We moved to Vinings RiverVue in August of last year (2022), and have been so pleased with our experience overall. Specifically, Sonja is ALWAYS quick to help with any issue we may run into, and Wilbur is quick and thorough with maintenance solutions. We recently had an unpleasant (and unavoidable) circumstance arise, and Sonja went over and above until Wilbur was able to address the situation. They not only went the extra mile, but the extra 12 miles to make sure the problem was solved. Until it was solved, they went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The staff has always been kind and considerate from the first day we arrived.

I love love love the location (right across from Kroger); it’s also not far from other fine dining restaurants, fast food, movie theater, and shopping. Not to mention it’s only a few miles away from where the Braves play! The huge wall mirror in the apartment was the selling point for me! Also, our complex has two swimming pools that are CLEAN and inviting, a basketball court and a tennis court with a fitness center (that has been updated). Over my time here, It’s also been a pretty quiet neighborhood with no theft or other crimes (that I’ve experienced). The staff is friendly and has fun community events from time to time. They hosted a pool party last summer and it was a fun way to meet other nice neighbors. I love it here!

I have lived here since July 2022 and had a great experience. It is great having access to the Palisades trail, and the staff has been friendly and quick to respond to any requests. The apartments are also very spacious. I would definitely recommend!

I have lived here since July 2022 and I've had a great experience! The apartments are spacious, affordable, fairly updated, and location is incredible! You've got access to 2 pools, 2 tennis courts, dog park, front office/business center, and a gym (the gym could be a little better but it's not bad for an apartment complex). The maintenance team is always so friendly and usually very responsive/quick, and the leasing team is helpful and kind. Almost no complaints here! My only suggestion would be that I wish they had more resident events. Otherwise, I would definitely suggest living here!

Vinings rivervue is a great place to stay if you are looking for a modern style apartment in Atlanta that is safe for your family. Not to mention it’s incredibly convenient connection to the Chattahoochee River National Recreation area! You can run or bike down Bob Callan Trail there or go kayak via the river entry points!

My partner and I have lived here for almost a year now and we love it. The apartments are nice, the maintenance staff are kind and courteous, and the office staff is always helpful. Genesis is amazing, she is always quick to assist in any way she can and is happy to answer any questions we have. We’ve had a couple maintenance issues, but they’re always dealt with swiftly and with regard to our schedules. The location is great, there is something for everyone nearby, quick access to Marta and it’s only about 15 minutes from Midtown. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Vinings RiverVue to friends or family.

I booked a tour through their website, after seeing availability on their website, received a confirmation email, and then tried to confirm over the phone. Nobody answered the phone, three separate times, but I decided to show up anyway. The staff looked at me like I was nuts and had no idea what I was talking about, even though the tour was booked through the link I received when I called their number (and yes, it was all under the complex’s new name, not the old one, Vinings Palisades). I was then told they had nothing available anytime soon and were not giving tours at the moment. Do NOT try to visit the property unless you have confirmed time and availability with them over the phone, and best of luck actually getting someone on the phone. From what I saw, the complex itself looks older, but is not too bad.
I'm in Dog Owner heaven! Very dog friendly community, community buildings are grouped by apartment size and thankfully a pretty quiet community.
I have been very pleased with my stay at river parkway. I have been a resident for 23 years. Your employees are always very polite and helpful. And the property always looks great.

Im pleasantly surprised with Vinings Palisades; here is where they excel: maintenance/service, location, walkability, pricing, and community. The units offer a lot of space for the money without sacrificing quality. The grounds are spread out and it feels like home.
Highly impressed with Vinings Palisades. Its tough to beat the location for the price of rent, but more importantly, its a great community.
There are bugs that will never go away despite pest control and the appliances work poorly and are replaced with appliances that also do not work.
Ive moved every year for the last 5 years, and this is the first place that actually feels like home. Lots of space, quiet neighborhood, friendly staff, and easy access to plenty of stores and restaurants & the highway.

Vinings Palisades has been a great place to live for the past 6 years! Great Management and very friendly staff! You couldnt ask for a better location, 5 minutes from the Braves Stadium, great restaurants and shopping, walking distance to the Chattahoochee and very close to all interstates! Anyone will enjoy living here!
Overall I really enjoy living here. Its quiet and issues always get fixed quickly. My AC hasnt really been working almost all summer which really sucks. Ive had multiple visits by maintenance and its still not fixed (theyve spent countless hours trying to fix it). Other then this issue, Ive really enjoyed living here.
If you want a cheap place to live this is a great place. If you want your service requests answered or to be able to contact your leasing office staff for emergencies within a reasonable time, pick somewhere else.
Vinings Palisades is an enjoyable place to live and a great location for shopping, walking, running, biking and easy access to the interstate. I am in a nice and quite location. Very comfortable here.
Apartments are ok and cheap for the area. But you get terrible response from staff and have to constantly remind them to do their job even when the issue is a hazard to health. Black mold and water intrusion issues were common.
The maintenance crew is amazing and the river makes the complex feel much more open. The apartments has provided me some amazing friends everyone waves and greets each other and the pool parties are always fun. Close to buckhead and The Braves stadium.
My overall experience with Vinings Palisades community has always been very favorable .
It's very convenient for getting to work and for shopping, restaurants and movies.
I have lived here for a couple of years, and I would not trade this place. The Management and the maintenance staff is nothing short of excellent. This is a wonderful community. If there is a problem the staff will do whatever they can to fix it. The amenities and grounds are well taken care of. This is a great thing. The full staff are totally concerned with the residents and constantly are in touch with any concerns . Also sincere about making this community a fun place to live. It is also convenient to just about anything. As I know many people who have lived here for quite a while, they also feel the same, which keeps them here. I look forward to remaining along a long term resident.

