Beware of HOA n prices

I'm so happy to move out! They have at Bela Vista the worst HOA we have ever had to deal with. They take pictures of your porch and send you letters to remove a plant pot while they allow a thousand porches full of pet crap. Not to mention the fact people don't clean up after their dogs. Dogs bark all night long. The stadium in front of the condos just added an extra amount of construction noise everytime they have a different event and are setting up a stage. Did I mention someone broke into all mailboxes recently? Did I say they increase rentals constantly and kick people out for no reason? I had a very good neighbor, single guy, quiet. With one month's notice they made him move out, after he lived at the place for 2 years. They didnt even give him the chance of paying a little more for the rent. They simply kicked him out after 2 years and got a noisy couple in his place. Theres more! Each condo has a sewer right at the front step. You may clean the heck out of your place, have bug guys come every month, BUT you will still get roaches - even from your windows upstairs! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE .
