Property Ratings at Positano
My husband and I are moving from Hawaii and are not able to view the property before we move in. We have had the absolute BEST attentiveness and professionalism in speaking with both Kim and Patty at Positano. We have many choices to choose from in the Henderson area and it was extremely clear that we would be in good hands at Positano. I also spoke to a wonderful young woman on the phone that works at a different property, but lives at Positano, and she raved about how much she loves living there- the safety, convenience to shops and a park she can walk to with her young daughters, as well as what a wonderful and quiet community it is. We are super excited with our choice and can't wait for new adventures in Henderson, as well as meeting fun people at this property!

We moved into Positano today and we couldn’t be happier!! The apartments are up to date, the residents are friendly, and it’s close to everything we would need; groceries, food, and entertainment. The front office is extremely courteous; Patti, Kim, and Maryiala and the whole staff value you for being a resident at Positano. I highly recommend this place for anyone currently living in an Ovation property or looking to! You won’t regret it!

Best apartment complex! The staff at the office are very helpful, out apartment is great. Whenever we have a problem maintenance comes right away! I love it here. I would recommend it to a friend for sure.
This is our 2nd year here at Positano. The location is great, minutes away from freeway and shopping. Very quiet, plenty of parking and good local restaurants that deliver. Maintenance is polite . Management staff is friendly and helpful. Comfort and convenience are two words that best describe Positano Apartments.
