MASS EXODUS at Martinique Bay — read this before you sign your lease! Living here under the new ownership is like being trapped in a bad sitcom with no laugh track. Constant construction noise outside your window, water shut-offs almost daily, lights flickering like a haunted house, and a pool that’s “closed for maintenance” more often than it’s open. Work orders vanish into the abyss or get “closed” without anyone showing up. Appliances are older than most TikTok users. Parking? Forget it. You’ll circle endlessly like a vulture, only to risk getting towed from your own assigned spot. Roaches? Oh yes, management seems to treat them as honorary tenants. And let’s not forget the rent hikes — they’ll raise your rent sky-high while offering discounts to new tenants just to trap fresh victims. My deposit? Lost in the Bermuda Triangle of constant management turnover. Bottom line: Martinique Bay isn’t “home,” it’s a daily inconvenience marathon. Run, don’t walk, in the opposite direction. Save your sanity — unless you enjoy paying premium prices for chaos, noise, bugs, and zero accountability.

El día 16 de agosto me mudé para este condominio para la unidad 1214 y mi experiencia ha sido horrible para empezar 1 baño sin agua , un goteo de agua constante del aire acondicionada la mitad de la sala sin corriente y para mi pesar ayer fueron arreglar la corriente y me dejaron peor que como estaba pues ahora en la única pared que tenía corriente cuando llegué ayer del trabajo me tomo por sorpresa que ni la TV puedo ver , llamé al número de emergencia de matenimiento y pusieron un cable con una extensión sin ningún tipo de seguridad Sinceramente no sé cómo pueden rentar un apartamento sin las mínimas condiciones para vivir nunca me he sentido tan maltratada como en este lugar llevo 10 días aquí y apenas he podido dormir y descansar todo ha sido traumático y horrible

Overall I am dissatisfied with my experience so far. As a new tenant this apartment has been one problem after another and I have only been here 2 weeks. I hope to see some of my issues remedied within a reasonable timeframe, but that is up to management on whether or not my experience will turn for the better. My in-person conversations with the office are always positive and seem to be productive but whether or not anything can actually be reasonably resolved is another matter.

Martinique Bay is a great place to live. Especially as a 30 year old with a roommate. The location is my favorite part. Right off of sunset and green valley. And you get to drive up and down beautiful High View Drive every day. Nice communities around it as well. Very convenient area. Grocery stores and entertainment all around. I also love the amenities. The pool and gym mostly. I love that there’s 2 gates and 2 entrances. Love the high ceilings in my 2br apartment as well. Rent payment is easy as well. Martinique Bay is my first apartment experience and I consider myself very blessed to be able to stay here. I pray they don’t raise rent so I can renew my lease!

Love the area this place is in. When I first moved in I was greeted with a thank you card, candy, and treats for my dog. I was really impressed with this place. No apartment has ever done this. Plus...the place was really clean. I now have been here 6 months. Maintenance has been so great and very prompt and friendly. I like the fact that I can park in a covered spot with no issues. Love it!!

This property used to care about the residents. Many incidents are happening to cars, mailboxes, and now I see damage to windows at some units. Fitness room equipment is not updated & repaired. Do not move here!!

The property website is a total lie, this place is a dump and is a far cry from what is presented online. Visit the property and ask to see a real apartment, not the model because they are two very different things. And if you can not visit, the best advice I can give is to stay away. Otherwise, you will have made the worst mistake of your life just like I did.

Maintenance crew is absolutely the Best they come almost immediately and fix the issue. They are friendly, fast efficient. The front office has been Great with me as well. It’s a quiet nice place to live.

I just moved into this newly renovated apartment. So far my experience is great especially when I was unable to open my entrance due to a headboard blocking my entrance door. Kudos to the maintenance team for an excellent job and of course the leasing personnel.
I love these apartments. The overall area is good and quiet. The office personal are great. Friendly and always willing to help. Maintenance is good too. They take pride in fixing what is asked fast and efficient. Thank you guys
I came from outside of State and did everything online and Mathew and his assistant manager were overly helpful. Their overall willingness to help in answering my questions and making it easy to do everything online made me chose MB over other communities that I had applied to and they continue to be responsive and supportive 7 months down after I moved. Considering this is a big community, they are always quick to respond to my emails on time and the maintenance guys have always responded to all my tickets timely.
I’m grateful of the communication and the efforts made to keep our apartments safe and clean.
This is a great community. I like the area. So many places with 5 to 10 minute distance. It is an old property, but I have seen many changes. Nice place to live. Very comfortable in my apartment. Really feels like a home.
It’s now been officially one month since my move in and I absolutely love coming home. Despite a few hiccups which were immediately addressed by the leasing staff (Melody and Rosanna) and the best maintenance crew (John and Justin) my apartment is beautiful. The location is top notch in a lovely neighborhood. I think I’d want to stick around for a while. Thank you Martinique Bay!
