Been living here for a few months and the maintenance team is always working hard to get things done. Lawn is always mowed neatly and if there are scratches in the walls they're always patching them up and painting the walls. Apartment always smells super clean, and the lounging areas are always clean. Great stuff
Overall my experience Residences at Brighton Marine has been good. The leasing office communicates very well and are involved. The maintenance on this property is very professional and timely. The building is always clean.
When you think of home you think of a place serenity. My apartment ( veterans) is just that is located near T stop and near veteran hospital and close to everything you can imagine., this is a 4 season state so if you looking to all temp I’m so happy I found this place and is brand new it has pool table small gym and also little room like mini movie theaters I thins so far is a perfect place the AC had little problem like any other new building but over all 5 start
I have to say I am shocked! I have been waiting for months for my dish washer to get fixed and the new maintanence worker was right on time. Got the job done and I did not have to keep calling.
My experience living at Brighton Marine so far is ok. They’re a new apartment building and they’re clearly going through growing pains. The place is meant to look like it was built used high quality materials, but upon closer look it’s standard/subpar materials (government bid, I guess - it is for active service/vets after all). The counters easily scratch in the kitchen and bathroom. Our AC began leaking within days of moving in due to the AC set-up. We had a waterfall in our bathroom (where the AC system is installed) for a few days because no one answered for emergency maintenance over the 4th of July weekend. To date we still have leak stains on our ceiling that maintenance tried to cover with paint instead of fixing the drywall. If you have a pet, don’t expect to have a place for them to defecate on the property. Management expects you to walk your dog to other properties along Commonwealth and Warren so they can relieve themselves because their lease says so and the grass has to look presentable (heaven forbid). Supposedly they’ll set an area for pets to use in the future, but we’ll see. I personally do not feel safe walking my dog at night along those streets. Until these issues are resolved, I would think twice before moving here.
