River Hills is a calm suburb in northeast Burnsville. River Hills is great for any type of renter, but the neighborhood is very family-friendly with several schools and daycares in the area. This small area is best known for its quick access to gorgeous natural areas. The community is nestled beside the Minnesota Valley National Wildlife Refuge. This park encompasses three different habitats, making it excellent for birdwatching, hiking, and wildlife photography. The Minnesota Valley National Wildlife Refuge is a local favorite, of course, but there a lot of parks in this small community as well. If you’re looking to be in a more secluded area but still close to entertainment, dining, and shopping, River Mills is a great option. River Mills provides convenience at every turn when it comes to shopping and dining. There is a commercial center in town, but there great options nearby as well. Twin Cities Premium Outlets offers major brands and high-end designer apparel, while there is a plethora of delectable restaurants featuring cuisines across the world along Cliff Road. For fun, you can watch a film at Emagine Eagan, sunbathe at Crystal Beach, or go tubing at Buck Hill. There is truly something for everyone in River Hills and it’s not hard to see why renters are looking for apartments here.
