Living in Nevada for almost 2 years. It’s been really different. I’m from New York and the weather is great but living in this apartment complex I like it here I do,the people are friendly. Sarah in the Main Office is so great. I love this location because you have so many stores around here that are close. I know there is delivery services,but just getting out in this area is really beautiful. Anyone who asked me I tell them I like it here better than the other place we lived in but here it does feel like home.

I sent a work order stating a sink stopper in one of my bathroom is stuck and won’t drain water and was told it would take 2 weeks to get fixed. Then I get an email less than a week later saying the work order is closed. Closed without even fixing the problem. Nobody has come and fixed the sink stopper. I am still unable to use the bathroom sink. This is a problem…. I request another work order and hopefully they won’t close the order before it is really fixed. Two weeks to fix a sink is wrong! Hire more maintenance people.

Gated community with non working gates. Trash bin areas always has trash laying around even when dumpsters aren't full.

The community is nice. I love the location and once my apartment was fixed it’s a nice spot to live. I’m happy with it. I like how quiet the complex is and all of the amenities are really nice.

Cabinet different then the model they showed us. Different color and rottening on bottom doors. No ramp or handicap entry for wheelchair clients. Upstairs neighbor very loud until 3:30am every night. Maintenance do a good job at keeping grounds and emenities clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Nice neighborhood.

It’s terrible here and wish I would have never made this decision. The apartment is not kept clean at all . The covered parking structures are one bad breeze away from falling over . The infested apartment smells of old motel and you just can’t seem to get that smell out . I have plug ins all throughout my apartment and keep it very clean and still old motel smell .last but not least the roaches never seem to go away no matter how many time you bug bomb the place . Also fully renovated is the largest joke of all .

Quiet friendly complex. Very nice pool areas. Mail room is always clean. If I had to say a negative it would be the dog area no one picks up after there dog and it’s kinda icky. Other then that nice complex. Staff is super helpful and friendly. I have not experienced maintenance issues so I can’t rate them. I am enjoying the peace and quiet for such a large complex I am overall very happy.

Initially moving here I thought would be amazing but within 6 weeks of moving here My car was stolen I've seen at least four fights in front of my apartment and I no longer feel safe. I moved here with the notion that it would be a lot safer for me. I've never seen security walking around driving around,besides my car it's been five other cars stolen in my apartment complex in just my area and only within 2 months. The fact that the front office is aware of this and still there is no security during the night hours when these things are happening is completely disheartening.

Quite a nice place to live, been here 7 years. When I moved here there was a basketball court and a volleyball court, now we have a Zen garden. Also in my 7 years the entry gates haven't worked but for maybe 2 months the whole time.

The space of the apartment is great and layout, unfortunately the property is not well kept. The AC system is horrible, parking is horrible, pest is terrible, empathy of staff as well as willingness to RESOLVE issues is a huge fail.

The parking, I hate it when I come home and there’s a car parked in my stall. They told me take a picture and give it to them. Ok so where do I park. Their answer look for a stall that’s not under the garage. It’s not easy cause majority it’s all taken. So what do I do now. It’s unfair we pay for the parking. So what do I do now? I’ve told them there’s stalls open no cars park there day and night can I have it. They say no it belongs to someone. Yeah right since I moved here I Neva seen NO ONE PARK THERE. This is MESSED UP you pay can’t park in your stall cause there’s a car park

Too many unleashed dogs, and lack of cleanup. Too many residents that don’t follow rules and leave the property trashy. Pool areas on second phase side are dirty. Never cleaned or maintained. Landscapers blow debris all over my car every Monday. Landscapers blow lawn debris into breezeways between apartments.

Sage at green valley has provided a clean and functional living experience in Henderson. Great first apartment for singles or young couples. The price is reasonable and matches what you get overall. No place is perfect but Sage has made a good home.

Moving in was not great. There were roaches everywhere and the front office wasn’t helpful at the time. Eight months in, things are better. Communicating with the front office isn’t wonderful, but it’s needed a lot less frequently at this point.

Love the trees and greenery but maintaince takes too long to respond to work orders, then when they do, they don't even do a proper job. So disappointed in that. But they are friendly and very kind. It's a beautiful apartment complex, no doubt.

Sage at Green Valley is a nice centrally located and surprisingly affordable complex in the Henderson area that stood out to us from the other apartments we toured. Overall, there have been some bumps with the move-in experience and getting settled, but this is to be expected anywhere with such a big undertaking and I am overall pleased with where we’ve ended up. The apartment feels very spacious and comfortable.

The community updates have looked very nice, certain parts of the property and more maintained than others. We are charged monthly for outdoor lighting that half the time is out for months at a time, trash and upkeep which have gotten better but still in certain parts of the community is sorely lacking and not cared for. The property has its good and bad as far as over all aesthetic, improvements make it attractive for new tenants. My experience has not been as pleasant as some. Like I said other areas of the property have been for more maintained by the over appearance.

Professional staff land scape verry clean. pools fitness center verry clean. I have been living here 24 years. I think this is a Greate place to live.
