Decent community. Follow through on repairs or damage is non existent. They will come and repair the issue, but if there is need for a second visit or continued maintenance, good luck. The office staff are usually rude. But the space in the unit is nice, has a flow, and it’s generally comfortable. Maintenance and follow through are the biggest issues.

The application process was very easy and quick, and I really like my apartment. However, communication with the office is quite complicated, and there’s a lack of follow-up on maintenance requests, which makes the overall experience less positive.

Nice, quiet neighborhood. Very affordable. Very diverse neighborhood as well, which we like. All ages and ethnic backgrounds. We do have our own little pet peeves about the complex, but nothing serious enough to where I’d try to discourage anyone from moving here. All around, 3 out of 5 stars.

Maintenance is wonderful and we love the area! We wish the second pool was open, but atleast theres another one in the front. The gym is great!

Staff helpful always, and always answer calls, maintenance is always helpful and on time, neighbors are nice, never had a problem! Parking has gotten better as well!

I appreciate the application process being easy and bring able to upload everything online. The manager is very nice. I like the email notifications about what's going on in the apartment. I did have some issues with my apartment not being all the way ready when I obtained the keys but the issues were quickly resolved once I let the office know. And since I've moved in, any issues or questions have been quickly responded to.

Very bad, office doesn’t answer nor calls back nor comes to fix anything since 2024. I’ve literally told them mold was going to accumulate and I have a child…. They don’t care, they’re rude when you voice your concern.

I like the location of the apartments. The neighborhood is very quiet. But the swimming pools are always closed. The second swimming pool hasn’t been open all summer.

It’s okay here, staff sometimes has a really bad attitude and can be short with new people, area next to apartments the sage are really run down and cops are constantly there so this apartment complex is a lot safer than that one

The pools are rarely open. The back pool has been closed for 3 years and the front pool closes 2-3 times a week. Makes no sense why there isn’t 1 pool open at all times. Paying high prices and while employees don’t fix things that matter to residences. Usually pools close over the hottest weather days. Half the bushes hang over the sidewalk and tower over people’s windows, others look like sticks and people stare at you while their dog poop in front of your window/porch. The assigned parking is useless. Expect your guests to have to park at Starbucks as all the uncovered spots will be taken by residences

I absolutely love living here ! Maintenance is quick to respond , and the location is amazing ! Only down fall is the parking! You pay for mandatory covered parking and it’s usually not close to your apartment .

Completely unorganized. Signed the lease with two pools as an amenity, one hasn’t been open the whole time with very little explanation as to why or even how long it will be and everyone’s key does not even open the main pool cause the lock has been broken. Maintenance people are cool. There is a lady at the front desk office who does as little as possible as often as she can and has a very bad attitude. Ariel seems to just be upset at all times, even when greeted with smiles. There was a time I went and talked with Ariel sometime around 5:30 PM or so, they close at 6. First interaction with this lady and she told me “I’m not doing anything right now, I’m about to get out of here” which came off super rude and slightly aggressive. I didn’t even want anything to happen necessarily I just had some questions and was wondering what some actions or resolutions could be. Got no answers and basically was told to go away cause she was close to closing. Super unprofessional and always rude.

Good service when anything goes wrong, but what is going on with the back pool ? Why is it not open yet? This is year two!! The front pool is too far for me to walk, and the back pool has not been usable since last year…. What gives?

We love it here. We wish the second pool was open. We have been here a few years now and it has always been closed but other than that its great.

Living here is nice when you want it to be, other than that it’s okay, we have loud neighbors, people that don’t pick up their dog poop, and people inviting too many people to the pool area. It’s only nice when you want it to.

It could be better they should open the other pool back up and make it a little more kid friendly. But overall I do enjoy stay here it’s a pretty decent complex the golf course next door is a plus

Terrible communication from staff to tenets and they charged me fees that didn’t even apply to me and they said they would pay it back but never did

This place has gone downhill in the past year and a half living here. My car has been broken into and now got towed because of unclear signage on property. I would not recommend this place

We're so thankful to Ariel, out leasing agent for always assisting us in our concern. We just move in last June 5, the only concern for us is when we ask for some request service, it took us days to resolve our query( esp. now that we have an outstanding service request that still need to be resolved). We are really expecting for a secure environment that we can enjoy living. Nevertheless, so far, so good!

The only thing I like is the area. Multiple service request have been made to fix issues that should have been repaired prior to move in. I was told I have an assigned parking spot but there is always someone parked there.

Great location, staff very understanding and helpful! Only down fall is the assigned parking! Fast to respond to service calls. Rent is very reasonable.

Well only one of the pools is open with no notice when the other one will be… Also, I was informed by the painters that they will be entering my apartment at 8 o’clock in the morning tomorrow. Legally, I need a 24 hour notice and if a strange man enters my apartment at 8 o’clock in the morning as a single woman that’s definitely not OK I understand the apartment has given them permission and I have no animosity towards the painters, but the lack of communication from 2312 is ridiculous and also unacceptable

The only problem I’ve experienced is the back of the property POOL still not usable for the past year and a half!! We pay a lot of money for rent, which is SUPPOSED to include use of the pool in our blazing hot summers! The least y’all could do is reduce our rent because of that!

Live living here, never had an issue with anyone. Staff are amazing, as well as maintenance. Parking is a bit frustrating but staff are always on top of it when help is needed.

My dog loves it here. I wish more people would clean after their dogs. The area is nice. It's super quiet in the complex. The mailboxes are always a mess with theft etc. Overall I like it here though