I have lived here for almost 10 years, I really enjoy it here! The location is perfect takes me minutes to get anywhere in Atlanta, i can bike to buck-head and get to midtown/downtown in under 15 mins. the thing that I really enjoy the most here is that the units are very large and the maintenance staff is always very punctual and efficient in resolving any issues that may arise. living here for almost a decade there never was a time when my maintenance request were not taken care of swiftly and efficiently, Lee, Dexter, Adonis, and the others always do great work! Crystal M the property Manager and the rest of the leasing staff alway do an excellent job in making sure the property is going smoothly, its great to be just steps from the Chatahoochie River trail too. Like I said, Vining palisades is a great place to live!
When I moved in several years ago, I was pleased with this place. That has changed. I have had roaches for over 6 months. The sewage pump burst in my apartment and ruined my belongings, and no one called or even texted me to let me know that it happened. I came home to new locks on the door, with no notification of a key change, couldn't get into my place for over an hour, and when I finally got in, I noticed my stuff was soaking in dirty water, the tub was filled with all kinds of nasty gunk, and I didn't have a working toilet for 2 days. This is just one of many incidences where management didn't care, and the onsite team, esp the manager, is extremely rude and unprofessional (at best). Everyone I know who has lived here for 2 years has moved out or is in the process of doing so.
This is an old community but the location is near where I worked. I don't usually engaged in negative stuff but I have to write this review. The staff are unprofessional and greedy!
Do NOT move here if you plan on using the gym. Personal trainers with their herds of "guests" take over the entire facility at all optimal times of any given day. The lack of gym privilege regulation by management is deplorable and needs to addressed appropriately.
Multiple problems with this apartment complex, but the worst one is the staff. Won't return phone calls or emails and extremely rude when visiting the office in person. Security gate has been broken (and therefore left open) for at least 5 months now - apparently we are still "waiting on parts" to get it fixed. Meanwhile, there have been at least 3 car break-ins outside my building alone.
Ive lived in Vinings for minute and I love this community. I've never had an issue with anything in my home. We met James, he was our leasing office and he was so helpful. He understood our needs, and where we wanted to live. He was really funny and nice, plus he's taken care of any maintenance needs that we had ( they got taken care of quickly ). This place has great space, great neighbors plus this functions that the leasing office holds are pretty fun.
This is a great community, just beside the forrest and nearby bus stops, it's a little far from the city, but if you have car, you will be on the midtown in 15 minutes more or less. Very good commodities and the people is very nice.
Vinings Palisades is nestled just inside of the perimeter, 15 minutes north west of midtown/downtown Atlanta and borders alongside the Chattahooche River. Located off of Cobb Pkwy you are minutes away from shopping, fine dining, and local fun attractions with Cumberland Mall, Main Event, and Copelands all available to its residents in less than five minutes. The community has gone through several different management companies but is currently owned and operated by BH Management Services, LLC. If you are looking for a brand new construction with all of the modern glitz and glamour you wont find it a Vinings Palisades. It is in theory a practical compromise when looking for an apartment. Besides the renovations with the club house(it is not open 24hrs. only 9-5), outdoor pool with gas grills, the apartments have average updates. Faux hard wood floors and faux granite countertops, outdated layouts and small bathrooms all make for a bachelor pad or new couple starter pad. You wont find a lot of storage space/closet space either. The price is not set by the apartment and its functionality but rather by its competitors in the area. You will find great customer services when looking at the complex but as soon as the lease is signed avoid the leasing office, if only to pay your rent. The selling points are easy access to the river, I-75 and I-285. You can easily drive in to Midtown/Downtown or take West Paces Ferry Road and get to Buckhead in 17minutes. Vinings Palisades does have a charm and appeal to it. It is an oasis of sorts and a lot of the community has lived here for years. They are welcoming and friendly. It is a clean community and very pet friendly. The tennis courts are lit. I encourage a visit and assessment of needs. You will have to compromise if you move to Vinings Palisades but is that really such a bad thing?
