DO NOT RECOMMEND

The office staff sucks. We got our renewal letter on January 17 and since that day my bf has been calling everyday to ask if we can keep our same rate since the apartments are going for WAY lower than when we got it a year ago. Every time it's we'll call you by the end of the day or it's our regional manager is on vacation. ALWAYS some BS excuse. I DO NOT recommend renting here.

Hello

Winter walked me thru the whole step by step was very helpful and awesome. I asked the questions she had the answers. Showed me the apartment I was applying for, the location is nice and quite clean. Staff was in one word AWESOME.

Lipstick on a pig

They did a rehab on the apartments but they basically just put lipstick on a pig. All of my cabinets were broken, drawers weren't installed properly, doors were hung using the wrong housing. There are bugs inside the buildings and roaches and crickets infest the grounds. There's dog poop all over the sidewalks. The paint chips because they hire cheap crews to do renovations in a single day. They run through tenants quickly to get commission. The maintenance guys are awesome, but don't attempt to talk to the office employees. They're glorified receptionists with attitude problems and poor people skills. I lived here because of an emergency that put us in a pinch, but it was such an awful experience. I do not recommend, run far away from this place.

My time has come to leave.

My stay here has been very Incredible. Meet different people of different races. In I had fun. People may say harsh things of others. In the office. There nixe kool people to talk to If theres a situation. My stay here was awesone. I had know roaches bed bugs. Those people might just hve bought your friends with you. Bit the most im going to miss is the Ladys and the office. In me enjoying the bad kids. Laughing with them. Barbecuing. In movie night. So Im a stay Thank you for having me as a tenant. Thank you!

100% Recommend

I love living here. I've been here over 2 years now and it wasn't always great but since the management changed it has been great! Everyone in the office is very kind. I love them all! If I have any issues they'll listen to me and help me resolve it. I've paid rent late a couple times and they're never rude about it or give me any problems, unlike other apartments! The maintenance is awesome. Very trustworthy and kind. I don't allow shoes in my house and the maintenance guy already is putting his booties on before I open the door! They do a quick, professional job. I've never waited more than a couple days for my work order to be fulfilled. The complex is very well taken care of as well and very safe. I get home late some nights and I feel safe while I'm bringing my daughter up the stairs. I recommend taking a look here! My own Dad moved in after meeting the office and seeing the apartment.

Horrible management .

Do not move into this place. The manager Chris is a compulsive liar. You will be horribly dissapointed. People are moving out left and right. The reviews that are good must be fake.

Maintenance

We placed a call regarding the washer which was very importance since we were getting ready to do laundry. They were there quickly and the problem resolved. I am very happy with the service and personnel they are always very helpful.

Apartment was disgusting when I moved had to clean it myself after several unsuccessful attempts of letting management know. Chris and Julie are very unprofessional. They will not set up times to allow for you to be present when there are maintenance issues. When call with concerns I am told they have 48 hours to fix or when called about neighbors fire alarms was told they could nothing about it.  If you rent here you can plan on being hung up and told your concerns are ridiculous.

LISTED BY ACTION 13 AS THE 5th MOST DANGEROUS PLACE IN HENDERSON. ROACHES. INCREDIBLY RUDE STAFF.

Worst apartment shopping experience ever. While doing a walk through if the apartment I lifted the top of the stove... The COCKROACHES scattered. I also mentioned that I saw that Prelude was listed by Action 13 as the 5th MOST DANGEROUS place in Henderson (based on 375 calls to the police in 2015). I asked what Prelude has done, if anything, in response to that report to help promote safety on its property. Their literal response was "If you don't want to live here, than we don't want you to live here". Ok... I told her I read the report and I still came, so I'm obviously interested, I just have some concerns for my child (my son and his girlfriend are actually looking for a place, I was coming along to help). Her response was "Well I'm not going to stand here and guarantee your safety". Ok. Whatever. Ask a simple question and I'm met with this very defensive position and the refusal to answer my question. As we were walking back I was told that I should speak to her boss and that he could better answer. Great! I asked him the same question. His answer was seriously - "I'm not going to answer that". What?! What do you mean? - "Why do you think they spent 4 million and brought in 'The Fixer' (thumbing to himself with a smirk)?" I don't know, that's why I'm asking you... "Well, you'll just have to figure that out for yourself. By the way, where's your application?" (He knew full well I was a father helping a you college couple). I don't have one, I'm trying to help my.. (he cuts me off) "Well, I guess we're done then."

