The building is beautiful, the amenities are great and modern. The staff is excellent, very friendly and always ready to help out. And loving the apps that the building has.

I’m absolutely thrilled with my new building. From day one, I was impressed by how modern and well-maintained everything is. The common areas, like the lobby and pool, are always spotless, and it’s clear that management truly cares about the residents’ experience. Security is top-notch, which gives me peace of mind at all times. The neighbors are friendly and respectful, creating a warm and welcoming environment. The location is another big plus — close to supermarkets, great restaurants, and with easy access to main roads. My apartment is bright, quiet, and finished with high-quality materials. Moving here was definitely a great decision. I’m enjoying every moment and looking forward to taking full advantage of everything this building has to offer. I can confidently say I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a great living experience!

I just moved here and so far everything is great. I needed to move a day earlier than my lease started and the manager, Kirkland, was a huge help and made sure I was accommodated for. The room is beautiful and so are the amenities!

I wish the pool was heated and the steam room was working. I also wish the hot water in my apartment worked because I asked maintenance to take a look and they said they would check their system, but nothing has changed.

I love the building! It is clean and beautiful! I love the office space, the pool and gym! First week here was great! The front desk is very responsive, and helpful. I can’t wait to see how the rest of year goes! Thank you!

My Move-In was easy and just very peaceful. Staff at Wynwood Haus was very communicative and organized. Edgar was amazing from start to finish. He was very clear about the application process and easy to contact after. On the day of my move-in he made sure the movers and myself experienced a very seamless process. In addition, Malaysia was very helpful and the best when it came to access to the unit and the financials. She explained the fees and rent breakdown thoroughly leaving me with no unanswered questions. Lastly, Marc has been such a big help with my packages and furniture deliveries. Extremely helpful and takes the time out to physically assist when things may have been too heavy for me. Overall this building and the Staff is incredible. I am very happy I choose this community.

I recently applied for a unit, and my experience was disappointing, to say the least. After paying a non-refundable application fee of $250, I discovered that the unit I had applied for was handicap-accessible—a detail that was never disclosed during the application process, either on the website or by the leasing office. When I brought this up with the leasing team and requested a price match for a different unit, I was told this wasn't possible. However, after requesting a refund for the application fee due to the lack of transparency, I was suddenly informed that they could indeed offer a price match. Despite the clear miscommunication and failure to provide critical details about the unit upfront, they refused to refund my application fee. This experience left me feeling misled and disrespected as a prospective tenant. I expect more from a property management company, especially in terms of transparency and customer service. I advise potential renters to be cautious when dealing with this complex, as it seems transparency is not a priority for them.

I only moved in less than 2 weeks ago, but the professionalism of the management team is 10/10. They have gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and have been great at communicating!

I’m pleased to be living here—it’s a nice place with well-maintained amenities and a very clean environment. However, the noise can be an issue. On the south side, there’s a concrete factory, and on the north, another one. Both start working as early as 5-6 AM every weekday, which can be disruptive. Overall, I give it 4 stars.

The building is beautiful and infrastructure is great, we love our apartment! Community activities are nice too! I wish management was more responsive and helpful to resident's issues and requests, we've had several instances when we've needed help and phone and emails are not answered and there is often no one at the front desk.

So far so good. After a bit over a month, there's not much to complaint about. The staff is super friendly. The issues get resolved quickly. The amenities are beautiful.

Overall the experience has been great the property is always clean and any issues do get resolved within the week it is brought up no complaints on my end

I highly enjoy living at Wynwood house. The location is excellent for my job and for convenience purposes, and the people are friendly. The amenities are outstanding. The only thing I sometimes struggle with is the Wi-Fi connection. Otherwise everything else has been really seamless.
