Remington Cove I

The staff at Remington Cove has been excellent throughout our move in experience. Weve lived there about a month now and have found all the amenities to be available and clean. The grounds crew, cleaning crew, and service personnel have been outstanding as well! I would highly recommend living here!

I've lived at Remington Cove for 2 years and it has been the best rental experience in my life. The office is good with communication in the community and very transparent with the leasing process.

We have been here about a month now and really like our new apartment: the layout, the color scheme, the community/area (very quiet), the people/neighbors/dogs:). Maintenance responded immediately to a very minor issue when we moved in, and management/office staff have been very responsive as well. We really like it here!

Living at Remington Cove feels like living in a hotel. Everything is taken care of except making my own bed! It's clean, well cared for, and the best people are here daily - making it a great community to live in. I'm very lucky to have found this gem!

Excellent service time and time again. Been here 5 years and yet to have a interaction that was less than excellent.

My experience with Remington Cove was extremely poor. So much so that I broke my lease 5 months early just to leave. For the amount we pay in rent, I expected the dog park to be in a condition my dog could play in. Having a fence is great, but only if the gates actually shut. The dog bin is left full for days and after Amanda shared on the community page that they can't test the poo if it has been left out for a few hours, no one cleans up after their dogs after maintenance leaves for the day. Because of the aforementioned gates, the park isn't secure. Other people from the area will let their dogs in, keeping us who live there, from being able to enjoy the park. Amanda, the main manager, is the hardest person to get in touch with. I will have to sendore than one email to get a response or go through Josh, who is also a manager, but everyone is under the impression that he is treated like an assistant, as things have to go through Amanda. This would be fine, if she could do anything. It took 3 months to get keys that work correctly. It only got done because Amanda went on Vacation, leaving Josh to do her work. Within 4 hours of contact with Josh, our key situation was fixed. After pestering for 5 months, between emails and office visits, I finally got out name in the call box. However, they were only in the box for the front, which is silly considering parking is in the back, I still had to run down to let my family in, this was never changed. For 5 months we were paying Remington Cove for electric as well as Dakota County. We finally got that figured out December. I was reimbursed the money. Since winter has come, maintenance does an okay job of shoveling and salting. The issue is they only do the stairs. Leaving us to do the walkway to the dog park. It gets so bad that the space between the two gates are glare ice. Myself and my husband both have fallen there. Eventually we ended up salting and chopping ice so it would be safe for not only is, but the other tennants and children. I would never recommend this apartment. I've lived in 2 apartments prior to this, but this is the worst this far. They are supposed to be luxury apartments, I figured I'm spending 2x what I have paid for my previous apartments, and received the worst communication along with the worst apartments I've ever been in. The apartments themselves are beautiful and spacious, but I'd take small and livable with great Management over these any day.

Great place to live. Close to shops and parks. Family and pet friendly. Clean. Safe. With friendly management that makes sure that notices are received by email, door notices, elevator, and entrances/exits posted.

Very nice place to live with reasonable management that try to do the right thing and takes pride in keeping up a great reputation.

The management and maintenance staff could not be any better.

The staff is superior, very knowledgeable, very cordial, & very helpful. The management staff contacts maintenance immediately for any problems to be corrected. The maintenance staff is very timely, corrects problems promptly and easily. Friends & relatives of current renters are highly & strongly recommended to pass positive information to potential renters. The complex is very convenient for shopping & a quiet place to live. I have lived here for awhile, love it & the staff.

Friendly staff and easy application and leasing process. Clean common areas, well kept dog park and we very much appreciate the brightly lit & clean garage.

Remington Cove apartment homes are so gorgeous, remarkably cared for, and managed very well and reasonably priced. The fact that we can also have our beloved fur babies is a wonderful plus!

Everyone at Remington Cove has been very receptive to our needs. The building is always clean, a great place that is close to restaurants and grocery stores and parks.

Great management and maintenance team. Always communicate in timely manner. Buildings are nice and clean. No smells. Residents are very respectful of each other. Very quiet after 8 pm.

I love the location but management of the property has declined since being taken over by Capreit. Specifically standards of cleanliness and customer service. It is obvious management values saving money over keeping things up. This is frustrating as these savings are not passed on to tenants.

Remington Cove is clean and everyone has been very friendly so far! Love the dog park to meet other tenants and to bring my dog to play! It is also located in a great part of town!

Remington Cove is luxury, modern living at an amazingly affordable price. The management goes out of their way to ensure your comfort and pleasure and sense of family/community.

Amanda & Josh were very nice, helpful, knowledgeable, welcome me as a new resident, on top of the move in process. They made the move in very smooth.This is a very neat, clean, quiet place to live.

Very attractive apartment. I had a closet malfunction, my fault I over stuffed. Maintenance was fast ,efficient , more than helpful and very pleasant at the same time! I am impressed! Amanda was very helpful getting me my apartment and dealing with the insurance company. Very pleased

I am new to Phase II complex, only a few days. Amanda & Josh are excellent staff to deal with regarding the move into the apartments. The processing went fast & well without any problems. This staff has a vast knowledge of the rental aspects. The apartment area that I reside is nice & quiet without any problems. I would highly & strongly recommend this complex to any potential renter. This is an excellent place to live & all the amenities afforded to anyone. Super place! Tom S

Good place to live

Remington Cove has been a great place to live. The apartments are very spacious and clean with high end appliances and granite countertops. The grounds are always clean, and the staff is outstanding. I would HIGHLY recommend this complex to anyone looking for a place to live.

RemCove is the best apartment community I've ever lived in. The properties are well managed and safe. And the apartments are beautiful. The pond across the street provides a serene view complete with sunsets and cute dogs walking with their owners. It's a great place to live.

Worst experience, living in Remington Cove was a nightmare for my family. I would never recommend this place. Management kept accusing us of making noise even when we were not home, 6 months after this ordeal/nightmare, they figured out who was making the noise but no apology was made to us about what we been through.

This is truly an apartment HOME. Everything from management to the layout to the community makes it a wonderful, clean and safe place to live. We love raising our son here and the community is so walkable! Best move weve made so far!

Apartment is huge and clean. Walking distance to many shops. High end features like granite counters and large closets and a storage room. Full size in unit laundry is really nice to have.

Remington Cove is a great place to live! The staff is fabulous and the facility clean and well maintained.
