The size of the unit is good, the concept of the unit itself is good. The upkeep on the units is not okay by any means but the space works.
Worth the price. Feels safe. Signing the lease was very easy and quick experience. The staff were very helpful and easily available for any questions I had.

I’ve had such a great experience living at Sage at Green Valley! The office staff is absolutely amazing—Sarah and Scherwin in particular are so sweet, helpful, and genuinely hilarious. They’ve made the move-in process and day-to-day living feel easy and welcoming. Even though the complex is right on a busy street, it’s surprisingly quiet and peaceful, which I really appreciate. The rent is a fantastic deal for this area, and I feel like I’m getting real value for what I pay. The maintenance team keeps the property looking great and everything is taken care of in a timely way. Overall, I’m super happy to be here. It’s been such a comforting and positive place to call home!

Maintenance request wasn’t addressed, it was simply closed. I raised twice by going to leasing office as well but it wasn’t addressed so far. I raised month back. So with respect to maintainence or other requests, it would always disappoint us.

I love my new place. It’s a good and quiet neighborhood the neighbors are nice and welcoming as well I like how big the rooms are. I like how big the tub is in the master bedroom bathroom. My kids like it here to they enjoy walking around and go to the playing at the playground..

I can't lie - of course we love positive reviews, but your honesty gives us the chance to improve, so many thanks to you for taking the time to share!
I’ve lived here for two years. (Couldn’t afford to move after first year). We moved in to a “renovated” apartment. Almost everything was already falling apart. The laundry doors fell off, air conditioning was leaking and still is after they “fixed” it 2 times. The “wooden” floors peeled off. We had ant infestations multiple times. Black mold in our bathroom that took them forever to “fix” and has now reappeared. They ruined our tub while “fixing” the black mold issue and never cam back to fix it. Main bedroom and main bathroom door handles fall off. It’s been one thing after another and I can’t wait to leave.

I don’t say good and I don’t say too bad. Community feels odd smell during evening time and basic requirement of cover parking is not followed here for all residents. Maintenance is not fast compared to other communities.

Rent has been going up, even though service has gone down. Maintenance doesn’t like giving calls before arriving and parking is the worst. I had a carport but since it’s been blocked off since may 20th I’ve had to park in the next community over because everyone is competing for the e few open parking spots since the community decided to work on almost all the carports at once. Back door still won’t lock because they come by and half fix things. My towel rack still doesn’t hang correctly and I’m too worried about them making things worse to ask for a repair on the window. Gate hasn’t worked since beginning of winter. Already looking for other options after my lease is up, considering how much a pay and the service other people get for their money.

Living in Nevada for almost 2 years. It’s been really different. I’m from New York and the weather is great but living in this apartment complex I like it here I do,the people are friendly. Sarah in the Main Office is so great. I love this location because you have so many stores around here that are close. I know there is delivery services,but just getting out in this area is really beautiful. Anyone who asked me I tell them I like it here better than the other place we lived in but here it does feel like home.

I sent a work order stating a sink stopper in one of my bathroom is stuck and won’t drain water and was told it would take 2 weeks to get fixed. Then I get an email less than a week later saying the work order is closed. Closed without even fixing the problem. Nobody has come and fixed the sink stopper. I am still unable to use the bathroom sink. This is a problem…. I request another work order and hopefully they won’t close the order before it is really fixed. Two weeks to fix a sink is wrong! Hire more maintenance people.

Gated community with non working gates. Trash bin areas always has trash laying around even when dumpsters aren't full.

I have very much enjoyed living here at sage of Green valley. My experience has been a very positive one, the office staff and the maintenance department have been very efficient, professional, and friendly.

Do not live here. The apartment is nice but nothing will ever be fixed. I’ve given up trying to get management and maintenance to do anything. I’m moving as soon as I can.

The apartment is a nice complex with good amenities. The front office is really good to work with and the neighborhood is super nice and quiet.

The community is nice. I love the location and once my apartment was fixed it’s a nice spot to live. I’m happy with it. I like how quiet the complex is and all of the amenities are really nice.

This property is beautiful and at a time when everyone is price gouging rent, this property is not. So far the rent has stayed pretty consistent and the neighborhood is great.

Cabinet different then the model they showed us. Different color and rottening on bottom doors. No ramp or handicap entry for wheelchair clients. Upstairs neighbor very loud until 3:30am every night. Maintenance do a good job at keeping grounds and emenities clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Nice neighborhood.

It’s terrible here and wish I would have never made this decision. The apartment is not kept clean at all . The covered parking structures are one bad breeze away from falling over . The infested apartment smells of old motel and you just can’t seem to get that smell out . I have plug ins all throughout my apartment and keep it very clean and still old motel smell .last but not least the roaches never seem to go away no matter how many time you bug bomb the place . Also fully renovated is the largest joke of all .

It's a very nice apartment community. Good amenities, close to everything. Hopefully they get the gates fixed soon to make it a true gated community.

Quiet friendly complex. Very nice pool areas. Mail room is always clean. If I had to say a negative it would be the dog area no one picks up after there dog and it’s kinda icky. Other then that nice complex. Staff is super helpful and friendly. I have not experienced maintenance issues so I can’t rate them. I am enjoying the peace and quiet for such a large complex I am overall very happy.

Initially moving here I thought would be amazing but within 6 weeks of moving here My car was stolen I've seen at least four fights in front of my apartment and I no longer feel safe. I moved here with the notion that it would be a lot safer for me. I've never seen security walking around driving around,besides my car it's been five other cars stolen in my apartment complex in just my area and only within 2 months. The fact that the front office is aware of this and still there is no security during the night hours when these things are happening is completely disheartening.
