Property Ratings at Solitude at Centennial
Solitude is a convenient location. Other than that I’d pass next time. During the leasing process, the front office is nice and inviting but once you start having valid complaints or repeated repair or maintenance requests it seems that it’s a bother. You’re on your own.
Everything was smooth and amazing, I enjoyed the whole process from the apartment viewing to getting my keys. All of the leasing staff have been only but kind

Just moved in but so far everything has been great. The move in process was quick and the staff was friendly. Apartments are spacious and located in a great area.

Living at Solitude has been one of the most disappointing and frustrating experiences I’ve ever had. The management office is shockingly unprofessional, rude, and completely lacking in empathy. Instead of supporting residents, they seem to go out of their way to make things more difficult. The most upsetting issue was when they falsely accused my underage daughter of drinking at the pool. They threatened us with eviction over this baseless claim. Thankfully, I was able to provide GPS data proving she wasn’t even near the pool that night. Not only did this accusation put unnecessary stress on my family, but even after being proven wrong, no one in the office offered so much as an apology. The way management handled the situation was completely unacceptable, and it reflects a much deeper problem with how they treat the people who live here. I would not recommend this place to anyone. If you’re looking for a safe, respectful, and professionally managed community, look elsewhere.

Solitude is a decent place to live as long as you don't expect great communication from the front office or things to be in working order too often. We have been told, to our faces, that things were not as we experienced them, and that issues, like mold, did not exist even though we caught it first and witnessed it get worse. Our water was shut off, twice, with 0 notification. When we questioned them about it, we were told it would be on in some time, but no idea when and they had no idea a plumber would have to shut off the water to perform maintenance.

It was quick and easy and the girls up front were super helpful. I looked at the units I was interested in and was impressed by the layouts and cleanliness. I walked in and was approved the same day.

Living here has been a mixed experience. One major downside is the constant knocking on our door, often at odd hours, which disrupts our peace and privacy. It feels like there's little control over who can access the building. Additionally, cleanliness is an issue, especially when it comes to pet owners not cleaning up after their pets. There are noticeable pet droppings in some areas, which is both unpleasant and unhygienic. While the location and amenities might have their merits, these issues have significantly impacted our overall experience. I hope management can address these concerns.

Noise level is low, great amenities, friendly responsive staff, and excellent maintenance. The pool is great, parking is always easy to find.

I have had issues since moving in a year ago and have tried on multiple occasions to talk to someone about resolving these issues. The office manager Raquel has been extremely rude and some of the comments she has said to me I could never even imagine saying to a guest in my restaurant let alone resident of a property. She is ineffective in her role as property manager and it’s very disappointing that reaching out to Greystar has not helped resolve anything.

I used to really love this apartment. The building itself felt safe and well-maintained. I enjoyed the peace and it was a comfortable place to call home for quite a while. However, recently I've started to feel uneasy. There have been random people knocking on our door at odd hours, sometimes late at night. It’s honestly a bit unsettling.

This apartment is peaceful and is well maintained. . it is safe and the neighbors are awesome.. I was impressed with the handling of my maintenance requests. They came to fix them the following immediately.

Overall the move-in process was fast and to the point. I appreciated the front office for getting me moved in because other properties told me that it would take their manager at least 5 days to look at the application. The community is very peaceful. I love the library and city park across the street. My family has enjoyed the events at both places.

Apartment was filthy. Pet food on floors, floors black with dirt. Windows dirty. Bathroom had no lever to divert the water from tub to the shower, so no shower! No drain plug so, No Bath! Tub faucet leaked. No drain in tub, just a big hole. Bathroom sink leaked, so No Sink! Basically bathroom was unusable except for toilet. Towed my car. Lied about the gate being closed. Have to pay for covered parking that no one else charges for. Neighbors are nice and don't hear neighbors but really noisy neighborhood.

Solutude Apartments has been great thus far. We’ve been here about two months to find the location superb, it’s quiet and our two bedroom floor plan works perfectly for us. I’ve met residents who have lived here for over 6 years.

This is a very nice apartment community. Cute little dog area. It’s nice and quiet. The surrounding area is very nice and great for kids. The move in was easy and they helped with all our needs right away.

It's quiet and peaceful but over priced. Staff in office is very friendly. Like that's its only 2 levels so no one is over you if on 2nd floor.

Love it up here! Very clean and maintained and close to everything else! We have so far no problems with anyone or where we live. Landscapers are here every weekend to keep our community clean. Solitude had 17 days after possession date to get the unit FULLY ready for the actual move-in day. Communication with leasing office was maintained. However, many things, large & small, were not repaired or replaced. Very disappointing.

Solitude at Centennial is a nice place to live. It's quiet, they have good amenities, and everyone is friendly. However, you may experience significant issues with your apartment in the beginning.

I had a couple issues when I first moved in, The maintenance guys have been great and taken care of them quickly. The community is quiet and I really enjoy the location.

Great community. Very safe, quiet, with greenery. Property Staff is great and do everything they can to help with any questions or concerns. Next to a park that is great for taking walks. Closer to Mount Charleston, which is a big plus during the hotter season (it gets 20-30 degrees cooler on the mountain).

I love all the grass, trees, & plants around.. everything is well kept. The area is so quiet. The gym is big. I love the water fall at the pool.. the Amazon mail locker is a plus.

It's an average apartment complex. Things they don't tell you though is that the staff in the main building like to leave before their closing hours, they hire leaf blowers once a week very early in morning on random days, they don't enforce the dog policy so there are some aggressive and not well behaved dogs, the gates to get in by code work half the time if that, if you order take out and it gets dilevered to the wrong apartment it will be stolen, some neighbors aren't are curdious to you as you may be to them, and also, the staff may or may not be helpful. We told them when we moved the apartment floor was very dirty and they made the excuse of workers getting the apartment ready. I also asked for a new mail key because they gave me a dented one that could not be used. I asked twice, and no answer. My husband I haven't been in contact since for other issues because they like to leave early all the time.

I've lived here for 5 1/2 years and have enjoyed it. It is a quiet place and well kept up except for the occasional tenant who doesn't follow the rules about their pets waste. I would recommend it for anyone who likes a good home.

Of all the apartments I viewed, Solitude was the one that felt most like home. The office staff and maintenance crew have all been friendly, professional and helpful! We have been happy here!

I have been a resident at Solitude Centennial since about 2011. The apartments where beautiful.The staff was amazing! The landscaping looked beautiful. Security guards at times. Now, I pay double and downsized. Staff changes, so I have to explain my issues over and over. And there's not resolution. One of my bedroom windows derailed. I was afraid it would fall down. Their solution till this day is just don't open it above 4". High rent LOW quality.

I'm a retired USAF vet who has lived here the last 5 years and consider it and current management of the property very good. I would recommend loving here. It's a real nice community.
