Horrible because I having been experiencing noise above me for almost 10 months slamming of doors running across the floors stomping on the floor when walking and letting things fall on the floor at all hours of the day and right now as I am writing this I have called security so many times and recorded and talked to management called the police and have 5 red cards on the occupants above me also I have left messages with the senior manager over Las Vegas property I even tried to transfer to another apartment on the fifth floor same building and it was less than the monthly rent I pay now two dots wanted income verification so I sent my pay stubs and downloaded bank info two dots denied me the transfer saying I failed to provide income but you can renew a 15 month lease but not solve a problem with noise that is as simple as a transfer and use income verification as an excuse

I moved in here in April. I broke my lease to move out September. They charge you for everything if you get locked out, you have to beg for them to come let you in. I’ll tell you to call locksmith. They’ll have to drill out the lock and replace the lock $400, you have to buy your own water filter. They also tell you that you got a buy your own lightbulbs. If one burns out your responsible for the batteries for the smoke detectors peoples vehicles have been broken into there’s dog poop all over the place. The security really sucks. Lotta things are broken on the property management really sucks. The property manager won’t even call the Gm if you get the number to the GM, they won’t even call you back. You can’t even get a hold of anybody at corporate. There’s a lot of people breaking their lease and leaving when you go to place. They’re not upfront with you on the stuff. The hot tub is always broken, I would stay far far away

The place is good but they sent me a renewal last month and I had no time to search for another apt, so I signed the new lease because the price was for "early birds" and they said it was a good pricing, everything else was more expensive. Then all units prices went down, if I had waited a few days, mine would be $200/month cheaper than what I signed for and to move to another unit I'll have to pay $500, just because I had signed a renewal less than a week before. So sad! They just want our money. Front desk is always nice and helpful. Location is good.

My unit was infested with cockroaches for months. It was a studio so there wasn't any way to get away from them. I couldn't sleep because every time I'd look over from my bed there would be another huge cockroach crawling around on my floor. Once, one had even crawled on me while I slept. I spent hundreds of dollars on pest control products for which I was never reimbursed and complained countless times to no avail. I was so disgusted that I had to buy an AirB&B for the last month and give notice early. The building also smelled like a sewer most of the time. Despite taking dozens of pictures of the pests mgmt insisted until the very end that there was no infestation. Management was unresponsive and never once offered any concession or even an apology for the situation in my apartment. I suppose it's business as usual for them. When I finally left they hit me with a $1100 moving fee, so I am out thousands of dollars between the AirB&B, pest control products, and reletting fee, despite the fact that I was left with no choice but to move.

I chose to live in this apartment because it’s close to work and school; The front desk people are super nice and helpful. The Maintenance of building 2 Is awful. It is filthy and dirty. Sometimes there is a Loud and noisy party going on at midnight. They could do better job with Maintenance and Security.

It pains me to write this review, it really does. The apartment was nice, the location was great for me, and I enjoyed the pool and the gym. Having said that when I toured (a brand new unit) there were stains on the carpet. Management said don't worry they'll be cleaned before I move in. They weren't. Then they said they'd take care of it after I moved in. They didn't. I thought its ok, it doesn't really bother me. When I moved out I sent an email reminding them that it was pre-existing. When I got the move out bill they charged me anyway. $185 for carpet cleaning. I shared timestamped photos from the tour and move-in dates. Nothing back. I emailed the resident manager, the office, corporate, everyone. Highline told me they wouldn't remove it from the bill. It shames me, but I ended up paying $185 for a pre-existing issue.

Pros: Leslie (front desk), Gino & Peter (Maintenance staff), view of MSG sphere, proximity to airport & strip. Cons: 1) gave self-guided tour as property was understaffed end of January prior to move in. 2) mailbox key was not properly issued causing kickback and delays on several important documents - did not get . 3) packages delivered never received -mgmt never set up luxer box. 4) certain units are dead zones for cell service due to building having 1 of 3 receivers. If you live near the parking garage SOS signal inside unit SAFETY CONCERN ICE. Tenants are noisy, break nice appliances in common area - mgmt doesn’t regulate the use. No communication when major issues cause complex wide siren alert. No follow up evacuation plan or what to do. Mgmt doesn’t reply to nor resolve concerns.