Matnience works came in the my apt and ransaced t and stole my apt itEs

HORRIBLE!!! Ladies in the office are rude. My day to move out of my apt was today Aug 14th and I left a week early moving stuff out slowly and matnience workers WENT into my apt and ransacked!! Went through all my belongings and took what they wanted. They said they thought I moved out with out asking the office!! They just used there keys and let them selfs in. Thet ruined the blinds and took anything they wanted. They took so much stuff and when I asked for it back I only got a couple things back not everything. The ladies in the office basically said it was okay!! Because they thought I moved out with out even calling the office to ask!!!!!

Victory Village

Apartments are nice and so is the management. They work with you and have no breed restrictions. The only down falls are that upon move in there were a lot of problems in our apartment broken washer, dryer, and etc. People in our unit leave their trash in front of their door and on the side of the property. Other then that they are good for family they don't allow people to just hang out and make sure it is family oriented environment.

excellent apts

this apts are the best apts I lived on I have 2 pit bulls in my apt and they are ok with that. this apts are quiet and the neighbors are so nice never have any problems with anybody here like the others apts with loud music this apts are 5 stars ...............

I love my dog and so does this apartment complex!

I have such a hard time finding places to live with my dog. This complex allows big dogs and they don't worry about the breed. My apartment is huge. When I go in the office they always treat me good and have cookies for my dog. It's so funny cause when I check the mail my dog starts going to the office! It's pretty peaceful here. It's just like anywhere, sometimes loud music or kids running around but as an overall it's a good place to live.

Worst apartment complex I've ever lived in! My apartment got infested with cockroaches! It started as seeing an occasional bug here or there, in which we would get the apartment sprayed. Shortly after, the roaches kept coming and getting worse and worse! All they could offer was more chemicals to spray in my apartment. Cockroaches were everywhere!!! Even in the coffee maker. They only use temporary fixes for this bug problem as my neighbor's also had a "bug problem." I had to throw away all my belongings! Furniture included! They actually had the nerve to try to charge me for breaking our lease a month early!!!!!! Excuse me, I'm not paying for a bug filled apartment. Horrible place!!!!!

