Like the name implies, this district is home to the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Although this neighborhood is a clear choice for students, faculty, and staff, the University District offers allure far beyond the campus. The neighborhood is filled with restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping options. Boulevard Mall offers over 100 stores selling everything from candles to shoes to candy. There is also an abundance of entertainment available within or near the community.
University District is home to several quirky museums including the Pinball Hall of Fame. SeaQuest Las Vegas and the Las Vegas Convention Center are also housed in the district. On top of stellar amenities and fun-filled activities, University District is in a prime location. The McCarran International Airport is four minutes from campus and the world-famous Las Vegas Strip is only seven minutes away.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

We’re disappointed to hear that you haven’t enjoyed your time at community and we’d love the chance to improve your experience. Please give us a call at 702-272-0505 or stop by the leasing office when you get the chance.
I have been living at Tides at Cambridge since March of 2022. On April 2nd both of my bathroom ceilings collapsed from a build up of water. I have reported this to the maintenance, leasing office and their corporate, but my bathrooms are still disgusting. I have received a positive test for mold, water damage, etc and the company STILL has done nothing about it. Once I told them I was leaving due to unihabitable living conditions, they immediately put an eviction notice on my door WITHOUT even fixing the problems. It's now been about a month since they tried to evict me, but my ceilings are still completly collapsed with dripping water, 36000+ mold spores/ fungi growing in my bathrooms from what my mold inspection says from. Once i sent this mold test to my apartments a week ago, they have refused to email me or let me out of my lease even though the test clearly says that i need to "vacate the premises" and they still are saying that I can't leave because I owe them. So now I have a court date set up for next year to sue them for this. As I'm typing this, my bathrooms have been wrecked for going on 6 months. My lease is only 9 months so 3/4 of my lease so far has been affected by unihabitable living conditions. The pictures will blow your mind and so will their negligence. I need help!!! Stay away from Tides At Cambridge or ANY apartment ran by The Robinson Group or that has the word "Tides" in front of it, seriously!!
No swimming pool. They cemented the pools to create a dog park. Additionally, they have ridiculous monthly charges such as CAM and CAM electric and charge you $25 to use there trash/valet services. Non negotiable too.
People, please listen to the reviews. We just moved in today. The place was dirty, there are ROACHES everywhere! They charge a $150 cleaning fee before you move in. Do you even think that they actually clean?! Hell no. And you can't get the $150 fee back. The Thermostat was off when we did the walk through. They said they were "Cleaning it" sure, okay. When they put it on, they did not hook up all the wires and my boyfriend is now trying to fix it as I type this. So there is no A/C! DO NOT MOVE HERE! We came from another state so we did not get to see the apartment before hand. We definitely regret that! We needed a place asap and this "seemed" like a good choice. NOPE! We will be moving out as soon as we are able. This place does not pass any health code violations at all.

Skyline Park is nothing like the photos the entire property is infested with lice bed bugs and roaches there are constant shootout police sirens are like a musical instrument living here has completely decistated my wife and our relationship gang members runeild are car was stolen twice the mailboxes are constantly broken into and packages stolen property management as well as maintenance do absolutely nothing the wash rooms are covered in cat urine. There are neighbors here that are absolutely out of there mind fights yelling and drug deals become a way of life I personally have had 4 stray bullets come through the apartment and when your one day late on your rent is the only time you will see any kind of effort from management in the form of them pounding on you metal security door yelling In thehallway pay or get out I urge you DO NOT MOVE HERE YOU WILL REGRET EVERYSI GLE SAY OF YOUR LIFE IF YOU MAKE TO THE NEXT THIS IS A UNSAFE AND UN REGULATED NEIGHBORHOOD IF YOU GOT A GUN YOU ARE THE BOSS AND MANAGEMENT WILL NEVER EVER QUESTION YOU

I don't know why the positive review from 6/18/2020 notes that repairs are completed in a timely manner because they are not. Other tenants and I joke about how long our maintenance requests go without being addressed and that was going on long before corona was around making scheduling stuff hard. And despite spraying for bugs, we find roaches in our unit often. They run all over all around outside at night too. Only reason I gave 2 stars is because staff is at least nice and grounds are cleaner than usual these days.
The location is perfect. Any needed repairs are completed in a timely manner. Work-out room and 2 pools on premises. Office workers are friendly and attentive. A couple miles from strip. UNLV a few blocks away. Vons, Albertsons, Walgreens, 99 Cent Only, ...1 to 3 blocks away. WONDERFUL!

