Bad service.

Could do better. Maintenance is poor here. The sewage hookups are at an angle not allowing proper drainage, and there's exposed freshwater piping everywhere, the trees are overgrowing and pushing the fencing around the RV park out of place. It takes months for the maintenance crew to fix things, if they do so at all. Only perks is it's the cheapest rent in the valley, there's showers and toilets available, mailing services, basic COX cable service, and washer/dryer for laundry, and water and cable is included in the rent. If you want to live in a poorly ran RV park, this would be the place. Not recommended for extended stay.
