This is my second time living here, and I couldn’t be happier to be back. The location is unbeatable—everything I need is right at my doorstep. The views are absolutely stunning, and they never get old. The valet staff and concierge team are exceptional: friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to make daily life easier. Living here truly feels like a luxury experience from the moment I walk through the door.

We love living at The Windsor! The spacious floor plans and unbeatable value stand out, but it’s the downtown views, high-rise lifestyle, and incredible service that make it feel like home. From valet and concierge to the central Houston location, everything is designed for comfort and convenience. It’s city living at its best!

Windsor Memorial has been a wonderful home to me the last four years. Service requests are always timely, usually performed same day, and the communication from the team is top notch. The management and maintenance teams have made living at Memorial Windsor a breeze.

The Windsor Memorial Maintenance Guys are fantastic. They come on time, do a great job, and always explain what's going on. We have lived at Windsor Memorial for 10 years and Maintenance guys come to fix or repair things quickly and always do a great job. We are glad we live here!

Living at Windsor has been a great experience. The view and easy access to Buffalo Bayou are a huge plus, offering a peaceful and scenic environment right outside my door. Management has also been excellent—especially since Jonathan took over. He’s responsive, professional, and genuinely attentive to residents’ needs, which has really elevated the experience.

Excellent! Wonderful place to live. Jonathan (Management) is the man, Valet, and concierge are also fantastic.

No living arrangement is perfect. But, Windsor Memorial provides excellent value with a great location. The staff is friendly and responsive across the board. The team maintenance team is incredibly responsive. The valet staff is top-notch. And, Windsor has established an excellent concierge team, with a particular nod to Guy who is a welcoming and helpful presence.

The service technicians are extremely helpful and provide very quick service. The management staff in place, Jonathan, really cares about his tenants and goes above and beyond to help them.

The Windsor offers good value for the style of living, with a great location. Though the level of care varies, overall it's excellent. Upgrades need to be made around the community, and even though some things have been recently redone, they still fall short of the latest and greatest being added to the competition. I would recommend to a friend getting into luxury high-rise living for the first time that the Windsor is a good place to tour, but for someone established in the lifestyle, I believe they would be let down by the quality control that is overlooked to keep the cost of living down.

I've had an amazing experience living at Windsor Memorial so far. Jonathan and Jasmine are absolutely fantastic—professional, responsive, and truly on top of everything. They make sure residents are taken care of and it really shows. The maintenance crew is quick, efficient, and always does a great job. The security, cleaning, and valet staff are just as impressive—friendly, dependable, and make day-to-day life so much easier and just a pleasant place to live in. What really sets this place apart is the sense of community. Everyone is super friendly, and there's a welcoming vibe that makes it feel like home. Couldn’t be happier with my choice to live here!

The best management for a living community I’ve ever experienced overall. I’ve moved around quite a bit and Windsor has always been the best at customer service and management. That’s why this is the third time I’ve had a lease within one of Windsor’s properties and I would definitely renew again and continue to recommend their properties to my friends and family.

The overall cleanliness of the property (specifically the parking garage) is well below average to poor. The management staff needs to hire someone to pick up litter on a regular basis. The next item that Memorial by Windsor needs to address is the elevators. They only recently are all working, but the cleanliness and appearance of the elevators is poor.

Windsor Memorial is my home! I feel safe and everyone is very positive, friendly and helpful. The gym has great equipment and the pool side with BBQ grills is fab. My view is spectacular and calming. This is the place to live.

I have had the best experience living at Windsor memorial. I have never felt so at home in an apartment community before. I am always greeted with the friendliest smiles walking in and out of the building.

This is my first time living here and I like it because at least I like to take walks and being close to the bayou is great. I like the unit that I am renting and would love to see if the building can do things such as freezing rent cost if I make payments ahead.

Windsor Memorial is the only apartment building in Houston, TX located in the epicenter of the city with unobstructed views all around. The building is within a 15 minute drive of all the best spots in Houston, and most importantly it is a 10 minute drive to downtown. The management team is dedicated to forming meaningful relationships with residents in addition to supporting their every need on a daily basis. Not to mention, the building welcomes a diverse group of residents -- ranging across several ethnicities, age groups, and families.