We're glad to hear you love it as much as we do! Thanks for highlighting the accessibility of our space. We're so glad you call Skyline Parc home. Lexy C., Community Manager SkylineParcMGR@pinnacleliving.com
This place is awful. Totally infested with cockroaches when I first moved in. My second day I killed almost 200 of them. Constantly trash all over outside. The dryers usually don't work. It's impossible to get a full night's sleep here. I can't remember the last night that went by where people weren't yelling outside. One night there was at least 30 people cheering on a fist fight happening between two men (while children were present). People here even pushed two children on to fight each other during the day. I've been woken up by fights, yelling, and people just being loud outside as late as 3am and 4am. Maintenance either doesn't fix things when you request or they take multiple weeks and need repeated reminders. I've had issues with plumbing, locks, water, appliances, and more. I hate living here.

They are remodeled...but not fully...floors crack...walls have a few patches on them..pool isn’t open and it’s over 100 degrees...mail boxes are gated in....high crime area? Yes! Cops everywhere in these streets! Management is awesome! Very nice and they do Fix things! Every apt has a security gate and peep hole! There is security here but i think he leaves at 10pm or 12am....idk. I rented here as in emergency...i will b moving out in a few months (6 months) due 2 the apt being very small...it has NO closet space at all...no hallway closet nothing...just the bedroom...while next door at “mi casita” it cost less and they are double in size and has many closets and even ur own patio! Well...maybe next time. Its ok 4 me...apt is 7 out of 10...is the maneger does her job am happy!
I haven't lived here for too long but the crime that has happened is too much. Last night a woman was murdered in her apartment here. Someone knocked on her door at 10pm, she opened it and was shot 5 times and died. the bullets went through the wall into someone elses apartment, too where there were small children. It's all over the news. My friends and family are now scared to come visit and I am scared to leave my unit. There is no peephole on my door so I can't see who's knocking, ever. They promised me the front gate would be working by the time I moved in but it still isn't working. Anyone can just walk in, at any time. I was talking to my neighbors earlier and they said they saw the murderers running through the complex after they shot the woman. Where was "security"?? These apartments are almost fully at fault for the murder. If the gates were working and there really was security, I believe that woman would still be alive. This isn't the only instance that has happened, either. Just the latest. I am so sad for her and her family.
I HATE Living in these apartments. I would not recommend them to any one. They are roach infested, the floors have soft spots in them that may cave in if you are not careful. The office does not take work orders, serioisly. I had to wait 3 weeks for maintenance to address the mold and leaks in my bathroom. Now they are completely tearing out both the bathrooms and wont provide any compensation. The first month I lived here I had to get my mail from the post office because the mailboxes had been broken into and were getting fixed. Crime is very high in this area. There have been 3 murders in the immediate area in the last 3 month. As a current resident I warn you DO NOT MOVE HERE.. Ive lived in some bad apartments but this is the worst. FOR YOUR OWN GOOD DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT.. If I could give it zero stars I would
I'm now 6 months into my lease and this is the worst rental experience I've ever had. When I first moved in, there were no knobs on any of my doors, no window panes, the apartment was not finished at all. It's like they didn't even inspect the apartment but handed over keys. The AC/heat has not worked since I moved in. I put in work orders for maintenance and they never show up. When I call the office, the excuse is always that maintenance is sick. The building has flooded more than once which always results in my water being shut off for an entire day. There are an insane amount of roaches. Every morning and night I see them yet no pest control. I went into the office last month to pay rent and there was a woman complaining that the health department said her apartment was not habitable. These apartments are DIRECTLY under a flight path (which I was not told before signing my lease, I just got a quick tour, quick enough to not have a plane fly over). The planes are so loud they wake me from my sleep multiple times every night, also shaking all the windows in my apartment. There are insane amounts of crime. Constant police sirens, cops in the parking lot all the time. I've seen people get arrested in the complex parking lot multiple times. They say there's security but I have not seen security once. Oh, and when I signed my lease more than 6 months ago, I was told the gates would be up shortly and there are still no gates. I'm currently trying to get out of my lease because it's not safe or habitable here.
I absolutely LOVE what they have done with this complex. Considering the surrounding area, this is definitely a diamond in the rough. They have remodeled their apartments, which feel really modern and retro (great for a college student like me!) and have backslash even! BACKSPLASH! I thought I would have to own my own home to see this kind of detail but Skyline Parc has made that come true for me already :-D Also, their on site security is AWESOME. Always checking the property, talking to residents and making it feel a lot safer and protected.
The apartments are all newly renovated which is nice! But the area is not good, kids stealing things and anyone can walk up to your door. People ask you for money right when you walk out your front door! I don't recommend this place.
Apartments look very clean, very organized, area isn't to bad. Nice set up, good pricing for Vegas apartments.
