Property Ratings at Villas at Cypresswood
I would give less than 1 star if that was possible! Management is all about the money, they do not care about the tenants. Apartments are not maintained and not kept up.
The office staff is quick to respond. Over the three years I lived here, all my maintenance requests (4 total) were responded to and resolved within 24 hours. The layout was by far my favorite in the few apartments I’ve lived (1bed/1bath-upper with garage). The strict rules regarding garbage makes the place stay in pristine condition. The groundskeeper is always out and about making things look great. I don’t have anything negative to say about Villas at Cypresswood. I was fortunate enough to buy a house which is the only reason I moved out. I will miss the staff and living here.
I don't understand how this place has 4.9 reviews... google has 3.3 out of 5. We are are completely unsatisfied with this place and I will never recommend any of my family or friends to this place. Our apartment was very nice until our contract was over and we were asked to pay $800 with my $400 deposit. Total of $1200 rounded. We are being charged $546 to paint the whole apartment.. $400 for mounting tvs and picture in what we called a 'home'. The staff is very friendly until you leave... LOL Please read other reviews else where and considering finding somewhere else to live. There are better apartments close by. We are in the process of finding lawyers.

I am a first time renter and have found my walk through, question/answering, full explanation experience wonderful. They are thorough, open, honest, straightforward and candid about the details and what you can do to expedite your move in and preparation process. Will definitely recommend Sarah, Maria and MJ as associates who are kind, nice , courteous and the fact that they live on site makes a big difference to me. I give them 5 stars. The surroundings are fantastic, the plans are spacious and the grounds are very clean. Scott
I just went for a tour of the apartments and they were very informative and willing to answer any questions I had. Sara was kind enough to show me two different models and was not pushy about making any decision right away. So far I really like what they have to offer and the services they provide.
As soon as I saw these apartments online, I decided to tour them the same day. I instantly I fell in love with them! The property is beautiful, and the staff are absolutely wonderful. My move in date is May 31st and I'm just counting down the days until I get to live there.
I used to visit when my sister lived here before and I was so impressed with everything about this place. The great feeling of community- friendly holiday decorating competitions (awesome prizes!), pool parties and other get-togethers makes the Villas a really inviting place to call home. Beautifully landscaped grounds, spacious interiors, and FULL sized appliances (no dinky washer/dryers here!). Soon I will have the privilege of calling the Villas MY home!!
My family and I have had a great experience working with at least two of the wonderful women in the leasing office, Maria and Sara. Each lady took her time with us and answered all of our questions. We never felt rushed or disrespected, which has not been our experience at other apartments. We are hoping to call the Villas at Cypresswood soon and will definitely recommend them to anyone with a family!!

Great place to live! Very friendly staff, safe, gated community and a place you can truly feel at home!
Yes nice property but have been here 2 years and GFI receptacles keep tripping, flooded because of overflow from upstairs AC and all they did was cut the carpet, remove the pad and shampoo that area. Kitchen sink fixed 3 different times. Rent goes up big time each year. Deposit, well guess what, they will find a way to not give it back. I left the place better than when I got it and lost $600. For the $$ there is many more options out there better.

Very nice and up kept place. The rent is going up every year with no discount off rent.
I just moved into a 2 bedroom a few months ago & I could not make a much better choice. The staff is amazing & Shanti was very helpful throughout the whole process. Me & my husband are very happy with our apartment, which looks & feels so much like a house.
Lease agent Maria is very nice and helpful. She always have a nice smile on her. The apartment complex is very quiet and well kept
