Amenities are really nice but you are mostly paying for that and the location. It is a nice area to live in and the building does cool community events.

I have lived here for 1.5 years and it has been a great experience. The staff are friendly and helpful, the amenities are kept up, and the building is clean. The only con is that the walls are a bit thin, so I can hear my upstairs and next door neighbors.

Still enjoying my time here! Renewed my lease a few months ago and could not be happier. Kind staff and concierge staff. The maintenance and cleaning staff are beyond great! It is a safe community and close to everything. Also they have delicious food trucks that have been coming once a week!

Alexan Rivers Oaks has been the best community I've ever been a part of. The place has been tranquil, quiet and packed with amenities. My favorites are the community spaces in lounge (1st floor), pool area (3rd floor) and 6th floor sky lounge! All that and it's located centrality with easy access to the heart of everything.

all the staff are so helpful, attentive and kind. i have noticed there is cleaning weekly which is what I love as well. Very quiet for the most part too. Only small issue I have is with the package room as its not the most organized but again very minor considering everything else is perfect!

This has been a great place to live! The staff have been helpful and responsive. The concierges are helpful and friendly. The complex and amenities are well kept. The only con is walls are a little thin, so it is easy to hear your neighbors.

The community is very fine and maintenance does a good job at being responsive. The common areas are nice and enjoyable. Few points to watch and improve: 1. Neighbor noise and nuisance. We have seen neighbors making noise by the pool after 11pm. We have heard very noisy neighbors smoking on their balcony at 2am. 2. We had lots of bugs and insects, ants in our unit few weeks ago. The situation seems to improve. 3. A point of detail but the stationary bikes in the gym have been out of subscription for multiple months at least...without this, it is impossible to get a time/speed/distance record, which is annoying. It would be good for the minimum data to be available for anyone who would like to use them.

Completely unsatisfied! For the past four months, Elevator 4—the closest one to my unit—has been out of service. Every day, I struggle to find a parking spot. Despite these issues, we’ve still had to pay the full maintenance fee!

The only community areas they clean are the leasing area. Everywhere else has stains or is broken or has an odd smell. They don’t wash external windows so you can barely see out of it. They also try to add excess charges to your rent and take days to fix it.

Been living here for about 6 month and the past 6 month has not been all that great. The first thing I could say is the bug problem they have inside the hallways of the apartments and second their elevators are always broken and the car break is in on going thing and the crazy part about it is they know about it and never did or do anything about it.. for a nice area is think they have things figured out but nope.

The pool is my favorite place to be during the summer. It never gets super crowded. The Sky Lounge is a great place to hang out with a few friends and work! The management works so hard and takes care of everything they can control in a timely manner.

The soundproofing is non existent. What's worse it's quiet all day then gets loud at 9pm going well into the wee hours of the morning. Can't remember when I got a full nights sleep. My neighbor to the side loves to blast a subwoofer designed for the club at all hours. And did I mention the odor of marijuana that is prevalent in the hallways and common areas. There is no security and several times I have felt unsafe with the traffic in the parking lot. Stay away, counting days until my lease is up. It's very upsetting, I asked to move units and was told to "ride it out".

You would think the way it’s look it maybe worth the price BUT ITS NOT they want too much money for a place THEY BARELY SPENT MONEY ON because everything is THIN , CHIPPING or POORLY DONE IN GENERAL . We have been really disappointed in this building. On the surface it looks really nice. There is fiber internet. The appliances have upscale features. The gym and other amenities are very pretty. The front office staff is helpful and they respond to issues promptly. But there is only so much they can do when so many corners were cut in the construction of the building. Things were not built correctly. To the best of my knowledge, many units weren't getting fresh air for months. And this was corrected with a lack of transparency under the guise of a routine unit inspection. The garage gates and elevators are frequently broken, but the gates are very important given the car break-ins in the area and at the complex. You can hear the people in the units above when they walk around. The balconies weren't all installed correctly, some have a gap to the outside allowing insects to crawl in. So many insects, probably roaches, and now that they're in the building, it's been hard to get rid of them even with pest control. Other signs of things being put together cheaply are paint splatters on the floor where the cabinets were painted too fast, and the occasional nail sticking out of the floor trim where someone forgot to nail it in. We should have looked more closely before we moved in, but writing this so other future renters can have their eyes wide open when evaluating their options.
Alexan River Oaks is a complete joke. Just like the other reviews, it's only been a few months into our lease and there's been several criminal activities such as our packages being stolen, cars being broken into and stolen. They only allow you to access your package certain hours when concierge is available because of security reason but yet our package was still stolen! It felt like, "Oh hey your package was stolen this past weekend. Sorry!" And that's the last you hear from them. With our package being stolen, the criminal now knows which unit you live in! I don't think they handled that situation appropriately. Then the weekend after that, their office gets broken into! And now they have residence or applicants personal information too! It absolutely does not feel safe living here. It seems like their only main concern is finding out who have been smoking on premise. It would be great if they put just as much effort with security too. All the amenities they offer during the tour is not exactly how you will be living. Nothing is restocked here, concierge is not 24/7, there are now certain hours for the gym when they used to tell us it would be open 24 hours. Everything they have sold us on moving here has been a facade. The walls are so thin, you hear your neighbors every movement. They also can enter your unit whenever they want because they need to do something. There's no such thing as setting an appointment for maintenance because they don't care about your schedule. Spare yourself, there's no use complaining to management here. Nothing gets fixed (they'll just put a bandaid over it), they ignore your emails, they don't follow up with you, they don't do anything but act like they care. SO AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!

I don’t mind living in apartments under construction. I understand that sometimes we will have to put up with certain things that perhaps completed residential complexes don’t have to but wow, management and safety is absolutely horrible. I’ve only lived here for 4 months and they’ve already stolen a WHOLE CAR, broken into at least 5 other cars, broken into the leasing office and stole personal files from potential residents (yes, if you recently inquired about this place, your information may have been stolen), they broke into the package room and STILL they refuse to hire a 24hr concierge or security. Worst of all, all this happens and the the management team refuses to inform the residents. We only know about all of this because we have witnessed it first hand and had to create a “community group text” to stay in alert. Move elsewhere. There are several residents attempting to move out so far due to the lack of safety and poor management. Don’t be the next.
