I loved in to this apartment and loved it but about a year ago the property management changed and it has gone downhill since. They do not upkeep the dog park which has turned into a giant mud pit, they are restricting package pick ups and ultimately removing the package room to put a conference room in for the property managers at the inconvenience of residents, the elevator is frequently out of service, the palm trees by the pool died in the Texas freeze and the property never replaced them, gym equipment has broken down and is never fixed (there’s been a broken elliptical machine in the gym since I moved in) and the apartment complex has steadily increased rent - all while amenities and resident experience has diminished. I really enjoyed this property when I moved in due to the location, amenities and living space but I would not recommend moving in here under the current management and property upkeep.

This place has gone downhill since new management took over. Removal of amenities under the guise of “improving the community”, incorrectly fining tenants due to admin mistakes in their office, lack of follow-through on maintenance requests, elevators constantly breaking, zero upkeep of dog park, increased rent so they could have a community rented Tesla that gathers dust in the garage, pieces of equipment in the gym have been broken going on 2 years now. I do not recommend renting here.

Ive been at 2411 two months and couldnt be happier! Its quiet, easy to commute everywhere, great amenities, residents and staff are so helpful and friendly. Im happy to call this home!

Great amenities and location as well as responsive staff.

I gave this housing apartment a low rating due to poor staff. I was looking forward to becoming a resident here but I had got approved then unapproved. I started to have complications with the manager due to her constantly not believing my source of income I showed her that I had well enough money for rent for three month’s and she did not believe a word I said and she kept asking for more. I showed her five bank statements and four paycheck stubs two letter from my job and it still wasn’t enough for her.

So far, my experience at 2411 Washington has been great! The staff is amazing to work with, the amenities are great, and the location is crazy convenient! I truly am so excited to live here.

The neighborhood is incredibly quiet for being on Washington and everyone Ive met is so nice. The leasing office staff is exceptional, Im always able to get a hold of them and they go above and beyond, including assisting with things like heavy packages. I feel like they are family already haha! Location, location, location! Easy access to i10 & 45 and Ive been there almost two weeks and never any traffic on the street! The property itself is beautiful and well kept. Incredible amenities and the gym even has Olympic weights and suspension training. Plus free yoga two days a week and the instructors are incredible. I also LOVE my unit, the nest thermostat is so cool and beautiful hardwood Venetian blinds, I dont even have to put up curtains. Nice big patio and plenty of storage space even in my 602 sq. Foot unit. You really cannot beat the value for the price. Also I feel safe, everyone walks their dogs so cute pups everywhere. Couldnt be happier. A big thank you to Kayla and Marlon for being so supportive and helpful during my horror moving experience, they are the best!

We lived here for 5 years. At move out we were charged $650 for a glass stove top replacement. Because we used our stove. For 5 years. No damage. No cracks. Just completely normal wear and tear. In the middle of a pandemic.

Such an accommodating and sweet team, which is so rare with leasing agents. Marlon has been the BIGGEST help with so many things already, and he always has a smile on his face. The pool view is amazing, and the gym is packed with great equipment. I love that safety is such an important feature here, as well. It definitely gives me peace of mind!

I am so happy with my decision to live at 2411 Washington! The location is great, community is tight, and I've never had any issues that weren't quickly addressed or prevented in the first place. The dog park has been the best part!

2411 Washington has an awesome staff that answer any questions right away. Maintenance is awesome and come immediately when asked too. The layouts are very spacious and renovated. Jasmine is awesome with handling the leasing signing and being transparent about everything. Locations is awesome and a safe area with gated parking. Awesome place

Awful place to live if you have to have an elevators or if you want to live in a place where the entry gates work

I just recently moved in to a beautiful apartment at 2411 Washington. The staff are all super helpful and professional, the community is well designed, and the apartments are immaculate. The seller? My sweet view of downtown looking over the dog park I would recommend this complex to anyone!

Professional and friendly staff, and they are always having community get togethers with yummy treats!

Great location, beautiful apartments, wonderful staff!

2411 is a great community. The people are friendly and there are great amenities. Parking is iffy but there may be some improvements to this in the future.

I love living her because of the friendliness of the staff! Its not very common in this area you have such kind and friendly, also extremely accommodating staff. They actually get to know their residents on a personal level and strive to make their community a happy and positive place to live!

2411 is a awesome community they have alot a amenities that fit different needs and the staff across the board are generous. We have alot of perks given to us here at 2411. I would definitely recommend anyone to live here.

The staff is great - always friendly, willing to help, and timely. The yoga and pilates classes are wonderful. The staff also plans great events every 2 months or so.

Gates are always breaking causing residents to be late for work or allowing non residents in. Crime and other issues are not being addressed to the community properly/often ignored or covered up. New management is often very late to respond to questions or does not address them at all. However, the residents of the property seem to be very respectful and long term. The new resident police is also very responsive and helpful. With the new management and staff (all being less than 6 months), there seems to be a lot of learning that needs to be done otherwise residents will not renew. Current management right now seems to blame all issues on past management yet does nothing to fix issues. Rent is too high for non existent customer service.

2411 Washington Apartments are very luxurious, with beautiful decor; their location is centralized and you have everything you need within minutes away. Downtown is literately a few streets away. These beautiful apartments have wood flooring, granite counters both in the kitchen and restrooms. Restrooms are very spacious, with big garden tubs, and plenty of storage room. The complex itself is very beautiful; it has a swimming pool in a great location, overseeing downtown; two grilling areas, game rooms, gym, and plenty of space to relax. These apartment are a bit high but well worth it. The only reason I am not giving them 5 stars is the noise level which is expected; the younger people living here, they love to party. They need or should invest on new gates; they are always breaking, they usually fix it within one day but it could get tiresome over time. The trains are very loud but you eventually start to ignore it.
