Resort at the Lakes is a great place to live if you have family, pets, or are just single. I like how the grounds are large from 1 bedroom apartments to 3 bedroom townhomes for affordable prices. Neighbors are always friendly and there is a nice path you can walk your dogs. I’ve been here for almost 2 years and I am still happy being a resident here. I haven’t had any issues in my townhouse apartment and the features are nice. Comes with a fireplace that we love to keep on during the winter.

I am very happy to have chosen Resort at the Lakes for my new home. The area the apartment resides in is very nice and quiet. The roads are clear of cars and the neighborhood is overall quiet. The community is also next to a great shopping area that has all the main stores. My partner and I made sure to come to the area multiple times before applying to make sure it was a perfect fit. We had scouted many apartments before finding this one. We especially like the guarded gate out front which adds to the security and safety within the community. The community is kept well and maintenance does a great job with the outside. Since we moved in we've had nothing but a pleasant experience and are very grateful for Misha's support and customer service. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking.

Been living at resort at the lakes for a month now. I love it here, neighbors are nice, 24/7 gym and pool. No noise even if I'm right next to the freeway. Shonna has been very helpful too

If you want somewhere quiet, friendly, and family-oriented, this community is perfect for that. Landscapers keep the streets clear, maintenance is quick and professional, and the office staff are kind and resourceful. All of the office staff are great, but I especially appreciate Tiffany. She’s always kind, approachable, and quick to resolve any issues or concerns we have. I’ve tried many apartments, but this is the first community I’ve renewed my stay with no hesitation.

Our move-in experience yesterday was excellent. Misha from the main office greeted us and explained everything. Then she did a walk-through with us. Very friendly and professional. Jamie from maintenance introduced himself and fixed the few items we found. The guard at the front gate was really helpful and friendly. Today called and let her know we ordered Door-Dash takeout and she sent them right to us. We feel fortunate to have found this place. Thank you to everyone!

Overall quiet. Nice layout. Compared to other rentals in the area, Resort at the Lakes checks all the boxes for location, space and price. Private gated community. Well maintained grounds. Clean.

Tiffany was extremely professional. She accommodated my out of state move necessities. Misha was also helpful with my transition. Most importantly, I feel safe living here. The guard house staff is also professional, especially Tevin. I recommend the Resort At The Lakes for professionals. It is quiet, and well maintained. Due to overall experience, I will remain longer than initially planned.
