I love the tranquility and security of the place, very well treated by the colleagues in the office. The place is very clean, if you have any problems, the maintenance response is very fast.

Worst apartment I ever lived in. Honestly the high turn over rate with employees shows just how mad the company and complex is. The communication sucks by the way

Since I've been here there has been a shooting and also my car was broking into. Other then that cool lil community i stay to myself so just work and home. Also have had issues each month with rent amounts staff handled it ok.

It’s really nice inside with minor flaws and the ladies in the office is amazing. It still gets kind of loud during the night time which wakes me up and there’s dog poop all over the grounds which I stepped in. I think it’s the people that makes it uncomfortable to really maintain living here and plus the amount of rent is ridiculous when it’s not really luxury or high quality living

New manager refuses to fix appliances or remedy any issues that have came with the unit upon first few days of move in. Moved in with a dryer that doesn’t heat well and a washer that stops out of nowhere in the middle of washing , plenty bugs and no hot water but apparently it is our fault.

Good morning been a month since I’ve moved in honestly good first apartment for just starting out! I like how there is community events every week

Nice and quiet. Friendly neighbors. Staff is always helpful. Maintenance came fast and fixed what I needed. No waiting. Everything is easy to find.

Only been a few days but my experience has been decent . Any issues i’ve had , have been an easy call to fix . For the most part everyone in the leasing office are nice .

Great apartment complex, very cute and affordable!! Also a very nice and welcoming community, the pool and gym is well kept and appropriate for all ages and they are not super strict on parking which i also enjoy

Everyone has been amazing and the place is great. From my move in to the service requests I’ve had everything has been great! Also the community events really help you feel at home..

Great move in experience Ronna was great and very helpful she was very quick to respond to any concerns or questions I had prior to my move in. My move in process was very fast easy.

I love living here at the luminous Apartments. I have a great view of the pool area. It is also very relaxing. The staff was more than helpful. The leasing agents were also very friendly and helpful.

I enjoy living at luminous, they send maintenance quick and are really friendly and understanding. Would recommend to anyone moving here or wanting to !!

Living here is so stress free! Neighborhood is quiet, grounds are picked up and clean, staff is amazing and easy to talk to! I will definitely be renewing my lease with Luminous!

Out of all apartment complexes that I have lived, Luminous by far is the best…however for the Summerlin apartments…you should make the second bedroom a little bit bigger.

They are great here at luminous. They care and they are quick to respond great team. They deserve a raise.

We moved into our unit and the dish washer was broken. Someone came to look at it and it’s still broken, it’s been 5 months and still broken.

I love living here. Everyone in the leasing office is so kind and professional. I want to thank Mayra and Ronna for always responding to my emails and concerns so quickly. They are the best!

Everything was set up very well, hassle free move in. So far everything is great, the process to get a tour, set up the application, & the approval process was very good & straight forward.

I wish the pool had better hours. When I first moved in a asked about the hours amd was told the pool was open 24 hours a day. It was not, and since I worked nights it was never open after work. Also the hot tub was supposed to be closed 2 weeks while it was being resurfaced but it was really down for a year.

Staff are super friendly and helpful, units are nice and everything was smooth with moving in and getting set up. Plenty of amenities and a great location. What more could you ask for.

The common areas of the condominium are always dirty. Mainly the rubbish, apart from the parking lot, which is always full. Cockroaches often appear coming from the air ducts, and the apartments are extremely expensive.

Very quiet and no bad neighbors . The front office ladies are so nice !! The pool and the work out room are great. I love how they run little things every month to have you come down to join or even have something for the kids !! Love living here

Ronna has been so helpful this entire process from making sure every little thing was taken care of to snacks in the office every weekend. So inviting

the current management team of Luminous is really investing in making property improvements as well as being creative in social events, making the property a good value as well as good location, the local neighborhood is constantly upgrading with many new restaurants

I love my apartment! Staff is extremely friendly & maintenance is always so quick to fix any problems ( little to none ) that I ever have in my home.

When I first moved in, the leasing agents weren’t urgent with really anything. As of now I can say they’ve been changing things around and are urgent to responding with any questions/issues. I think it was just the simple fact of settling in to make the community better, which they’re doing a great job of (:

Luminous Apartments was by far the easiest and fastest process I have ever dealt with when leasing. The apartments are modern and the complex is quiet. I have only interacted with Ronna and she is thorough with information and answers emails promptly. She always has a smile which is important. I would recommend this place to others.

Thanks to Rona who works in the leasing office gave fast and courteous service! I applied and was approved quickly. She answered everyone of my questions . I’m glad to be apart of this community!!

Ronna made my transition to my new home easy, fast and welcoming. She made me feel as if I belonged to this community. Great managerial practices make happy tenants!

The application process was fast and easy. Ronna was very welcoming from the start to the actual move in. Even after move in she checked in to make sure my transition was good. As a busy person, i appreciate the emails sent out to the community when spreading information. The complex is clean and quiet. Ronna was personable and that helps make a community run as a family with respect for each other. I love that type of management!

I absolutely love it here! The property manager is top notch! Always right away service and with a smile :) highly recommended!

this apartment complex is poorly managed and it’s very disappointing. amenities are broken, grounds are dirty, gates are broken, dog poop everywhere. who ever is in charge is clearly not setting a high bar for morale, care, and quality of work ethic.

I hate it here, it doesnt make any sense to have attorney fees!! Ive never heard of anything like that! We cant opted out of a trash service that purposely gives out violations with more fees!!

The property is beautiful great amenities, and helpful staff Love it here glad to call Luminous Home. The gym is open 24 hours that is my favorite part and the pool is beautiful and looks clean all the time.

Does not care about residents. Does not come fix anything that needs to be fixed. I was without hot water for a week , the lady in the office told me they had 14days to fix it so I was fine. Roaches , and they don’t try to fix it .

Good, but have too much bugs, roaches in my apartment. Even though I complained about cockroaches, the pest control carried out was for ants and scorpions, I ended up not doing much, I had to deal with the cockroaches on my own

I had a great experience with the office and I love my new place, no issues and it’s nice and quiet !! Great view in my new place and no complaints!! Thanks again to the great office staff for all the help !

My apartment was not clean and very dirty. When I walked in it was roaches running on the floor. My shower was not working and the water would not drain. After spraying myself and having the apartment had someone come out and I still have bugs. The staff is great but overall a terrible experience.

My sons car has been broken into 3 times in less than 4 months. Twice was because the gates were broken and random people were getting in. The management wouldn't so anything about it. It was broken into again this morning. They refuse to do anything to help! Don't rent here!

Very quiet, staff and maintenance are always eager to help & are fast! This is only my second month and I love it here. No complaints and I definitely would recommend someone to live here.
