The kitchen comes equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, and a gas stove. Bedrooms are all good sized. There are hardwood floors and a great amount of natural light throughout the unit. Enjoy relaxing on the front and back porches. The washer and dryer are located in the basement of the house. They are free to use. Additional storage is available in the basement if needed. The newly installed (less than 1 yr) high efficiency central AC/heat system (Mitsubishi 30,000 BTU Heat Pump Condenser) significantly reduces heating and cooling costs. The entire house has also been completely insulated in the past year. Parking spots are available for $150 per month(total). It's available for a 9/1 lease start date.
