The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Montgomery
our apartment was filled with roaches, they used to do treatment but was not much helpful and I asked them how to pay move out balance amount after leaving the premises but never got a response and instead it was sent to collection. Worst management!
I am a current resident and the people in the office are just the coolest
I like you, saw beautiful photos that were posted of an upgraded apartment! Wrong!!! Moved in, beer cans still inside the home, blinds were filthy and old, cabinets are old and falling through. Oh it doesn’t stop there.. there is a bad roach problem! Neighbors are dirty so the roaches just stick around and multiply! The office staff is the worse to communicate with! Please don’t make the same mistake I made! The entry ways are nasty! This place is horrible! DO NOT SIGN A LEASE
I have lived here for more than a 3 years. My dryer is not working from last 8 months. Still they are not fixing my dryer.Very worst management and irresponsible staff. Their focus is only increasing the rents not on the mantainance.
I have lived here for more than a year. There are tons of cockraoches, and I've had a mouse in my apartment for 2 weeks and they have not done much to fix it. This place is gross and the front desk staff are very useless. Really nasty.
Everything is near by grocery, restaurants, Montessori, lafitness , gas station, mailing service and park.
Worst management and irresponsible staff!! They just don't care even if it's very important.
This is a beautiful apartment! I was looking And found my place here. Surprised I read reviews and i would say people are jumping the hun saying bad stuff cause they aren’t getting their way or aren’t patient. 2020/2021 should have taught some patience. Everyone is short staffed and I know some things aren’t available due to there being product not available cause it’s all on a ship in the ocean waiting to be delivered. I think people need to be grateful for what they DO have and not focus so much on what they DONT. But I love it here. The staff is nice and smart. They tell me what’s happening.
I have been staying here for almost 8 years and when it comes to customer service leasing office staff are very rude and they didn't care you as a tenant itself. They are closing the ticket without fixing it and when you ask they are saying we are closing it maintained the SLA. Maintenance is very poor. They don't know the definition of emergency. Whatever might be th case emergency maintenance number will never be reachable. They charge for reserved parking spot which is not even shaded. Thy have their own rules for each and every tenant. If you go against them or planning to vacate u are gone they simply change for unnecessary things As I don't have any negative am giving 1 star
Property Manager at The Montgomery, Responded To This Review
Thanks for reaching out. We are sorry to hear that you're not enjoying your experience with us. Our team is experiencing supply and staffing shortages due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We understand that waiting for a request to be completed is frustrating and apologize for the inconvenience. Our team is working diligently to get to all requests in a timely manner and asks for your patience during these uncertain times.
Monica, the Property Manager, has such a genuine and professional approach, resulting in a very quick, stress less and enjoyable Leasing process. And most importantly, now that I've been here 6 weeks, follows through with Company Expectations.
I have been staying here for last couple of years and found this place good in terms of amenities, maintenance, staff, etc. However in the last 7-8 months, things are getting worst day by day. Very unprofessional staff, worst management & maintenance/servicing ( take quite longer time to fix critical issue), Apartment quality has also deteriorated over the time, there are lot roaches, mouse and few tenants observed bed bugs as well. There are parking issues as well, very few unreserved parking and management will recommend to get reserved parking for additional charges. There are frequent audit and they unnecessary fine, like keeping Christmas lights in the Patio. If heavy rains happen , few apartments on the ground floor face issue with water locking . I would say NO to this community specially when many options are available on this rent.
BIG NO !!!!!!!!!!!!! for very simple reason: Management and staff. If you want to verify yourself, ask below questions to the staff while making a visit. 1. How long they will take time for maintenance repair? Ask for emergency & non-emergency(in writing if you can) 2. Ask them for what kind of confirmation/reference number they do provide for maintenance request(there is nothing now. It will take more than a month and some cases they never fix. But if they fix, the maintenance repair person will put the complaint received date as one day before they actually fix it. That is because there is no proof for you to tell when you had actually complained) 3. If you are planning to make a new lease ask above questions and try to visit the building numbers 5332, 5333 (beside leasing office) after sun set. The entire building staircase area will be in dark because there is no electricity. (It will look like a ghost house and you need a hand held lights to goto your house) Guess how long this problem is not addressed? More than 2 months and unfortunately every resident have to live here still. The management and staff's are well aware of the problem and they are still not fixing it. When ever you call them you will get this same answer that they working on it and if you ask more details, they will show their real face. Please try atleast one the above and take your decision o not Rent any apartment in this community, i recently moved out from this community and you can not imagine how they will charge you as move out charges ...... there guy came for final inspection in our apartment and gave us around 140$ as moved out charges and when we moved out from there ,,,,, after 20 days they given me 500$ as moved out charges ....so i would suggest you dont go for this community ... They are liar and falsifier......

What started out as a nice, friendly, and quiet complex has quickly turned into a nightmare. Do not let the smiling faces in the front office fool you. I thought I could trust them, I thought that since I was kind and talkative with the agents that this would be great. Boy was I wrong. I have been battling with them for 2 months over a maintenance request. Im exhausted and disgusted by the way it has been handled. They pay residents to write 5 star reviews on websites, I would know, I was one of them. I have since taken down my review because I don't feel comfortable promoting a business that I don't believe treats people right. I am counting down the days until I can get out of here. Please, do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all cost. I wish I never came across this complex.
Horrible place to live. Lived here for a long time and used to be a good place with Lincoln apartments managing it. Everytime you think Connor group can't be any worse, they just keep sinking further. - Bad maintenance record for individual units and common areas likes gates, lights, Gym, pool - Slow to respond - Frontdesk is paid to lie. Managers lie. District managers lie. Send email to Top Honchos in company but no change. - False security promised. Stuff gets stolen from your home and no cameras. Cars getting stolen from and no help from apartment office. - High electric bills - High trash pickup charge - High Parking fees for just marking lots with a number. Not sure what you are paying for. - They sweet talk during lease renewal but may god forbid if you have to leave the unit early, they don't allow transfer and you keep paying till you find new tenant. - I have heard of a person who stayed 11 years and was shown no respect either. Can't give lower than 1 star STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY - EVEN IF THEY GIVE IT FREE!! Not worth losing your peace of mind.
I have stayed here many years and the staff always does the needful. Monika and Christy always willing to help. Please stay here and they will help You lots.
They Scam you for reserved parking, which is not even covered, several nights where there is absolutely no parking at all and best they could tell me "we cant guarantee parking", lady I LIVE here. Worst parking experience Ive ever had in my 8 years in Las Colinas/Valley Ranch even had to park in another complex across the street or in the shopping complex a few times. They got new management and started to pull this reserved parking/towing stunt. Apartment layouts are nice but maintenance can take days. Ive been here a few years now, was cool at first but has gone downhill recently.
Let me just say the maintenance takes forever and I'm not big on writing negative reviews but dang don't waste 12 months of your life here like I did. My apartment smelled horrible and took months to get rid of smell. I came from dorms before here and let me just say sharing showers with a bunch of dudes is better than this place.
I've lived here for 3 going on 4 years and it's been great. The staff is great in particular Monica. I've placed less than five work orders in the last few years and have never had a problem getting done what was needed. Neighbors are all very friendly and I feel safe which is a biggie. Parking is a challenge at first sight, but they have reserved parking and garages which solved my problems.
