The pools are rarely open. The back pool has been closed for 3 years and the front pool closes 2-3 times a week. Makes no sense why there isn’t 1 pool open at all times. Paying high prices and while employees don’t fix things that matter to residences. Usually pools close over the hottest weather days. Half the bushes hang over the sidewalk and tower over people’s windows, others look like sticks and people stare at you while their dog poop in front of your window/porch. The assigned parking is useless. Expect your guests to have to park at Starbucks as all the uncovered spots will be taken by residences
I absolutely love living here ! Maintenance is quick to respond , and the location is amazing ! Only down fall is the parking! You pay for mandatory covered parking and it’s usually not close to your apartment .

Completely unorganized. Signed the lease with two pools as an amenity, one hasn’t been open the whole time with very little explanation as to why or even how long it will be and everyone’s key does not even open the main pool cause the lock has been broken. Maintenance people are cool. There is a lady at the front desk office who does as little as possible as often as she can and has a very bad attitude. Ariel seems to just be upset at all times, even when greeted with smiles. There was a time I went and talked with Ariel sometime around 5:30 PM or so, they close at 6. First interaction with this lady and she told me “I’m not doing anything right now, I’m about to get out of here” which came off super rude and slightly aggressive. I didn’t even want anything to happen necessarily I just had some questions and was wondering what some actions or resolutions could be. Got no answers and basically was told to go away cause she was close to closing. Super unprofessional and always rude.

Good service when anything goes wrong, but what is going on with the back pool ? Why is it not open yet? This is year two!! The front pool is too far for me to walk, and the back pool has not been usable since last year…. What gives?

Living here is nice when you want it to be, other than that it’s okay, we have loud neighbors, people that don’t pick up their dog poop, and people inviting too many people to the pool area. It’s only nice when you want it to.

It could be better they should open the other pool back up and make it a little more kid friendly. But overall I do enjoy stay here it’s a pretty decent complex the golf course next door is a plus

This place has gone downhill in the past year and a half living here. My car has been broken into and now got towed because of unclear signage on property. I would not recommend this place

We're so thankful to Ariel, out leasing agent for always assisting us in our concern. We just move in last June 5, the only concern for us is when we ask for some request service, it took us days to resolve our query( esp. now that we have an outstanding service request that still need to be resolved). We are really expecting for a secure environment that we can enjoy living. Nevertheless, so far, so good!

The only thing I like is the area. Multiple service request have been made to fix issues that should have been repaired prior to move in. I was told I have an assigned parking spot but there is always someone parked there.

Well only one of the pools is open with no notice when the other one will be… Also, I was informed by the painters that they will be entering my apartment at 8 o’clock in the morning tomorrow. Legally, I need a 24 hour notice and if a strange man enters my apartment at 8 o’clock in the morning as a single woman that’s definitely not OK I understand the apartment has given them permission and I have no animosity towards the painters, but the lack of communication from 2312 is ridiculous and also unacceptable

The only problem I’ve experienced is the back of the property POOL still not usable for the past year and a half!! We pay a lot of money for rent, which is SUPPOSED to include use of the pool in our blazing hot summers! The least y’all could do is reduce our rent because of that!

Live living here, never had an issue with anyone. Staff are amazing, as well as maintenance. Parking is a bit frustrating but staff are always on top of it when help is needed.

My dog loves it here. I wish more people would clean after their dogs. The area is nice. It's super quiet in the complex. The mailboxes are always a mess with theft etc. Overall I like it here though

Apartment complex is close to a good amount of stores. A little loud when there’s yard work but other than that it’s good. No problem with neighbors as well.

I’ve lived here six years and have always been happy enough. But suddenly the parking situation has become horrible. It’s almost impossible to find an open spot near my apartment at any time of the day or night. This needs to change!

I never really needed much from office staff while living here but anytime I did they were very kind and helpful. There are two pools but only one was open. And the one that was open, opened very late in the season which was disappointing. But it's a lovely pool area! The apartment I had was an updated unit. I really like the grays and whites and electric stove. However, at a closer look it wasn't done with much care/detail. And the tub! Horribly done. The "finish" peeled off my first shower there and looks terrible. Never had issues with any neighbors at all! The area is kept very clean ans very little dog poop in the areas I took my dog to go potty. Considering that rent is very expensive just in general in Las Vegas I found this complex a good price as I felt safe there and knew the office staff was helpful. Maintenance was very on point as well. Anything I needed they'd fix with no issues Ina timely manner.

Is a decent place to live. Mostly quite no crime. Was happy until they assigned parking spaces & put the one we got on the other side of the entire complex have mobility issues but could usually find a spot near my home. Now instead of a nearby spot I will be trekking across the entire complex.

The office is always responsive and kind when I call and the community is reasonably clean and quiet. Main issue is maintenence - my dyer has been broken twice and was replaced with an old one, and the bathtub was peeling, which was fixed after a few months and several calls, but is now peeling again.

The resident was exactly what I wanted! Two bedrooms and a patio to barbecue and invited friends over on nice days! Area was nice an quiet at nite! Henderson was ideal had restaurants shopping malls close by and Health clubs all around me! Nice casino with movie theaters inside! Love this Area period!

Staff are nice, they’ll wave to you when you see them driving around. I haven’t had any problems with neighbors. Just a loud street at night

Not very happy with the issues my unit has and a lot of water leaks new line doesn’t have an option for emergency maintenance Wish more persistence more care for the people who live here can’t even park at our unit or you gettowed

This community is great. Everyone seems to respect others. Staff is attentive when available and very kind. The pool is amazing when open. The gym is always clean and fresh.

Smooth process to start my lease with 23 Twelve, good response time when maintenance is needed. New management company keeps us updated with changes and improvements of the community. Also adding assigned parking will be a great thing.

apartments are ok. Parking not the best. do not like that there will be assigned number spots. would prefer to have a parking permit. please fix this.
