If you are looking for move quick and have headache with poor management then move in! You are not gonna truly see how they are until you need a "big" maintenance emergency. Everything is cheap here too, they are going to "fix" things and maybe you should call two days after again, very very poor management communication. Sprinkle water is gonna make you have a daily bath morning and night walking in the place you supposed. My family and I are here around 7 months and really is annoy how they can't manage this place. We have a repair situation for many things like walls and roof with bare holes and still wait waiting more than 3 weeks! They said are gonna call for fix and nothing. If you are not behind them then they "forget" you! At the office you may have to yelling for makes the lazy lady's work too! Maintenance guys seems to have very poor ability for fix and work. Manager need to do better I still waiting on her send me copy on some papers!!! 0/10 aif I can. I never recommend you move here.

They are trying to charge tenants $50 for not uploading renters insurance to a new system they have EVEN if they already have proof of insurance in their old system. And they just implemented this a few weeks ago but on the 1st they are charging all tenants $50 if they haven't done it and are not refunding the $50. And the lease states that they just need to be provided proof WHICH they have! So frustrating to be charged twice and for having to do their work for them. Like if THEY chose to switch systems, why Dont they do the work of moving the info over to the new system. I don’t get paid to do your work for you. I ALREADY DID MY JOB BY PROVIDING PROOF OF INSURANCE. When I renew it, THEN I understand the process of having to upload it somewhere else.

Relocated blind (without visiting) cross country to Reno, NV for work. Jessica in the Village at Iron Blossom leasing office did a great job of guiding me through the modern, but involved tenant vetting procedures for rental approval. She also upsold me to a better level of rental unit for a lower price...very much appreciated in Reno's expensive housing market. Jessica was flexible when I encountered difficulty in getting documentation from my previous landlord and handled my moving target of an occupancy date in stride. Upon arrival, the rental unit was as advertised, and a small maintenance issue that popped up a day later was handled within 24 hours.. My rental unit was well kept. Community amenities are limited in the winter, but the facilities look good for summer enjoyment. So far, so good!

Apartment 331 has horrible cigarette odor and leaking roof with water damage. I had to deal with these issues while living here. I reached out to the management office many times and was told there was nothing they would do, the roof started to grow mold and colapse in the living-room. Very disappointed and feel taken advantage of.

My family and I have lived here at the village at iron blossom for quite a while now. Pam in the office has been so good to us as I have a disabled son and she makes sure all of his needs are met. The new weight room is awesome as is all the pools,tennis courts, laundry rooms and hot tub. Parking is NEVER a problem. If I need anything fixed they are here in under 15 minutes. I would recommend The Village At Iron Blossom to anyone who is looking for a great place to call home. Thanks and cudos to all the staff I look to long happy stay here. -Star M
We absolutely LOVE living here! Don’t let the paint fool you, neither my boyfriend or I have ever lived somewhere where the staff cared more about the residents or the complex and it definitely shows. The location of this complex is great - it is right next to a freeway exit and down the street from numerous shopping centers. We have never had a problem with parking and there are plenty of spaces for guests. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Pam in the main office is always pleasant to talk to and will go out of her way to help you if she can. All of our maintenance requests have been quickly responded to, and the people who come in to fix stuff have always been professional and respectful. We often see the security guard making rounds at night which makes us feel very safe. They have always been very attentive to our needs and have answered any questions we have had. Our apartment itself it exactly what we were looking for. We toured a number of places and after walking through the unit here, we both got to our car, turned to each other, and immediately agreed that this was our number one choice - no discussion needed. I believe they are in the process of upgrading most of the units as they come available. It is clean and nice at an affordable price, whereas other complexes we saw were significantly more or grimy and derelict. Possibly one of our favorite aspects of this complex are the amenities. More than just the fact that there is a gym and a pool, we love that they are always making improvements here. Since we have been here they have bought all new furniture for the pool, all new equipment for the gym, completely updated the barbecue area by the leasing office, replaced all the furniture in the leasing office, repainted and updated the mailbox area, hot tubs, and tanning bed room - and those are just the things I can think of off the top of my head! The lawn is always well maintained and green. We rarely come across dog poop that has been left, and there are plenty of stands with dog bags and trashcans all around which makes it easy to take care of when we take our dog for a walk. Overall, we would absolutely recommend living here!

When I moved here, I fell in love. This is such a great community to live in. The office staff is amazing and everyone living here is so kind. I love this part of town and have never had any issues with my apartment.
First let me say that I love my apartment; I have a great 2 bedroom floor plan and wonderful neighbors. I do have to pay more because I chose an upgraded unit. Now for the bad news: The Village at Iron Blossom advertises 4 pools (they are all gross), a weight room (old equipment and dirty), a hot tub (indoor and unpleasant), and two dog parks (yes, but they are are small, the gates don't lock, and there aren't any benches for owners to sit on). They do have nice playground areas for kids to play and beautiful green space with lots of trees. The apartments themselves are very nice. If you don't mind paying for amenities you probably won't use, I would recommend it here.
Very nice neighborhood, great schools around, restaurants, close to bus stop and stores. it has i believe 4 great and clean pools, great place for kids and pets. and it has very nice stuff, i really recommend this place.
I really like the location, its close to a park and a mountain and stores! Also I have met a lot of good neighbors here and some of them our now good friends. Most of the staff is very friendly and accommodating. I also like the layout of the apartment and the complex has great amenities.
