Changing companies that service the building is deplorable. We finally had a group of good people that have been helpful. When Megan indicated there were problems with certain workers I wonder if she took into consideration that at times these people were doing a job that required an other person .
great living sometimes the amenities such as gate access and things have issues. other than that I enjoy my stay. everyone is very responsive and it is easy to get answers when needed

We have lived at 2929 for the last 18 months. When it was time to renew our lease we had considered purchasing a condo. After giving that idea much thought, we realized we would be much happier staying in our apartment. The service and attention we have received is outstanding.

I love leaving in weslayan . From the office & concierge are great , they do need to keep up with the outer part of the building but that is greystar issues, however been here over 9 yrs & the location is fabulous & the size of the apts are spacious
Love apartment, location and view. Staff is attentive and quick to address repairs. Nice mix of residents from age, and ethnicity. Parking is efficient and hassle free. Floor plan offers bonus layout for bathroom/powder room combo and larger walk in closet. Only downside I see is hallway common areas on floor lack AC and carries high amount of humidity which in return makes its way into apt. I have rectified for most part purchasing two humidifiers to draw out excessive moisture. I do understand Greystar is working to address this matter….

Meghan, Nour & the maintenance, concierge & valet team have doen an excellent job for the residences. It can be seen in the quality of work & they are more approachable to any issues. However, I would like to comment on the building parking. It bothers me that some of the residents think they are driving on the freeway.... speed bumps or stop signs on all levels would heopefully deter some of the crazy drivers in the building.

I have not had a refrigerator that works properly in the year that I have lived here. One is currenlty on order, but is of course out of stock? There have been a number of burglaries in the garage and 2 cars have been stolen, one of which was mine. I rented a studio apartment when my sister visited in April, during the night she had someone attempt to enter her apartment on 2 occasions.

Initially a fantastic experience, wonderful staff and good amenities, after my truck being broken into and having to take on that cost myself and then my car being stolen and having to take that loss, my experience here has went from 10-1 stars, staff has been professional and helpful no issues with any of the people. Multiple security concerns have been mentioned in the past, Vandalized vehicles have been reported by myself, but no communication to the residents of the crimes has taken place. This makes me feel like the owners of this place rather hide things than be transparent.

I like it in here a lot. Noise between apartments can be a problem, apart from that everything is great. Great location, with a bus stop and grocery store 5 min walking distance.

Office, security, and maintenance staff are very friendly, efficient, and responsive. Facilities are always clean and available. Other than minor inconveniences in my actual apartment and elevators, it has been very pleasant living here.

The community has changed in the last year. It is much better now. AQ and his group are super concierges. The maintenance team are doing a great job as well.

So far so good, moved in right before the flooding and hurricane so the apartment is still under repairs, staff has been great. Maintenance team is very responsive, Belfor has been doing a fantastic job. Just waiting for flooring to be completed to enjoy the new place fully. Overall, happy with all things considered.

Too many maintenance issues in the overall building and rooms themselves. Examples, flooding, elevators, power going out, little things in apartments more often than standard

We love the views and the building. Our apartment is spacious and we love the location. A lot of groceries and restaurants around. The staff is also amazing and helpful.

Since moving in 2 years ago there have been so many improvements made at the building that have made a big difference. The new maintenance supervisor seems really on top of it and he keeps the property clean. Management hosts a lot of fun events which have made it easy to meet my neighbors.

Overall experience has been great due to all amazing staff. Harvey, Linda, AQ, Ato, Stephanie, Carlos, and all the valet team are amazing. Parking situation is great and Valet staff offers a sense of security. Mail and package management are efficient and amazing as well. Guest access along with Uber deliveries are always verified which I truly love for security.

This is our first time in a high-rise with such elegance and pose; scenery is breath taking. The staff is amazing and quick to answer all concerns when approached. Concierge may not know us by name, but they definitely know our faces and the unit we reside. I love a house, but this building has been breaking boundaries for us. we're happy and glad to call 2929 Weslayan, HOME!

I wish I had found 2929 Weslayan earlier! The price per square foot is exceptional compared to area high-rises. My unit had new flooring and was in great move-in shape. The staff was very responsive with any questions or concerns. I'm sure we will be very happy here.

I would not rent in this building again. The experience has been disappointing. Unit is tired appliances don't work, amenities are dirty. Elevators always down, no valet carts. Flooding damaged many units and hallways and it has taken better part of a year for repairs. Communication by management is poor.
