I highly recommend Volare as a place to call home. People of all ages and families will enjoy the beautifully maintained community. It’s pet friendly too!
Office Manager was confussed on parking space availability assigned me 2 different spaces to park and both time I had to go back to office and tell the Manager they were all ready assigned to other Tenants. Apartment was not cleaned good. Left gum on carpet and Kitchen floor Kitchen sink was leaking Management is poor. Maintenence is very poor on thete response time it took them over a week to fix my Kitchen sink after reporting 2 times to office. Reported to office that power went out in the Front room and Bathroom promised me Maintenence would come before they leave for the day nevere came had no light or power in living until next afternoon was unable to watch television had to shower in dark
It's been a little shaky at times since the very beginning when we moved in a couple of months ago. The place was not moving ready when we got there so it took quite some time for the maintenance people to fix all the problems and there are still problems that have yet to be finished being fixed. Seems like somebody was murdered in our building recently which is also alarming and my wife and I and my son who's not even a year old yet we're getting bit up by mosquitoes like crazy when we first moved in and we had to buy a bunch of different traps and bait to stop them so that was an experience. The final thing is the neighbor that lives above us stomps around like a soldier all day and all night when they walk I guess they just walk on their heels very heavily. They walk so hard that the ceiling shakes and the lighting fixtures rattle as he walks by them and it wakes up our son often so he doesn't get good sleep and it's really important which is another huge problem.

It's ok, maintenance takes forever to get to you. But at least they do a good job. Residents are idiots. They don't pick up after their dog, some don't leash their dog, and they don't slow down driving. They also smoke on their balcony. Staff does nothing about it

I had few work orders placed since last year when I renewed my contract but no one came to resolve the issue so I went to the office and requested a work order again beginning of August but still I'm waiting on someone to come resolved the issue. It's almost end of September.

Staff in general lacks communication, poor hospitality, but some have been helpful and we hope to see an improvement soon. Common areas are great. Great amenities, units are designed well. Lots of parking, good neighborhood.

My resident experience here in volare is very safe and clean all the amenities is verygood. I would love to stay here longer. It is very beautiful place to stay with family or thinking of having a family.

What an experience. Everyone is nice and the community is quiet, clean, and feels safe. Fits my life style. The office staff was amazing and the leasing agents are top notch. Highly recommend.

The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful,management seems like they are on top of their work. My move in experience with Emily was seamless and eased a lot of the overhead stress that comes with a move. In addition, I had packages delivered improperly by UPS and Emily continued to be a great help and showed empathy towards the situation and instilled confidence that she wouldn’t let this happen again for not just myself but other residents as well. She was transparent about pricing and fees from the start and remained in open communication about any and all changes. She even accommodated to an earlier move in date when my partner and I had our wires crossed. There community holds to their rules and guidelines that are fair in my opinion. I believe any distaste for this community would be a reflection of personal preferences and not an indication of the whole. I’m happy to be a resident.

I've had few issues and told the front office and most of them were taken care of but now I have bug (bees) issue in my apartment and I'm not sure where it's coming in from but when I get home from work, I see dead bees in my 2nd room and sometimes in my living room. I told the people at the office but no one came to check on it yet.

Living at Volare provides a level of comfort I have not often experienced in my life, and I've lived everywhere else - twice! Management takes a keen interest in maintaining the property for maximum enjoyment and protection of residents’ rights and privileges. Having said that, they are admittedly not perfect, because few people are, including me, but they make a concerted, honest effort to do right by the residents. That counts. A lot.

Overall good experiences minus the car beak ins and lack of cameras put up over the year I've been here. Also the appliances in the minor pool would be nice to use if they werent broken. Other than that love it.
