Property Ratings at Remington Canyon Apartments
Do not live here! I moved in February; they do not clean up the property! The rent is as much as I paid for a 3-bedroom, 1600-square-foot townhouse last year! They don't hire landscapers; if they do, they only care about cleaning around the front office area so the new residents think it's a beautiful place to live! Please do your own research around the complex before making a choice to live here! I made that mistake and regret it terribly! They tell you it's not their responsibility to clean up around the complex; we are surrounded by hundreds of pine trees. These pine trees are very dangerous during the summer they can catch fire and there is mountains around the complex just building up since they dont care aboutcleaning up at all! The complex has a dog park which is so, so nasty; it's covered in dog poop! The entire complex is covered in dog poop as well! Pine needles and dog poop and trash! The trash cans need to be updated as well very disgusting every single one is nasty! They are currently spending loads of money on stupid things like making the road we drive on pretty? This doesn't even make sense how about you focus on making the entire complex pretty and nice to live in and walk your dog! The bushes plants trees are all weirdly shaped like little demon gremlins with very over grown branches and bushes omg its embarrassing ! I cant believe they charge a arm and leg plus over priced utilities they add onto of your rent! I am paying double water this month from every other month they have no reason ! They told me oh the pool was filled that's why! I didn't know I was paying for the common water usage! This entire apartment complex stay away from! It's poorly built thin walls old poorly painted walls and a thin layered flooring the material is coming apart and I know they will somehow try to charge me but this place is old and they never properly renovated the unit in the first place they rush as soon as a tenant moves out and wants to replace as soon as possible its only about making money in this complex ! Ive only lived here 5 months and I already hate it and wanna leave ! As soon as my lease is up im out !!

Just recently moved in and so far, I'm happy. Spacious for a 1 bdroom and I love that it has a huge pantry which is a big help for it adds with storage. Also love the view of the mountains which I can see while doing the dishes. Michelle in the leasing office was also accommodating and straightforward in answering all our questions. Hope to have a continued happy stay here.
Descent value for the provided space and amenities, no bug problems, friendly staff, and prompt maintenance. I have only been here for a year, but I am satisfied with the apartments so far. I would recommend it.
Apartment is decent, but not without it's share of quirks. For starters, the apartment complex isn't nearly as shiny as it may first appear. Buildings share water system so when someone in a building flushes the toilet, it causes the toilets in other apartments to flow as well. Buildings also suffer from assorted mini-flaws like carpet tears, clogged drains, ect. These are minor quibbles though... quirks if you will. Not a bad place to live and quiet.