Drug dealers living in the building and throwing daily parties through the night. Noise complaints are ignored. Had my car broken into (management responded it was my fault and that security cameras are useless). Extra star for Gino of maintenance team.

I have been living in this community long enough to testify that every negative review is true!!! This place will give you a taste of hell. If you enjoy that lifestyle then welcome to your fiery burning hell living quarters. Valet trash - wonderful service but residents will leave trash at their door for 3 or 2 nights in a row when it’s not pick up days. Management? Could care less. Hallways stink Police activity- every other day you’ll see 4 or 5 police cars here. Domestic violence, car theft, drugs, the list goes on. Location: yeah, you’ll be right next to the strip and this might be the problem. The ghetto starts right here. You will find homeless population everywhere. Prostitutes live here. Drug dealers live here. Security - what security??? Last year they had 4-5 guards here but now … you can’t find one. Calida group owns this property and they DO NOT CARE. They want your money but don’t care about your safety. Do not move in here. You will constantly fear for your life. Packages are stolen 24/7 Cars are broken into Parking lot is filthy dirty Dog waste all over including hallways Manager doesn’t care Greystar manages this place and they are useless. A lot of politics Top floor was supposed to be a hang out space and has been trashed.

Lived here for a 14 month lease and I would not recommend. These people never answer their phone at the front desk so I was constantly in their office when I needed something. The key fobs would constantly stop working & you’d be locked out of your apartment until the office opened again. The mail system is horrendous good luck finding your packages if you get a lot of mail. There is a foul smell in the halls that never went away. They put luxury price tags on a very cheaply made apartment. It looks nice but if you spill even water on the floor or counters it stains. When I moved out they hit me with a bunch of charges and when I called for an explanation they couldn’t even give me one. Most of the people I met when I moved in decided to end their lease early and I ended up with a bunch of crazy neighbors who constantly call the police on each other, give you dirty looks, try involving me in their domestic violence issues (these people were constantly screaming at each other, broken down front door, broken windows, & would try talking to me about it when I’m leaving my apartment), and blast music but when I played music once a threatening note was left on my door; this created a hostile environment for me at the least. Notes were left on my car to tow it even though it is registered with the apartment & the sticker is very difficult to take off. There’s still plenty of strange people walking around this complex constantly. They have a problem with people vandalizing the property. The only thing nice about this apartment is the fact that it is so close to the strip. But I could have dealt with all these same problems at an apartment for half the price in this area. I don’t know who set up the security and garage for building two but it is a nightmare compared to building 1. Also ROACHES!! They are always outside & as of the last 3 months I lived here in my unit!!!

The Apartments are nice and the location is amazing. The Fitness Center is top notch. But that’s it. Everything else is not that good. They sell you on Luxury and 24 hour amenities. Currently, there is No Concierge, No Coffee Bar, and No Business Center. The gameroom often has broken and missing pieces. There was a Golf Simulator when I moved in in October, but it never worked and now it's gone. The tv’s have no remotes. The Gameroom and Sky Deck are often booked for private events (to entertain people who don’t live there) so you can’t always use it as they advertise even though you pay for the right. The elevator and Stairs in Building 2 are usually filthy. The police are at the property everyday 6-8 cars deep. The property managers will not tell you whats going on, they play dumb or say they are not allowed to discuss it. But I walked up to a police officer and he told me everything! The good news is that I was able to install a door camera. The parking on 4-5 is pretty secure but the lower floors are open all day during the week. I do like the actual apartment, the gym, and the location. But if you are looking for an upscale luxury apartment…PASS, don’t waste your time and money. Find a nice condo. I'm not renewing my lease.

Management changes every month or so. They do not share info, so if something goes wrong, you will be dealing with it forever. They do not care about the residents, only the future residents. They will sell you on amenities that don't exist. I was outright lied to moving in and was told by the then "manager" she would make it right, only for her to be gone in a few weeks and no info about my problems were shared. You will get a ton of messages from the apartments about "community events" but they only send them the day of and hours before, so they are useless, but when something important needs to be shared, they won't send that message. For almost 6 months they continued to send threatening emails to the entire complex instead of dealing with the route issues, they just made blanket warnings OVER AND OVER AND OVER, only to let the problems continue unchecked. VERY EXPENSIVE AND NOT WORTH THE HASSLE

Elysian at Hughes is a great building and I highly recommend it. Since moving to Vegas I've only lived in Elysian properties, all were great experiences but Hughes is perfectly situated and I've been extremely happy living here!

