Poor admin staff. Great maintenance people. Avoid this place and save yorself a headache.
New management is horrible they are rude and unfriendly. Pipes leak the a/c is constantly breaking. This place is falling apart, management just fixes apartments cosmetically and as soon as you move in things start breaking and they don’t fix things properly. Tacorquis is the only helpful person here.
We been searching for apartments almost 20 of them and its in this apartment we decided to move in. One main reason is the reasonable cost the accessibility and the apartment itself is beautiful. The person who tour us and give us all the information was very helpful and very friendly his name is Tacorquis thanks to this person too we made it here and is happy to be here
The girls in the office are unprofessional. Horrible parking stuff is always leaking from the ceiling and getting cars dirty. Everything in this building is old, nothing is updated, the elevators don't look safe and even get stuck from time to time. The fire alarms are always set off randomly especially at night and it's always a "false alarm." This place is overpriced it is not worth it at all you could get something way better from the same thing you're paying here.
I have resided at Crystal Court Apartments 7-years and i love it. I have a beautiful 2 bedroom with washer and dryer. I have a jetted tub in my master bedroom and I have a beautiful balcony with a view of the Stratosphere and beautiful fire work shows. Maintenance is outstanding and on property as well as staff being helpful in all issues. I am located close to the hospital, mall and grocery stores so all i have to do is jump in my car and in 20 minutes i am back home getting all of my issues taken care of.
