Smoking of any type is not allowed, and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. A noise alert device is installed to monitor decibel levels and ensure compliance with local noise ordinances. Pet cleaning fees apply, and pets should be discussed in advance. Full disclosure policy for numbers of people on the property at any time with security camera verification to comply with local laws and booking platform policies. Small low-key gatherings are allowed only upon request and approval in advance. Includes high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, and a washer/dryer.
