I recently toured Elev 8 in downtown Houston and was not only impressed but also thrilled to be approved for my new apartment within 24 hours! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with professionalism and warmth. The property itself is stunning, with modern design elements that give it a luxurious yet welcoming vibe. A special shoutout to Sonia, who truly made this experience exceptional. She was incredibly prompt, attentive, and knowledgeable, taking the time to show me various units that suited my preferences. Elev8’s community feels like a 5-star hotel. It has brand new features, and the loft-style units are breathtaking. The amenities are beautiful, the community is always clean and most of all, the leasing staff has made Elev8 feel like the perfect home. I can foresee myself here for a while.
The staff at the building is top tier. From the day I moved they have been helpful with everything. One of the ladies even helped me move boxes while she w as a in heels. The are the epitome of what it is to say “going above and beyond “
