It has been the home I needed when I first moved here from out of town. It met all the requirements that I was looking for. Several change of hands have operated and maintained this complex since I have been here. I can truly say within this last year the management team/maintenance has much improved the complex.

Excellent community to reside in. Quick response to maintenance issues in the community. Very neat and clean.
I lived in this property and moved out. When I moved they said I damaged the garage from the moving truck and owed a balance of $1057.18. This was based on the fact that I gave a $1500 when I actually gave a $3,000 deposit. In all actuality they owe me $442.82. I sent numerous emails and calls to the management office (no response) as well as called and emailed the main headquarters Orion properties with no response. They reported this on my credit with a shady company Pro Collect and I am fighting to have it removed. This has been ongoing since 2016. I beliebe the office manager was stealing or shady business. I advised them to send my oroginal lease to no avail. Stay away!!!!

Typically any credit issues are reported within 30 days. We have lived at Addicks Stone Village for 2 years now. So far we have endured 8 ceiling leaks. Instead of fixing the roof and faulty piping, management instead gave quick fixes (cut out moldy Sheetrock, replace and throw new paint on it and called it “fixed” until the next leak happens). My family and I were left with moldy ceilings for over a week and were told to just shut the door and not use the room until they had time to fix it. This past week we were left with a huge hole in our ceiling with insulation left laying on our floor for 5 days. I would definitely not recommend anyone to stay here and endure what we’ve endured. This is clearly how the treat long term, on-time rent paying residents. Please see pictures attached. Completely unacceptable!

Here's what you should know about me: I have very high standards, and am not easily pleased. Okay, so, what's my review? I absolutely love my townhouse. My Sister also resides in Addicks Stone Village, and she feels the same about her home. Ladies, I have TWO closets in my bedroom--one is a spacious walk-in; so large that I can sit in it. The second closet is a roomy bonus. I also enjoy having a two-car garage and a large living environment: there's a living room (downstairs), media room (upstairs), huge (in-house) storage area (my Sister's is even bigger than mine), and a laundry room. There are hardwood floors (kitchen, living room, media room), and carpeting in the bedrooms. Lastly, Dana (Property Manager) and Lisa (Property Supervisor) are an absolutely fantastic team. Dana is available on-site; she is professional, kind and exudes a warm, sunny personality. Lisa manages several properties, yet, she is accessible and responsive (yes, she actually returns phone calls!). Together, Dana & Lisa will bend over backwards to ensure that your home is your palace. I'm enjoying living in this small, gated community and I hope that you will, too.

As a luxury gated community, it is a fantastic place to live and work in the west Houston area. We are near fabulous shopping, restaurants and entertainment. We even have a back yard area, two car garage and our own personal driveway. Property management provides excellent service and emails me whenever there is maintenance being done and checks on us continually to see if we are doing well! Who does that?! We love this place!
