my fourth one-year lease at The Edge. You meet the most wonderful people, from neighbors to management. The grounds are well kept. Repairs are addressed. The pools and the barbecues and even the Dog Park is well used. My two bedroom apartment is so well laid out. And the best news of all is the location of the property. Five minutes from home is the entrance to two different freeways, going north and south and east and west. There are three major supermarkets, two major drug stores and two Starbucks within a five to 10 minute drive. And within a five to ten minute drive, every conceivable restaurant and stores from A-Z. The Edge is a great place to live. It is for me and hopefully will be for you.

Throughout this pandemic, they have supported my sons, and I every step of the way. Being a single full time father, I appreciate the resources, and help they have provided. Also this is a tremendous place to raise your children with plenty of space. My sons, and I love it here. Plan to be hear for a few years for sure.

Love that the apts are updated: granite countertops, wood floors, stainless steel appliances, etc. The apartments are just really nice.

This place seem to be the right space for someone just moving to town but that's as good as it gets. Everything after isn't anything special, it's actually frustrating. Staff changes often which makes approaching for help uncomfortable at times and inconsistent. Phone calls to "The Edge" always lose connection, so getting ahold of someone to assist you is annoying to say the least. I ended up moving out after a couple years somewhere more promising, and I'd like to warn you that the security deposit when you sign your lease is basically useless. They'll CHARGE you for any detailing. YES anything and everything: Carpet cleaning (even after making sure shoes stay at the door, and not spills on carpet). Minor wall scratches from moving furniture, and random damage fees (not specified on bill). Not to mention the fees they charge to use their platform to make the payment. On the bright side, common areas are generally well maintained.

Recently moved in here and absolutely love it! Even during Covid time, the staff is so very helpful and professional and I truly appreciate them as well as the maintenance staff's quick response to some small details upon move-in. This is a place I'd recommend to everyone! I love that they have some monthly activities for the residents and the high quality of the apartment homes! Very grateful for everyone here and the neighbors are wonderful too!

It's a nice community in a quiet secluded part of Henderson, but close to everything. Convenient location to the freeway, 20 Minutes to the strip and close to Cornerstone Park. The pool is great! The balcony is larger than most. There's always plenty of parking.
