Living in Sunrise Manor is cozy, I always thought it was the city life since it's so close to the urban life, but it's way more suburban than I thought. It's quiet and cozy (sometimes) in my neighborhood, but it tends to be too quiet sometimes. It may just be my neighborhood but there isn't much interaction between neighbors. But that is also nice at the same time, so I think it might be nicer if neighbors were more connected.

Drug addicts, prostitutes, drug dealers, And very noisy most of the time, it's loud enough to knock pictures off your walls. If you have children, I completely do not recommend this place. parks most of the time have trouble making kids at them or homeless people and drug users. In fact most the time when I've gone to the park you can't even use the bathroom because there's drug dealers inside the bathroom. I have watched too many kids that started off as really good kids turn into troublemaking kids. I don't think I've seen any good influences in this area. Price Park has events that go on there, but is surrounded by homes and most of the time the noise level of the bands that they have their are over the top you can't even watch your TV. The police don't care too much about this area. (Have one police officer tell me you knew where you were moving Kinda like I deserved what I got here) The Governing City council any of those folks Don't really care about this area either.

Each neighborhood is different. Mine is quiet and the neighbors are great. It's close to shopping and dining. Not far from the strip.
