Don't live here

If you like living with roaches, maintenance that doesn't fix anything, all your lights flicker and water that smells like sewage Look no further. Property also includes management Is that lies to you an tries to squeeze any penny out of you they can with no service rendered

Arrogant Management

I normally don't write reviews because small things don't bother me. But after engaging with the management here I've decided to move. I've seen the property manager curse at other tenants, & I thought "wow that's pretty unprofessional". And then she finally decided to do the same to me because I asked her a question about an unfair fine. Oh noo I'm not the one for disrespect. She screamed at me then threatened to bar me from the property because I told her she was rude & arrogant. Honestly, these are decent apartments for the price but don't engage with the two young ladies in the office if you want to avoid any trouble.

BEWARE BAD MANAGEMENT

NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT, MANAGER DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO RUN AN APARTMENT COMPLEX. ALL TENANTS HAVE TO ABIDE BY RULES EXCEPT THE MANAGER. SHE'S THE ONLY PERSON WHO HAS DESIGNATED PARKING AND HER TAGS ARE EXPIRES. WHY ISN'T HER CAR GETTING VIOLATIONS? DON'T MOVE HERE! WARNING!!

It's nice from inside but not so great neighborhood ! Things rarely get fixed but it's affordable

There always of top of there game and I like them .... When I put in a work order it's always gets done .... I don't have no problems with them

Love these apartments

The staff here are so friendly. Elizabeth is a sweetheart and helped me thru the process as this was my first rental. The don't look that good on the outside, but I love the blue on the inside. It's just enough space for my son and husband. They helped me get a place even though my credit was terrible.