Elysian is by far the best community my husband and I have ever lived in. It’s safe, quiet, clean, and everyday feels like we are living at a resort! It’s a weekly occurrence my husband and I chat about how lovely it is to live here. My husband & I love this place. Management always do their best to help and they’re always very kind and ready to help. Amenities are like no other and 24 HOURS!!! It’s sad to read so many negative reviews. This place is gorgeous. Maintenance is awesome. We feel safe & I just love that. They’re always looking for ways to improve & I’ve seen that since we moved here. Now, nothing is perfect but if you’re looking for perfection everywhere you go, you’ll always get disappointed cuz you're not gonna find it. Negative reviews shouldn’t be for the place/staff but for those who got no manners & mess things up. It’s not staff’s fault if others won’t clean after their dog, break things up, or are loud. Not their fault some people don’t got manners. Give them a break. They’re doing the best they can. We (& our dog Nova) highly recommend this place. They care about you here. Treat you like you matter. I’ll sure miss this place when the day comes that we will move out.

The people here are great and the staff even better I love the activities in the building, the orgnizer do an exceptional job at making these events fresh and fun. I toured Calida (owner, Greystar is only the manager) Asset Manager through Building 2 to show her the security design flaws (doors that can never be locked due to public parking allowing homeless etc. to get in.) They immediately hired additional security who are very nice and professional. With that said the second building is still completely unlocked. (The response to my prior review to contact management was funny because I toured high-level management within the ownership trying to rectify the problem.) I have upgraded to 3 stars though.

This place is amazing. I use to live in a sister property when I first moved to Nevada, in the Summerlin area. Similar vibes, very good over all experience. Elysian by far has the best quality Ive enjoyed in a apartment unit. Amazing amenities as well. I would say its the best apartments I lived in and I lived in many other different places under different names. Great over here.

Elysian at Hughes center has potential for greatness. The staff is wonderful and very attentive. Building two is lacking security (parking garage gates not working, key fobs to elevator not turned on, key fobs to residence floors not turned on - meaning ANYONE can walk through the halls, the stairwells, use the elevators and roam through the parking garage where your car is. Elysian at Hughes Center is a beautiful property with a lot to offer, once they get their security precautions up and running in building two I think this property will be great. Surrounding area (paradise road, flamingo road, sands road) are not very nice/safe areas, that being said Howard Hughes pkwy is a beautiful road just dont wander off of Howard Hughes.

Hi...I HIGHLY recommend this as a place to live!!!!.... I have nothing but positive things to say about beautiful high end finishes...all brand new apartments with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances....the wonderful and CARING staff is never too busy to cater to your needs and spot on maintenance....the property and neighborhood is under 24/7 security ....I feel safe going out any hour of the day or night....everyone has been friendly and the amenities are great but too many to list.....the 7th floor has a million dollar view club house.. the best thing about it besides being 5 minutes from the Strip is you have the option to pick what floor you want and what view you want....so hurry because this place sells itself...I am vey happy here and this will be my first review I ever gave because it's worthy!!!!...I spent over 3 weeks on line looking before deciding on the Elysian...and again...absolutely ZERO comparison!!!!!!!!!!! ZERO!

Residing at Elysian at the Hughes Center has been a wonderful experience from touring to moving in. More-so the professionalism of the sales agent and the amenities. The location is central located and minutes away from the strip, shopping, convention centers and restaurants. The amenities here are the State-of -Art exercising equipment's, business center with individual rooms, spa room, sauna room, tanning and the sky room with arcades games, pool tables and gaming tables for residents to enjoy 24hrs.

This apartment complex is like no other in the best way possible. From the beauty it offers, the vast amenities it provides, its convenient location, and nice office staff, youre sure to be pleased. The building has claims to provide a high luxury lifestyle feel and it does just that. The decor in this building is very modern and eye-stunning and the offerings are great! The parking set-up is also very good. Simple and convenient for you and your guests. Additionally, my experience with the office staff and maintenance staff has been very pleasant. Everyone is so kind and helpful when needed. If youre looking for a unique place to live close to the strip, look no further than here. I recommend 10/10 :)
