All leasing paperwork is completed through the District's leasing office. The District is about a 5 minute walk from campus, literally across the street. Walking distance to so many business and restaurants like Starbucks, Fuzzy's, Five Guys, Cosmos, Krazy Karl's etc.. Also walking distance to the beautiful City Park! Three other kind and fun girls live here and I need someone to take my place! We are respectful and studious/working girls and would hope for someone similar to take my spot. The apartment is fully furnished in the common area as well as the bedroom. The bedroom includes: bed frame, mattress, desk, desk chair, nightstand, and TWO dressers all of which can be seen in the posted pictures! I am also including my 3 inch new foam mattress topper ($250 value) for free! The bedroom is a private bedroom with a private bath and can be seen on the floor plan picture. My particular room is the third bedroom counted clockwise from the top. Walk-in closet in bedroom as well with plenty of shelving and hanging space. The common area includes the patio furniture, barstools, couch, chair, LoveSac bean bag, end table, coffee table, entertainment table, and Apple Smart TV. All decor and counter-top kitchen appliances you see will be staying since my roommates are staying in the unit! The unit also includes it's own washer and dryer which are also permanent to the apartment! Laundry room is right next to kitchen, see floor plan. The district has so many amenities included: outdoor community area with a pool, three hot-tubs, two grills, two fire-pits as well as an indoor community area with pool tables, 3 TVs, couches, kitchen, and tables and chairs where many community events are held with free food! The community area also has a free Starbucks coffee machine so you'll never have to pay for coffee again! The area includes 2Mac/2PC computer systems for your use as well as access to free printing. Two huge private study rooms are on the main-floor as well as private study rooms at the end of every hall on every floor in the complex. The district also includes a fully stocked gym and sauna with everything you could ever need! The district is locked and secure 24/7 and only can be accessed via a key provided to residents. Complete with security cameras and a security team you can feel extremely safe here! Every apartment has a deadbolt lock as well as every room! All community amenities are available 24/7!
