Got views? We do! Looking for someone who enjoys a peaceful existence surrounded by open space and views to rent our nearly new above-garage apartment. Built 5 years ago with attention to every detail - this place will not disappoint. Full kitchen, glass tile backsplash, window A/C and central heat, full sized fridge, washer/dryer in unit, private entrance, individual parking spot, and private balcony/patio perfect for taking in the full range of the front range and views our nearby lake, park, and open space. Well insulated above/below for temperature control and features a high-efficiency furnace and huge windows on each end for plenty of natural light and fresh air. House is adjacent to a park, public open space with trails for jogging/biking and is on a small acreage away from the hustle but with easy access to College Ave, Carpenter and i25. We are Fair Housing Compliant and we are open to anyone, but we are sharing our little slice of paradise and are screening for someone who takes pride in their home, lives quietly and is just generally a good neighbor and tenant. NO SMOKING/VAPING of anything - Even outside, no exemptions. The apartment is, unfortunately, only accessible via stairs and we do prefer a maximum of 2 people due to the size of our Septic. Please email with a little bit about yourself and what you are looking for, so I know you're a real person who may be coming to see the place. We are doing showings starting this weekend. $1,000/month. Utilities included (basic internet, electric, water) up to $100/month. References and proof of income will be required. First and last plus deposit ($3,000) upon lease-signing. Window AC unit included once daytime temps get over 80* (~mid-June to Sept). Lease term will be 8/1 thru 7/31 (1 year). Pets - one indoor cat allowed with additional pet deposit. We love dogs but have no fencing and just can’t chance it.
