We're about 1 year into living within the Alma community (just renewed as well). We came in from out of state and before deciding to live here, we did look at many other properties but there was no better fit than Alma. The office and staff members are very attentive to the needs of the community. They have a beautiful community with various amenities and activities that make this a great place to live. We've enjoyed our time here so far and would recommend this community to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable place to live.

I recently moved back to Nevada and thought to rent a house. The process was frustrating and terribly slow with little to no response to tour requests. Having passed by these apartments several times I decided to drop in one day and glad I did. It is a beautiful community with great amenities that exceed most complexes. They provide social opportunities like weekly "wine downs" in their beautiful club house, weekly food truck, and other planned activities like candle making and yoga. Turn-around time from application to moving in was quick. Shay is an exceptional representative for the property. She is always courteous and professional, and I appreciate her consistently checking in and making sure everything is going well. It is a convenient location with shopping, care/ financial services, and restaurants nearby. I can get a lot done in a short amount of time due to this convenience. I feel relaxed and settled in now. It is a great community with an amazing staff.

Alma has been the best place to rent in Henderson. It's close proximity to shopping was also a primary reason for the choice to rent. The staff at Alma has made the choice to move here obvious. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

Overall Alma is a beautiful property! We have lived here since it has opened , actually we are the first people to live in the current apartment we are in now. Alma isn’t a horrible apartment, however I do not enjoy living here. There are too many rules and no one enforces them. It’s nearly impossible to sleep or get any quiet in my apartment due to my neighbors. I feel like whoever made these apartments rushed and was only thinking about profit when creating a 3 story apartment. You hear literally everything right above you and it will drive you insane. So yes they look nice on the outside but it’s not peaceful at all.

Beautiful property. I used to love living at this property until there was a management turnover. The staff in the leasing office are both rude and unresponsive to residents. Poor leaders. The Greystar corporate office is not any better. If you need to make changes to your lease they make the process overly difficult. They don't respond to emails. You need to follow up over and over. They are under staffed and typically no one is in the office to help in person. If you do by luck come to the office when someone is there, they behave as though we are bothering them. They send threatening emails to residents stating that they will fine us. While taking months and months to repair broken equipment in the gym.

Rude management that is not good at their job. Thin walls and cheap appliances. Pretty but thats the thing I fell for when i moved. Crickets came in through the vent of the restroom. I could hear them and the rain when i would be in the bathroom. Pool is tiny and packed all the time and doesnt help that maintenance brings this whole family for amenities. They had coffee machines that never worked employee said they hated it because it always broke down but greystar wanted it to look pretty. Just sums up their whole business. Dont fall for the pretty look and just dont lease with Greystar in general. Known to build pretty for cheap and rent high. Dont waste your time.

This is a very nice complex with beautiful amenities. The grounds are attractive. Great gym, fire pit with seating, two closed oven type grills, outdoor areas to enjoy food, incredible pool with spa, dog park with exercise structures and another open dog area. Landscaping attracts beautiful hummingbirds. Huge, beautiful . The apartments are very nice with laminate flooring, including Whirlpool appliances. In unit laundry W/D included Valet trash pickup. Club/gathering area, for studying, coffee bar, large TV, games and quiet area. Much more to mention. The list is long. Shay is wonderful in the office, here on the grounds. Very knowledgeable and very pleasant. Xavier and Ulysses in maintenance are top of their game. I would definitely recommend Alma Apartments!

This company is the best. I’ve lived in so many apartments before but they don’t come close to Alma apartments. They are friendly and easy to communicate with. Maintenance requests are priority and get done as quickly as possible. They keep their appointments clean and it’s a really safe neighborhood. I really enjoy living here and if I ever move to a different property im going to make sure it’s owned by the same company.

I have been a resident of Alma Apartments for a while now, and while there are many aspects of living here that I enjoy, recent changes and ongoing issues have prompted me to share my experiences, particularly for those considering moving here. Issues with Delivery System: Management used to open the gate during office hours so that delivery drivers could deliver packages. The management recently implemented a new system for package deliveries that requires residents to individually register with each and every delivery service they expect to receive parcels from so that the delivery driver can call the resident to open the gate for them. While the intent to enhance security is understandable, this change has resulted in several practical challenges. Delivery Delays: Since the introduction of the new system, I’ve faced numerous instances where delivery drivers, upon encountering the closed gate, simply marked the package as undeliverable, citing the business as closed. This has caused frustrating delays in receiving packages as someone who works from home and is disabled. If the delivery driver has 10 packages for 10 different residents, management expects the delivery driver to call residents and keep trying different residents until they get someone to open the gate. So far, delivery drivers are just marking the business as closed and moving on rather than waste time trying to call different people to get the gate open. Inconvenience: The need to register with multiple delivery services and ensure that each has up-to-date instructions adds an unnecessary layer of complication for residents. This system seems to rely heavily on the assumption that residents are always available to open the gate remotely, which is not always the case. A more resident-friendly solution, perhaps a code-based system or a dedicated delivery area, would be greatly appreciated. Maintenance and Cleanliness Concerns: Another concern that has increasingly become apparent is the issue of cleanliness and maintenance around the complex, particularly regarding pet waste. Dog Waste on Sidewalks and Roads: There has been a noticeable increase in dog waste not only on the sidewalks and grass areas but also along the road in front of the apartment complex. This was not an issue when I first moved in, and it's disappointing to see this deterioration in cleanliness.

If you like being woken up several times throughout the night due to sound of your neighbors merely walking around and closing doors in their apartment, then this is the place for you! Not to mention the AC vents are placed right under walkways of the upstairs apartments which results in the LOUDEST metal creaking noise every time my upstairs neighbor goes in and out of their bedroom. Love being able to trace the movements of my upstairs neighbor with every step they take!! Haven’t gotten a full nights sleep since they moved in. I will definitely not be renewing my lease once it ends!!

It is such a beautiful property, extremely well maintained, exceedingly hardworking staff (both the office and maintenance), and it’s soooooo close to everything! Being able to walk to my choice of three different stores if I forget an ingredient is amazing. It really is an ideal complex!

We moved from out of state to Nevada. Bobby and the team at Alma has made the move incredibly easy for us — from touring to executing our lease. The Alma team have been a pleasure to work with. The apartment itself is great. Well-lit and spacious. We’re excited to make it our little home here in Nevada. The amenities at Alma are just as amazing as they seemed online! Living at Alma has been the best experience for my family and I. Our community is gorgeous, pristine, unique, and cozy. The entire team has been amazing from day one.