DO NOT MOVE HERE

I'VE LIVED HERE FOR ALMOST 1 YEAR AND MY EXPERIENCE FOR THE MOST PART HAS BEEN TERRIBLE. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU GET FROM THE OFFICE IS A JOKE. EVERYONE THERE IS RUDE EXCEPT THE MAINTENANCE WORKERS THEY ARE GREAT. FROM THE DAY I MOVED IN THERE WE HAVE HAD PROBLEMS. THE DAY WE MOVED IN THERE WERE DEAD ROACHES ALL OVER THE FLOOR IN THE KITCHEN AND BATHROOMS. THE WALL IN THE SHOWER IN THE MASTER BATHROOM STARTED CAVING IT FROM THE WATER DAMAGE. WE HAD THE MAINTENANCE GUYS OUT TO REPAIR IT AND THEY LOCKED MY CAT IN THE BEDROOM FOR 5 HOURS OR LONGER. AND THEN ANOTHER TIME AFTER THAT THEY ENTERED MY APARTMENT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. THEY ARE VERY UNORGANIZED AND HALF THE TIME NO ONE KNOWS THAT IS GOING ON. THE APPLIANCES ARE SUPER OLD, THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE CONTROL BOARDS ON THEM. THE DISHWASHER RUINED OUR DISHES BY LEAVING THIS CHALKY RESIDUE ON THEM THAT DOESN'T COME OFF. WE HAD THE DISHWASHER EXCHANGED WHICH ONLY TOOK 2 WEEKS TO GET DONE BUT AGAIN I HAD TO CALL ABOUT 3 TIMES TO FIND OUT WHEN IT WAS GOING TO BE DONE. EACH TIME I CALLED I WAS PROMISED THAT SOMEONE WOULD CALL BACK BUT NO ONE EVER DID. THEN ON THE LAST ATTEMPT I MADE THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY HAD IT. SO WHEN I TRIED ARRANGING THE EXCHANGE TO BE DONE, THE GIRL WANTED TO DO IT 45 MIN BEFORE 5PM WHEN I WAS STILL AT WORK. I TRIED SCHEDULING IT FOR A TIME WHEN I WOULD HOME BUT THE GIRL TOLD ME "YOU HAVE TO TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT, WE'RE TOO BUSY TO TRY ANOTHER DAY." YOU DON'T TALK TO CUSTOMERS THAT WAY. I WAS LIVID. THE CEILING FAN IN THE DINING ROOM TOOK 2 MONTHS TO GET REPLACED AND I HAD TO CALL 2 TIMES TO FIND OUT WHAT WAS GOING ON WITH IT. THEN THAT FINAL STRAW THAT BROKE THE CAMELS BACK WAS THAT MY CAR WAS BROKEN INTO. THEY STOLE THE RADIO OUT OF MY CAR AND TRASHED THE REST OF THE INSIDE. THANK GOODNESS THAT THEY DIDN'T STEAL MY DAUGHTERS CAR SEAT OR STROLLER AS THOUGH ARE BOTH 20X MORE EXPENSIVE THEN THE RADIO. THEY HAVE NO SECURITY ON SITE AND THEY DID NOTHING WHEN I TOLD THEM THAT MY VEHICLE WAS BROKEN INTO BECAUSE THEY DON'T CARE AND MAKE YOU SIGN THAT YOUR PARKING YOUR CAR THERE AT YOUR OWN RISK. I'M MOVING OUT OF THESE APARTMENTS BECAUSE I DO NOT FEEL SAFE LIVING THERE WITH MY 6 MONTH DAUGHTER. THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE AND WE HAD REALLY NO PROBLEMS WITH THE APARTMENT ITSELF. THE ROOM SIZES ARE GOOD AND MY NEIGHBORS WERE QUIET AND VERY POLITE BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS THE BIGGEST DISAPPOINT OF ALL.

The apt are older and not the best taken care of. My a/c unit is at least 15 years old.. We have been here almost 10 years and the carpet was bad when we moved in and they make no effort to replace it....

victory village apartments

we hve lived in victory village for the last 14 years! this place is home for many reasons. its a quick walk to go shopping, and very close to many restaurants and schools. unlike any other apartments in henderson it accepts any and all dogs no breed or weight restrictions! we have a great dane and a lab mix and they really enjoy the dog run. the grounds are always kept clean and the maintenence and staff are always on point and helpful. there is plenty of parking and the apartments are spacious with a full sized washer and dryer on the balcony. who needs to buy a home when you live in victory village !

Victory Village Apartments

Moved to Henderson Nevada from San Jose California in 2014. Used the apartments website to make our decision to move to the Victory Village Apts. They promoted two sparkling pools, clubhouse, and gym. Lived here for over a year and the second pool has not been opened and clubhouse still under construction. The walls are thin so you can hear neighbors. Rent started at 750 and now paying 825/month for a 2bedrm 2bath. Master bed room is huge w/ceiling fan and 2 closets. Dining rm has a fan and carpeted. Fan is really needed in Living rm. Do not like layout. Is pet friendly, dogs big or small. 1 Pool/hot tub and gym. Some Gym equipment does not work. In unit dishwasher, washer and dryer in storage closet on balcony. Some covered parking for heat, and near by fast food on every corner. Near by 24-7 Mexican Restaurant w/drive threw. Near all connecting freeways and local Casinos. The area is considered old Henderson. It is the original side of Henderson. It is under developed but new developments are starting up. Originally from the South so I don't mind. Schools are very diverse and pledge allegiance to the American flag every morning. Henderson is very Patriotic, American flags fly high everywhere. If your a city "boy/gal" you might want to move to Henderson but more north going towards Vegas. Hope this was helpful if you decide to move Nevada. Since I have moved here I have seen my family and friends more often :)