Currently in our fourth year at Windsor Memorial. It’s an easy place to live. Great management and staff that take care of all the basics. The location is excellent for getting out to exercise, enjoying downtown and easy access to so many parts of town. Management regularly holds events to promote community and getting to know our neighbors. Concierge and valet services are top notch and make parking, getting packages and guest access simple. Maintenance staff are excellent and very responsive to request.

My experience at Windsor Memorial has been nothing short of amazing. The staff here are compassionate, hard working, and dedicated to tenant satisfaction. I'd like to highlight Johnathan. He has gone above and beyond for our family and handles any and all circumstances with prompt service and professionalism. Excellent communication and very understanding.

Windsor Memorial has been incredible. I've lived in this area for several years at various apartment complexes, and this is by far my favorite. Being able to walk out the back gate to the bayou is a huge plus.

I just moved in and had some little issues. Maintenance answered quickly and fixed everything the same day. Everything went great

Great place to live...recommend getting an apt. up high...the view is fantastic (beautiful sunsets on the west and sunrises on the east), Staff and valets are super helpful and friendly.

Great location, great views, but be sure to get a fully-renovated unit. Even then I expect more for the price.

Windsor is a great place to live. We have excellent amenities and a management staff that truly cares! Java and I love living here and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a five star property!

Nice floor plans with great views. Quiet community but needs more attention to infrastructure of building (I.e. elevators, hall air conditioning, etc.)

Great locations for walk ability to the park, to the grocery stores, and neighborhood small businesses. The apartments are very quiet and spacious.

Regarding the last service request (AC drip pan overflowing), the issue persists so I need to resubmit. However, the guys always respond quickly and clean up after themselves.

Everyone does their best here and I love the staff -- leasing, valet, concierge, and maintenance.

The move in experience was so easy and smooth. I love calling this place home.

Significant work recently to improve the building, which is of course positive although it means that some services are either constrained or not available for extended periods, but as a whole it's encouraging to see that the people in charge do care.

The location and views are amazing. Concierge and valet are also great. Our only complaint is the outdated appliances. The washer and dryer frequently stain our clothes and the stove doesn’t work properly.

Maintenance never showed up. I also have been waiting 3 days to get in my storage on the 5th floor. Need luggage to travel.Door will not open, reported to Jennifer, Jonathan, and also the Maintenance mgr. It is hard to get anyone to care in this building. I have been here for 7 years. It is very difficult to renew with this type of behavior.

Great place to live. Not the best management to make decisions. I had a very unpleasant experience moving in.

It is rare to find such an amazing staff - from the Managers, Jennifer and Jonathan, down to the valets and even the maintenance folks, everyone is super friendly and helpful! Plus, the location and views from this property are some of the absolute best in Houston. Trust me - you definitely should do yourself a favor, stop by, and take a look into living here!

Not very much to complain about, excellent management, great neighbors and we love the valets and the concierge folks.

Do not move here unless you want your vehicle stolen from the parking garage and have management do absolutely nothing about it. It has been 3.5 weeks since our vehicle was stolen and they have yet to provide 3 hours worth of footage to law enforcement. Despite sending multiple emails week after week, we have yet to have a resolution to this. This has been the third time our vehicle was either broken into or stolen from the garage. The “security gates” are an absolute joke as they hardly ever work. There has even been an instance where we were told to shelter in place because of dangerous suspects on the property. We’ve spoken to others who have had their vehicles broken into or stolen from here as well. There are 4 elevators and max 2 work at any given time, causing there to be a line of people waiting to get on the elevators. This place is called a “luxury community,” but it definitely is not. One of the only good things I have to say about this place is some of the concierge staff are wonderful, especially Ontario. Be wary about this place.

The Memorial by Windsor is a great building to live in. The building offers amazing skyline views in every direction. The location is difficult to beat. The 24/7 concierge service is top notch. You will be spoiled by the valet service. It is a pleasure living here.
