They handle every issue with care and efficiency, treating residents like family while staying focused on solutions. The maintenance team is also outstanding. They act quickly and get the job done right. One example: I came home at 4:45 PM to a strong freon smell, submitted a work order, and Paco was at my door within minutes—even though his shift ended at 5 PM. Phylena also followed up in person. Thank you for a great stay at Elan!

I enjoyed living here. the front office staff as well as the maintenance staff was always very helpful and friendly. The only thing I would change is the fact that building is slightly noisy. Meaning that i can hear people outside of the building, in the hallways, etc. You could barely be stepping hard and hear people walking around. Besides that minor issue, I enjoyed living here for the past 3 years.

we love our home at Elon Memorial Park. The unique apartment design, large balcony, and central location is perfect for us. Especially nice is the convenient parking right on your floor, and In Case only steps from our apartment door. We are very happy here.

Although we absolutely love almost everything about our apartment, the location, the unique floorplan, the building, amenities, etc., the constant failure of the elevators is becoming quite problematic. If we didn’t park our car on the same level as our apartment we would have already moved.. I’m not sure what action management can take to resolve this issue. Perhaps cameras to determine if it’s human actions and quick punishment for such. Or a complete update of the system. We are also very disappointed in the absence of visible garage security. We find flyers on cars And see damage to cars, and feel that we see more now that Security is no longer visible.Hoping these issues can be resolved so we can stay.

We’re actively working with Schindler Elevators to resolve the elevator issues. Additionally, our property is monitored with updated systems. If an issue arises, it is taken care of the same day or next day. One evening, I arrived to the garage and realized I lost my key to the apartment, called the after hour number and the maintenance guy turned around to make me a new key. Awesome response, tool care of my issue right away.

My cats and I enjoy living here and my neighbors are very nice and the street is nice and quiet and I like how the heater is on in the halls when it’s cold outside also I like the easy parking in the garage or the street

Fantastic! Love the extra spaces for residents as well as the conveniences offered. Have to say though, having moved from the 5th to the 4th floor I’ve noticed allot of noise from the upstairs apartment comes down to our floor. Also the water takes forever to heat up sometimes.

The staff here is very nice and accommodating. The amenities are also amazing. It’s a quiet place even though it’s connected to shops and restaurants. I love it here.

Just moved in not too long ago. Had an easy move in process. The leasing office staff are amazing as well as management. Really enjoy living here already!

New management is very irritating, rent is raised almost 30% from when I first moved in, only people who seem to care about those living here is the maintenance staff lol
Just moved in and I love the apartment! The space is just right for my boyfriend and I! Loving the view as well, I don’t think that will ever get old!!! The neighborhood around us is super nice for walks which is a plus and the neighbors I’ve met so far are super nice and friendly! Overall a great start to the new apartment!

Great experience so far meeting people. Moving in was not ease but I am glad to move in. Love the location as well. It is very quiet and peaceful here.
Very clean and maintenance is amazing. Very fast on delivering work orders. And gym is great for an apartment, has everything you need in one spot.
We love our apartment (the unique floor plan and abundance of light), the location, and the maintenance. A few issues with elevators and emergency lights and access lost it one star.
The power is out here because of the hurricane but they still managed to get me settled into my new apartment ! They’re very friendly and the complex is beautiful I love it here.

I love living at Elan, the location is amazing and units and amenities are so nice! While there are maybe 2 things that could be improved, in my opinion the management is doing the best they can to work through those problems.
I love the community and the staff administration. All the crew doing maintenance/cleaning are excellent!!! Excellent experience with the neighbors. The installation is fantastic, gym, pool, rooftop. Plus having the pool table is so fun.

As a retired couple moving to our first ever Apartment, living experience was a little scary, but Elon Memorial has proved to truly be home. The staff is warm and friendly, and the maintenance is amazingly efficient. One advantage that we never anticipated was our parking being on the same level as our apartment only steps from our door. During alarm period or a power outage we have no need to walk down the stairs. We simply drive.
